1Seasonal Variations of Net-Phytoplankton Community Structure in the Southern Yellow Sea显示文摘Based on the field survey data of four cruises in 2011,all phytoplankton communities in the southern Yellow Sea (SYS) were investigated for the species composition,dominant species,abundance and diversity indices.A total of 379 species belonging to9 phyla were identified,of which the most abundant group was Bacillariophyta (60.9%) ,followed by Pyrrophyta (23.7%) and Haptophyta (6.9%) .The seasonal distribution of abundance was:summer (4137.1×103ind m 3) >spring (3940.4×103ind m 3) >winter (3010.6×103ind m 3) >autumn (340.8×103ind m 3) ,while the horizontal distribution showed a decreasing tendency from inshore to offshore regions.The dominant species of phytoplankton varied in different seasons.The dominant species were Thalassiosira pacifica,Skeletoema spp.and Chaetoceros cinctus in spring,Chaetoceros debbilis,Chaetoceros pseudocurvisetus and Chaetoceros curvisetus in summer,Thalassiosira curviseriata,Alexandrium catenella and Ceratium fusus in autumn,Paralia sulcata,Phaeocystis sp.and Bacillaria paradoxa in winter,respectively.In SYS,the group of temperate coastal species was the major ecotype,and the groups of the central SYS species and oceanic species were also important constituents.The average values of Shannon-Weaver diversity index (H’) and Pielou evenness index (J) were 2.37 and 0.65 respectively.The indices H’and J in the open sea were higher than those in coastal waters.Obvious co-variation tendencies between H’and J were observed in all but the summer cruise of this survey.GAO Yu JIANG Zhibing LIU Jingjing CHEN Quanzhen ZENG Jiangning HUANG Wei 2013Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,4:10
2The decay kinetics of residual chlorine in cooling seawater simulation experiments显示文摘To find out the decay character of residual chlorine (RC) in the sea water, the concentration of RC was analyzed by N, N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPD) method under different simulation experimental conditions, in which salinity, temperature, and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) were selected. The water used in the experiment was the mixture of aging ocean water, coastal water and extracting solution of coastal sediment at appropriate level. Results are shown as follows: (1) Piecewise function can well reffect the decay dynamics of RC in the cooling seawater. Concretely, the decay dynamics of first 1 min is too rapid to ascertain using a specific kinetic function, and that of the time from 1 to 30 min is fit for the first-order kinetic model. 3Enhancing carrier transport in flexible CZTSSe solar cells via doping Li strategy显示文摘The passivation of non-radiative states and inhibition of band tailings are desirable for improving the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))of CZTSSe thin-film solar cells.Recently,alkali metal doping has been investigated to passivate defects in CZTSSe films.Herein,we investigate Li doping effects by applying Li OH into CZTSSe precursor solutions,and verify that carrier transport is enhanced in the CZTSSe solar cells.Systematic characterizations demonstrate that Li doping can effectively passivate non-radiative recombination centers and reduce band tailings of the CZTSSe films,leading to the decrease in total defect density and the increase in separation distance between donor and acceptor.Fewer free carriers are trapped in the band tail states,which speeds up carrier transport and reduces the probability of deep-level defects capturing carriers.The charge recombination lifetime is about twice as long as that of the undoped CZTSSe device,implying the heterojunction interface recombination is also inhibited.Besides,Li doping can increase carrier concentration and enhance build-in voltage,leading to a better carrier collection.By adjusting the Li/(Li+Cu)ratio to 18%,the solar cell efficiency is increased significantly to 9.68%with the fill factor(FF)of 65.94%,which is the highest FF reported so far for the flexible CZTSSe solar cells.The increased efficiency is mainly attributed to the reduction of V_(oc)deficit and the improved CZTSSe/Cd S junction quality.These results open up a simple route to passivate non-radiative states and reduce the band tailings of the CZTSSe films and improve the efficiency of the flexible CZTSSe solar cells.Qiong Yan Quanzhen Sun Hui Deng Weihao Xie Caixia Zhang Jionghua Wu Qiao Zheng Shuying Cheng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,,12:2
4Seasonal Variability of Phytoplankton Community Structure in Relation to Different Nitrogen-Phosphorus Ratios in the Southern Coastal Waters of Zhejiang, China显示文摘With the rapid development of economy and increase of population in the drainage areas,the nutrient loading has increased dramatically in the Changjiang estuary and adjacent coastal waters.To properly assess the impact of nutrient enrichment on phytoplankton community,seasonal microcosm experiments were conducted during August 2010 July 2011 in the coastal waters of Zhejiang Province.The results of the present study indicated that the chl a concentration,cell abundance,diversity indices,species composition and community succession of the phytoplankton varied significantly with different N/P ratios and seasons.Higher growth was observed in the 64:1(spring),32:1(summer),16:1(autumn)and 128:1,256:1(winter)treatments,respectively.The values of Shannon-Wiener index(H′)and Pielou evenness index(J)were lower in the 8:1 and 16:1 treatments in autumn test,while H'value was higher in the 128:1 and 8:1 treatments in winter test.A definite community succession order from diatoms to dinoflagellates was observed in the autumn and winter tests,while the diatoms dominated the community throughout the culture in the spring and summer tests.HUANG Wei ZHU Xuyu CHEN Quanzhen HE Qing LIAO Yibo DU Ping ZHANG Peng ZENG Jiangning 2013Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,4:2

8Various Silver Nanostructures on Sapphire Using Plasmon Self-Assembly and Dewetting of Thin Films显示文摘Silver(Ag) nanostructures demonstrate outstanding optical, electrical, magnetic, and catalytic properties and are utilized in photonic, energy, sensors, and biomedical devices.The target application and the performance can be inherently tuned by control of configuration, shape, and size of Ag nanostructures. In this work, we demonstrate the systematical fabrication of various configurations of Ag nanostructures on sapphire(0001) by controlling the Ag deposition thickness at different annealing environments in a plasma ion coater. In particular, the evolution of Ag particles(between 2 and 20 nm),irregular nanoclusters(between 30 and 60 nm), and nanocluster networks(between 80 and 200 nm) are found be depended on the thickness of Ag thin film. The results were systematically analyzed and explained based on the solid-state dewetting,surface diffusion, Volmer–Weber growth model, coalescence,and surface energy minimization mechanism. 13RHOBTB2 gene associated epilepsy and paroxysmal movement disorder:two cases report and literature review显示文摘Background:RHOBTB2 gene is associated with developmental and epileptic encephalopathy-64(DEE-64),which is characterized by epilepsy,developmental delay,microcephaly,unspecific facial dysmorphism,and paroxysmal movement disorders.Most previous studies showed that the phenotypes of RHOBTB2 gene include developmental and epileptic encephalopathy(DEE)and DEE with paroxysmal movement disorders.Only one study showed that patient with RHOBTB2 variant had paroxysmal movement disorders with no epilepsy.Case presentations:Two cases with RHOBTB2 variants are presented here:Case one was diagnosed as DEE,he had recurrent afebrile focal status epilepticus and paroxysmal extrapyramidal symptoms in infancy.Interictal electroencephalogram(EEG)showed focal discharges.Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed cortical dysplasia.Epilepsy of case one was refractory.Nevertheless,case two only showed paroxysmal movement disorders alone in adolescence.Video EEG showed focal discharges during an interictal dystonic episode and he brain MRI was normal.Conclusion:The phenotypes of RHOBTB2 gene include DEE,paroxysmal movement disorders,and DEE with paroxysmal movement disorders.RHOBTB2 can be one of the pathogenic genes of paroxysmal movement disorders.Xueyang Niu Yan Sun Ying Yang Miaomiao Cheng Quanzhen Tan Jie Zhang Yuehua Zhang 2021Acta Epileptologica2021,3,1:1
14Partial function prediction of sulfate-reducing bacterial community from the rhizospheres of two typical coastal wetland plants in China显示文摘Sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)are ubiquitous anaerobic microorganisms that play signifi cant roles in the global biogeochemical cycle.Coastal wetlands,one of the major habitats of SRB,exhibit high sulfate-reducing activity and thus play signifi cant roles in organic carbon remineralization,benthic geochemical action,and plant-microbe interactions.Recent studies have provided credible evidence that the functional rather than the taxonomic composition of microbes responds more closely to environmental factors.Therefore,in this study,functional gene prediction based on PacBio single molecular real-time sequencing of 16S rDNA was applied to determine the sulfate-reducing and organic substrate-decomposing activities of SRB in the rhizospheres of two typical coastal wetland plants in North and South China:Zostera japonica and Scirpus mariqueter.To this end,some physicochemical characteristics of the sediments as well as the phylogenetic structure,community composition,diversity,and proportions of several functional genes of the SRB in the two plant rhizospheres were analyzed.The Z.japonic a meadow had a higher dissimilatory sulfate reduction capability than the S.mariqueter-comprising saltmarsh,owing to its larger proportion of SRB in the microbial community,larger proportions of functional genes involved in dissimilatory sulfate reduction,and the stronger ability of the SRB to degrade organic substrates completely.This study confi rmed the feasibility of applying microbial community function prediction in research on the metabolic features of SRB,which will be helpful for gaining new knowledge of the biogeochemical and ecological roles of these bacteria in coastal wetlands.Xiaoyue SONG Jiangning ZENG Yi ZHOU Quanzhen CHEN Hongsheng YANG Lu SHOU Yibo LIAO Wei HUANG Ping DU Qiang LIU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,1:0

16Colossal structural distortion and interlayer-coupling suppression in a van der Waals crystal induced by atomic vacancies显示文摘The interlayer coupling in van der Waals(vdW)crystals has substantial effects on the performance of materials.However,an indepth understanding of the microscopic mechanism on the defect-modulated interlayer coupling is often elusive,owing partly to the challenge of atomic-scale characterization.Here we report the native Se-vacancies in a charge-density-wave metal 2HNbSe2,as well as their influence on the local atomic configurations and interlayer coupling.Our low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)measurements,complemented by density functional theory calculations,indicate that the Sevacancies in few-layer NbSe2 can generate obvious atomic distortions due to the Jahn-Teller effect,thus breaking the rotational symmetry on the nanoscale.Moreover,these vacancies can locally generate an in-gap state in single-layer NbSe2,and more importantly,lead to a colossal suppression of interlayer coupling in the bilayer system.Our results provide clear structural and electronic fingerprints around the vacancies in vdW crystals,paving the way for developing functional vdW devices.Liangguang Jia Fei Gao Yu Zhang Yaoyao Chen Baofei Hou Zeping Huang Quanzhen Zhang Xu Wu Liwei Liu Shiwu Gao Mads Brandbyge Hong-Jun Gao Yeliang Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0

18Effects of Different Sowing and Transplanting Time on Quality and Economic Benefit of Tobacco Variety Yunyan 105显示文摘In order to provide references for popularization and application of tobacco variety Yunyan 105,a field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different sowing and transplanting time on agronomic traits,economic benefit and quality of Yunyan 105. Results showed that the agronomic characters,quality traits and economic benefit of the tobacco were relatively fine with sowing time February 4-14 and transplanting time April 1-10. Index scores of the physical properties of tobacco leaves were greater than 80 scores with sowing time February 14 and transplanting time April 10. The comprehensive index of conventional chemical compositions was 0. 39-0. 73. The harmony of conventional chemical compositions of lower leaves was the best with the comprehensive index of 0. 59 when the sowing time and transplanting time were February 4 and April 1 respectively. As for the middle and upper leaves the comprehensive indexes were respectively 0. 71 and 0. 73 with the sowing time February 14 and transplanting time April 10. The sensory evaluation of smoking quality and economic benefit were February 14 sowing and April 10 transplanting better,its taste of the tobacco leaves was pure and mild,the irritancy and the strength was less,the aftertaste was better,and the output value reached the highest 4 271. 17 yuan/667 m^2. The various sowing and transplanting time had no significant influence on appearance quality of tobacco leaves. 19Seasonal and regional diff erences in long-term changes in large mesozooplankton(>505μm)biomass and abundance in a semi-enclosed subtropical bay显示文摘Obvious spatiotemporal heterogeneity is a distinct characteristic of ecosystems in subtropical bays.To aid targeted management and ecological restoration in long and narrow semi-enclosed subtropical bays,we analyzed seasonal and regional differences in long-term changes(1980-2019)in the biomass and abundance of large mesozooplankton(LMZ;>505μm)in Xiangshan Bay,Zhejiang,China.We found spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the historical changes of LMZ.Significant negative trends in LMZ biomass were found in the inner and middle bay during the warm season(summer and autumn),when the nutrient concentration(especially dissolved inorganic nitrogen)and temperature increased simultaneously.Nutrient changes in Xiangshan Bay began in the late 1980s or early 1990s,coinciding with large-scale fish cage development.A rapid decline in LMZ biomass occurred after 2005 when power plants commenced operation,accelerating the warming trend.Therefore,the joint stress of eutrophication and warming likely precipitated the decline in LMZ biomass.Conversely,a significant increase in LMZ biomass was found in the outer bay in spring.This trend was consistent with the trend of LMZ biomass near the Changjiang(Yangtze)River estuary,which indicates that the pelagic ecosystem in the outer bay was aff ected by water from the Changjiang River estuary during spring.Based on our results,ecosystem management and restoration in semi-enclosed subtropical bays should focus on internal waters,which have a poor capacity for water exchange.For Xiangshan Bay,the changes in the Changjiang River estuary ecosystem during the cold season(winter and spring)should also be considered.Ping DU Zhibing JIANG Yuanli ZHU Yibo LIAO Quanzhen CHEN Jiangning ZENG Lu SHOU 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,6:0
20Overbooking-Enabled Task Scheduling and Resource Allocation in Mobile Edge Computing Environments显示文摘Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)is proposed to solve the needs of Inter-net of Things(IoT)users for high resource utilization,high reliability and low latency of service requests.However,the backup virtual machine is idle when its primary virtual machine is running normally,which will waste resources.Overbooking the backup virtual machine under the above circumstances can effectively improve resource utilization.First,these virtual machines are deployed into slots randomly,and then some tasks with cooperative relationship are off-loaded to virtual machines for processing.Different deployment locations have different resource utilization and average service response time.We want tofind a balanced solution that minimizes the average service response time of the IoT application while maximizing resource utilization.In this paper,we propose a task scheduler and exploit a Task Deployment Algorithm(TDA)to obtain an optimal virtual machine deployment scheme.Finally,the simulation results show that the TDA can significantly increase the resource utilization of the system,while redu-cing the average service response time of the application by comparing TDA with the other two classical methods.The experimental results confirm that the perfor-mance of TDA is better than that of other two methods.Jixun Gao Bingyi Hu Jialei Liu Huaichen Wang Quanzhen Huang Yuanyuan Zhao 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,,7:0
