| 16 | Anomaly detection on displacement rates and deformation pattern features using tree-based algorithm in Japan and Indonesia显示文摘Research on strain anomalies and large earthquakes based on temporal and spatial crustal activities has been rapidly growing due to data availability, especially in Japan and Indonesia. However, many research works used local-scale case studies that focused on a specific earthquake characteristic using knowledgedriven techniques, such as crustal deformation analysis. In this study, a data-driven-based analysis is used to detect anomalies using displacement rates and deformation pattern features extracted from daily global navigation satellite system(GNSS) data using a machine learning algorithm. The GNSS data with188 and 1181 continuously operating reference stations from Indonesia and Japan, respectively, are used to identify the anomaly of recent major earthquakes in the last two decades. Feature displacement rates and deformation patterns are processed in several window times with 2560 experiment scenarios to produce the best detection using tree-based algorithms. Tree-based algorithms with a single estimator(decision tree), ensemble bagging(bagging, random forest and Extra Trees), and ensemble boosting(AdaBoost, gradient boosting, LGBM, and XGB) are applied in the study. The experiment test using realtime scenario GNSSdailydatareveals high F1-scores and accuracy for anomaly detection using slope windowing 365 and 730 days of 91-day displacement rates and then 7-day deformation pattern features in tree-based algorithms. The results show the potential for medium-term anomaly detection using GNSS data without the need for multiple vulnerability assessments. | Adi Wibowo Satriawan Rasyid Purnama Cecep Pratama Leni Sophia Heliani David P.Sahara Sidik Tri Wibowo | 2023 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2023,14,2: | 0 |
| 17 | Daily activities and training experiences of urology residents during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic in Indonesia: A nationwide survey显示文摘Objective:To explore the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic on the training experiences of urology residents in Indonesia. Methods:A cross-sectional study using a web-based questionnaire(SurveyMonkey)involved all registered urology residents in Indonesia. The questionnaire was structured in Bahasa Indonesia, composed of 28 questions, and divided into three sections:demographic characteristics, current daily activities, and opinions regarding training experiences during the COVID-19 outbreak. The survey was distributed to all respondents via chief of residents in each urology center from May 26,2020 to Jun 2,2020.Results:Of the total 247 registered urology residents,243 were eligible for the study. The response and completeness rate for this study were 243/243(100%).The median age of respondents was 30(range:24e38)years old,and 92.2%of them were male.Among them,6(2.5%)respondents were confirmed as COVID-19 positive.A decrease in residents’involvement in clinical and surgical activities was distinguishable in endourological and open procedures. Most educational activities were switched to web-based video conferences, while others opted for the in-person method.Smart learning methods, such as joining a national or international speaker webinar or watching a recorded video, were used by 93.8%and 80.7%of the respondents, respectively. The respondents thought that educational activities using web-based video conferences and smart learning methods were effective methods of learning.Overall, the respondents felt unsure whether training experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic were comparable to the respective period before. Conclusion:The COVID-19 pandemic negatively affected urology residents’training experiences. However,it also opened up new possibilities for incorporating new learning methodologies in the future. | Ponco Birowo Nur Rasyid Chaidir A.Mochtar Bambang S.Noegroho H.R.Danarto Besut Daryanto Lukman Hakim Dyandra Parikesit Fakhri Rahman S.Cahyo Ariwicaksono | 2023 | Asian Journal of Urology2023,10,2: | 0 |

| 20 | Nitrite pre-treatment of dewatered sludge for microbial fuel cell application显示文摘The effect of pre-treatment of dewatered sludge using different nitrite concentrations and p H for microbial fuel cell(MFC) application was investigated. The results show that the addition of nitrite was feasible to increase the solubilization rate of the sludge and may reduce mass transfer limitation at the anode. This helped the MFC to reach higher voltage and to generate more power. The higher free nitrous acid(FNA) concentration under the acidic condition helped to increase sludge solubilization. However, under an alkaline condition, during which the FNA concentration was relatively low, the solubilization of the sludge was higher. The highest voltage and power density produced was 390 mV and 153 mW/m^2, respectively, with the addition of nitrite at 100 mg-N/L and pH 9. Furthermore,it was found that elevated levels of FNA could inhibit electrogenic bacteria thus reducing power generation. | Abdul Rasyid Ruslan Vel Murugan Vadivelu | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,3: | 0 |
