1	高性能粉末冶金连杆在V6发动机中的应用显示文摘今天,减轻连杆重量对满足现代内燃机的各项要求是至关重要的。为了降低产品成本、改善NVH特性和提高轴瓦的可靠性,现代汽车公司(HMC)已采用粉末冶金锻造连杆取代传统的热锻连杆。通过提高质量和降低成本的优化设计,开发了轻型连杆。值得注意的是,粉末冶金锻造连杆的质量比传统的热锻连杆的质量小17.7%,而且,连杆大头质量比传统型连杆大头的质量小22.5%。采用轻型连杆可减小曲轴系的质量,从而也减小了主要运动件的质量。由于减小了质量,轴瓦可靠性和NVH特性均可提高。HMC在一台新型V6发动机上进行了疲劳、刚度和装机耐久性等对比试验。	Paek S Y Ryou H S Oh J S 沈永生	1999	国外内燃机1999，31，5：	2
