10Determination of electrostatic parameters of a coumarin derivative compound C_(17)H_(13)NO_3 by x-ray and density functional theory显示文摘This work is devoted to the experimental determination of the electrostatic properties of the molecular 4-methyl-7-(salicylidene amino) coumarin(C17H13NC3) using high resolution x-ray diffraction data. The experimental results are compared with those obtained theoretically from calculation type ab initio. The experimental investigation is carried out using the molecular electron charge density distribution based on the multipolar model of Hansen and Coppens. However the theoretical calculations are conducted by using the molecular orbital B3 LYP method and the Hartree–Fock(HF) approximation with the basis set 6-31G(d,p) implemented in the Gaussian program. In addition to the structural analysis,the thermal agitation is also analyzed in terms of rigid blocks to ensure a better precision of the results. Subsequently, the electrostatic atomic and molecular properties such as the net charges, the molecular dipolar moment to highlight the nature of charge transfer existing within the molecule studied are derived. Moreover, the obtained electrostatic potential enables the localization of the electropositive and the electronegative parts of the investigated molecule. 11A Novel Lightweight Image Encryption Scheme显示文摘Encryption algorithms are one of the methods to protect dataduring its transmission through an unsafe transmission medium. But encryptionmethods need a lot of time during encryption and decryption, so itis necessary to find encryption algorithms that consume little time whilepreserving the security of the data. In this paper, more than one algorithmwas combined to obtain high security with a short implementation time. Achaotic system, DNA computing, and Salsa20 were combined. A proposed5D chaos system was used to generate more robust keys in a Salsa algorithmand DNA computing. Also, the confusion is performed using a new SBox.The proposed chaos system achieves three positive Lyapunov values.So results demonstrate of the proposed scheme has a sufficient peak signalto-noise ratio, a low correlation, and a large key space. These factors makeit more efficient than its classical counterpart and can resist statistical anddifferential attacks. The number of changing pixel rates (NPCR) and theunified averaged changed intensity (UACI) values were 0.99710 and UACI33.68. The entropy oscillates from 7.9965 to 7.9982 for the tested encryptedimages. The suggested approach is resistant to heavy attacks and takes lesstime to execute than previously discussed methods, making it an efficient,lightweight image encryption scheme. The method provides lower correlationcoefficients than other methods, another indicator of an efficient imageencryption system. 13Effect of Alternate Bearing Phenomenon and Boron Foliar Application on Nitrogen-15 Uptake,Translocation and Distribution in Mango Tree(cv.Zebda)显示文摘The objectives of this investigation are to study nitrogen uptake,translocation,accumulation and distribution in mango tree organs using labeled nitrogen(^(15)N)and to understand the mechanism of boron action in increasing fruit yield in the off-year.A field experiment was conducted using fifteen-year-old mango trees(cv.Zebda)grown at Al Malak Valley Farm,El-Sharkeya Governorate-Egypt.Treatments included the application of(^(15)NH4)2SO4,“in the on-year”,at a rate of 50 g nitrogen/tree through the stem injection technique.While boron was sprayed on the same trees“in the off-year”at the following rates:0.0(control),250 and 500 mg·L^(-1).The authors hypothesize that boron and nitrogen act synergistically to increase mango fruit yield in the off-year.Results indicated that the highest ^(15)N uptake and accumulation in the on and off-years was observed in the upper(young leaves).When boron was applied at 250 mg·L^(-1),in the off-year,the upper(young leaves)recorded the highest ^(15)N uptake and accumulation(%^(15)Ndff=13.93)relative to the other two leaf categories and those of the on-year.In the on-year fruit accumulated higher ^(15)N than leaf or bud.In the off-year,bud exhibited the highest ^(15)N accumulation without boron application,while leaves exhibited the highest ^(15)N with boron application.The highest%^(15)Ndff in all tree organs was observed at 250 mg·L^(-1) boron rate.Boron increased nitrogen uptake,translocation and accumulation in mango tree organs.A synergistic relationship was observed between boron and nitrogen which led to an increase in fruit yield in the off-year.Rawia El-Motaium Ayman Shaban El Sayed Badawy Ahmad Ibrahim 2023Journal of Botanical Research2023,5,4:0
14Syria Muslim Brotherhood After the Arab Spring显示文摘Since 2011,the Syria Muslim Brotherhood(SMB,hereafter)activism has been going through a shift at both political and military level.This paper explores various elements of this shift to explain the expansion of SMB political opportunity structure as well as the evolvement of their internal organizational structure and within the wider structure of the Syrian opposition and finally the framing approach adopted by the SMB to mobilize people and communities.The SMB’s efforts to institutionalize the opposition in exile and mobilize a wider spectrum of the Syrian society including the poor and middle class have helped increase their popular bases.On the military front,SMB lack of needed experience and resources hinder their progress in the battle field.Nevertheless,SMB continued to verify its engagement strategies based on application of the opportunity and threat analysis which helped expanding its operational space as a political,military and social movement laying the ground for a presumably steady role of the SMB in the post conflict era.Rawia Altaweel 2019International Relations and Diplomacy2019,7,3:0
