1Design and syntheses of functionalized copper-based MOFs and its adsorption behavior for Pb(Ⅱ)显示文摘A novel copper-based MOFs adsorbent(Cu-BTC-Th) was prepared using an one-step method by introducing a new organic ligand of 4-thioureidobenzoicacid(Th) with active groups for selectively adsorbing Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions. The chemical composition and structure of the prepared MOFs materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Brunner-Emmet-Teller(BET) analysis, and zeta potential measurements. The adsorption capability of the prepared Cu-MOFs was significantly enhanced by introducing the new organic ligand of Th in the materials. The maximum adsorption capacity of the Cu-BTC-Th for Pb(Ⅱ) attains 732.86 mg/g under the optimal conditions. In addition,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm analysis showed that the adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption model, indicating that the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) by Cu-BTC-Th was a monolayer chemisorption. The adsorption mechanism of Cu-BTC-Th for Pb(Ⅱ)was discussed and revealed. On one hand, the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) is mainly through ion exchange with the Cu(Ⅱ). 8Promoting effect of a calcium-responsive self-assemblyβ-sheet peptide on collagen intrafibrillar mineralization显示文摘Recently,a de novo synthetic calcium-responsive self-assemblyβ-sheet peptide ID8(Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp)has been developed to serve as the template inducing hydroxyapatite nucleation.The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of ID8 on intrafibrillar mineralization of collagen making full use of its self-assembly ability.The mineralization experiments were carried out in vitro on both bare TypeⅠcollagen and fully demineralized dentin samples.The calcium-responsive self-assembly of ID8 was revealed by circular dichroism spectrum,8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid ammonium salt hydrate assay,attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectrum(ATR-FTIR)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Polyacrylic acid(450 kDa)with a concentration of 100μg ml^(-1)was selected as the nucleation inhibitor based on the determination of turbidimetry and TEM with selected area electron diffraction(TEM-SAED).The results showed that collagen intrafibrillar mineralization was significantly promoted with the pretreatment of self-assembly ID8 detected by TEM-SAED,SEM,X-ray diffraction and ATRFTIR.The pretreatment of collagen utilizing self-assembly ID8 not only enhanced intermolecular hydrogen bonding but also contributed to calcium retention inside collagen and significantly increased the hydrophilicity of collagen.These results indicated that peptides with self-assembly properties like ID8 are expected to be potential tools for biomimetic mineralization of collagen.Zhongcheng Li Qian Ren Sili Han Longjiang Ding Xi Qin Die Hu Ting He Tian Tian Ziqian Lu Linglin Zhang 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
9Highly efficient enrichment and adsorption of rare earth ions(yttrium(Ⅲ))by recyclable magnetic nitrogen functionalized mesoporous expanded perlite显示文摘A magnetic mesoporous expanded perlite-based(EPd-APTES@Fe3 O_(4))composite was designed and synthesized as a novel adsorbent for enrichment of rare earth ions in aqueous solution.Effect of various factors including the pH of solution,contact time and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption behaviors of yttrium(Ⅲ)by the EPd-APTES@Fe3 O_(4) nano-material composites from aqueous solution was investigated.The maximum adsorption capacity of the as-prepared materials for yttrium(Ⅲ)ions was 383.2 mg/g.Among the various isotherm models,the Freundlich isotherm model could well described for the adsorption of the rare ea rth ions at pH 5.5 and 298.15 K.The kinetic analysis indicated that the adsorption process followed the pseudo-second order kinetics model,and the rate-determining step might be chemical adsorption.Thermodynamic parameters declared that the adsorption process was endothermic.In addition,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and the quantum chemical calculation indicated that the yttrium(Ⅲ)ions were captured on the EPd-APTES@Fe3 O_(4) surface mainly by coordination with functional group of-NH2.More importantly,the adsorption-desorption studies indicated that the EPd-APTES@Fe3 O_(4) nano-material composites had a high stability and good recyclability.Juan Liu Liqiang Zeng Su Liao Xiaofeng Liao Jun Liu Jinshui Mao Yunnen Chen Tingsheng Qiu Sili Ren 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:0
