1Theoretical and experimental investigation on bridge-borne noise under moving high-speed train显示文摘Bridge-borne noise pollution caused by train-induced bridge vibration has attracted more and more attentions due to its low-frequency characteristic.In order to investigate the numerical simulation technique of bridge-borne noise and noise reduction methods,a simply supported prestressed concrete (PC) box-girder bridge is adopted for study.Based on train-track-bridge interaction theory,the dynamic response of the bridge under a moving high-speed train is calculated in time-domain and assumed as the sound source of bridge-borne noise.Then bridge-borne noise is estimated according to boundary element method (BEM) in frequency-domain.The time-frequency transform is conducted by fast Fourier transformation (FFT).The validity of the numerical simulation technique is verified through comparison with field measurement results.Furthermore,noise reduction methods are proposed and corresponding effects are discussed.Results show that the proposed numerical simulation method is feasible and accurate in assessing bridge-borne noise.The dominant frequencies of bridge vibration and bridgeborne noise range from 40 Hz to125 Hz and from 31.5 Hz to 100 Hz,respectively.The peak frequency of bridge-borne noise near the bottom plate is 63 Hz.Increasing the thickness of deck plate,adjusting the inclination of webs to 0°-12°,strengthening the boundary constraints and adding a longitudinal clapboard are very effective noise control measures.ZHANG Xun LI XiaoZhen LIU QuanMin WU JinFeng LI YaDong 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,4:20
2Using balance of seasonal herbage supply and demand to inform sustainable grassland management on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau显示文摘To mitigate the impacts of grassland degradation on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau(QTP), in recent decades China has been implementing large-scale conservation programs and has invested about 42 billion CNY(7 billion USD). However, these programs are faced with major challenges involving trade-offs between ecological function, livestock production and income of pastoralists.Scientific assessments, as well as technical and policy issues, have not fully captured the complex ecological,social and economic dynamics of the challenges facing grassland management on the QTP. Pastoral livestock production on the QTP is characterized by imbalance in both quality and quantity between livestock seasonal nutrient requirements and herbage production, which forces pastoralists to keep larger numbers of livestock for longer periods, leading to overgrazing. 3Antibiotic growth promoter olaquindox increases pathogen susceptibility in fish by inducing gut microbiota dysbiosis显示文摘Low dose antibiotics have been used as growth promoters in livestock and fish. The use of antibiotics has been associated with reduced pathogen infections in livestock. In contrast, antibiotic growth promoter has been suspected of leading to disease outbreaks in aquaculture. However, this phenomenon is circumstantial and has not been confirmed in experimental conditions. In this study,we showed that antibiotic olaquindox increased the susceptibility of zebrafish to A. hydrophila infection. Olaquindox led to profound alterations in the intestinal microbiota of zebrafish, with a drastic bloom of Enterobacter and diminishing of Cetobacterium. Moreover, the innate immune responses of zebrafish were compromised by olaquindox(P<0.05). Transfer of microbiota to GF zebrafish indicated that while the immuo-suppression effect of olaquindox is a combined effect mediated by both OLA-altered micro biota and direct action of the antibiotic(P<0.05), the increased pathogen susceptibility was driven by the OLA-altered microbiota and was not dependent on direct antibiotic effect. 4Intensive phototherapy vs.exchange transfusion for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia:a multicenter retrospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Intensive phototherapy(IPT)and exchange transfusion(ET)are the main treatments for extreme hyperbilirubinemia.However,there is no reliable evidence on determining the thresholds for these treatments.This multicenter study compared the effectiveness and complications of IPT and ET in the treatment of extreme hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:This retrospective cohort study was conducted in seven centers from January 2015 to January 2018.Patients with extreme hyperbilirubinemia that met the criteria of ET were included.Patients were divided into three subgroups(low-,medium-,and high-risk)according to gestational week and risk factors.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed to balance the data before treatment.Study outcomes included the development of bilirubin encephalopathy,duration of hospitalization,expenses,and complications.Mortality,auditory complications,seizures,enamel dysplasia,ocular motility disorders,athetosis,motor,and language development were evaluated during follow-up at age of 3 years.Results:A total of 1164 patients were included in this study.After PSM,296 patients in the IPT only group and 296 patients in the IPT plus ET group were further divided into the low-,medium-,and high-risk subgroups with 188,364,and 40 matched patients,respectively.No significant differences were found between the IPT only and IPT plus ET groups in terms of morbidity,complications,and sequelae.Hospitalization duration and expenses were lower in the low-and medium-risk subgroups in the IPT only group.Conclusions:In this study,our results suggest that IPT is a safe and effective treatment for extreme hyperbilirubinemia.The indication of ET for patients with hyperbilirubinemia could be stricter.However,it is necessary to have a contingency plan for emergency ET as soon as IPT is commenced especially for infants with risk factors.If IPT can be guaranteed and proved to be therapeutic,ET should be avoided as much as possible.Meng Zhang Yang He Jun Tang Wenbin Dong Yong Zhang Benjin Zhang Hong Wan Quanmin Deng Lirong Guan Bin Xia Zhong Chen Min Ge Jing Zhao Wenxing Li Jingjun Pei Yi Qu Dezhi Mu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,5:7
5The design of predictive control with characterized set of initial condition for constrained switched nonlinear system显示文摘Stabilization of the constrained switched nonlinear systems is an attractive research subject. Predictive control can handle variable constraints well and make the system stable. Its stability is typically based on an assumption of initial feasibility of the optimization problem; however the set of initial conditions, starting from where a given predictive formulation is guaranteed to be feasible, is not explicitly characterized. In this paper, a hybrid predictive control method is proposed for a class of switched nonlinear systems with input constraints and un-measurable states. The main idea is to design a mixed controller using Lyapunov functions and a state observer, which switches appropriately between a bounded feedback controller and a predictive controller, and to give an explicitly characterized set of initial conditions to stabilize each closed-loop subsystem. For the whole switched nonlinear system, a suitable switched law based on the state estimation is designed to orchestrate the transitions between the consistituent modes and their respective controllers, and to ensure the whole closed-loop system's stability. 9Preconcentration/separation and determination of mercury using microcrystalline phenolphthalein modified by ethyl violet显示文摘A novel method was developed for enrichment and separation of trace mercury using phenolphthalein modified by ethyl violet (EV). The effects of different parameters, such as stirring time, various metal ions and salts, and the amounts of phenolphthalein, NH4SCN, and EV on the extraction rate of mercury were studied, to select the experimental conditions. Under optimum conditions, mercury can be adsorbed on the surface of microcrystalline phenolphthalein by the intermo-lecular action strength. The possible reaction mechanism for the enrichment of mercury was discussed in detail. Hg(Ⅱ) could be completely separated from Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), Cr(Ⅲ), and Al(Ⅲ) in the solution. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace mercury in industrial wastewater with the recoveries above 99%. The relative standard deviation for five replicate determinations of 0.04 μg·mL-1 of Hg(Ⅱ) was found to be 1.4%, 1.1%, and 1.2%, respectively. 20Study of spectrophotometric method for determination of trace copper after the separation and enrichment with solid phase extractant-microcrystalline phenolphthalein显示文摘A new method of using phenolphthalein loaded with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) as solid phase extractant to separate and enrich trace copper in diverse water samples has been developed. The ef- fects of different parameters, such as the amounts of PAN and phenolphthalein, stirring time, various salts and metal ions on the enrichment yield of Cu(II) have been investigated to select the experimental conditions. Under the optimum conditions, Cu(II) can be totally adsorbed on the surface of microcrys- talline phenolphthalein. By controlling appropriate acidity (pH=1.0), Cu(II) is completely separated from Cd(II), Pb(II), Mn(II), Co(II), Fe(III), Ni(II), Al(III), Zn(II) and Hg(II) in the solution. The possible reaction mechanism of the enrichment of copper is discussed in detail in this paper. The detection limit of this proposed method is found to be 0.03 μg·L-1 with the enrichment factor of 200. The recovery is in a range of 96.8%―105%. The standard deviation is less than 2.5%.
