1Design of artificial neural networks using a genetic algorithm to predict saturates of vacuum gas oil显示文摘Accurate prediction of chemical composition of vacuum gas oil(VGO) is essential for the routine operation of refi neries. In this work,a new approach for auto-design of artificial neural networks(ANN) based on a genetic algorithm(GA) is developed for predicting VGO saturates. The number of neurons in the hidden layer,the momentum and the learning rates are determined by using the genetic algorithm. The inputs for the artif icial neural networks model are f ive physical properties,namely,average boiling point,density,molecular weight,viscosity and refractive index. It is verified that the genetic algorithm could fi nd the optimal structural parameters and training parameters of ANN. In addition,an artificial neural networks model based on a genetic algorithm was tested and the results indicated that the VGO saturates can be effi ciently predicted. 2Orlicz-Hardy spaces associated with operators显示文摘Let L be a linear operator in L2(Rn) and generate an analytic semigroup {e-tL}t 0 with kernel satisfying an upper bound of Poisson type, whose decay is measured by θ(L) ∈ (0, ∞). Let ω on (0, ∞) be of upper type 1 and of critical lower type p0(ω) ∈ (n/(n + θ(L)), 1] and ρ(t) = t-1/ω-1(t-1) for t ∈ (0, ∞). We introduce the Orlicz-Hardy space Hω, L(Rn) and the BMO-type space BMOρ, L(Rn) and establish the John-Nirenberg inequality for BMOρ, L(Rn) functions and the duality relation between Hω, L(Rn) and BMOρ, L*(Rn), where L* denotes the adjoint operator of L in L2(Rn). Using this duality relation, we further obtain the ρ-Carleson measure characterization of BMOρ, L*(Rn) and the molecular characterization of Hω, L(Rn); the latter is used to establish the boundedness of the generalized fractional operator Lρ- γfrom Hω, L(Rn) to HL1(Rn) or Lq(Rn) with certain q > 1, where HL1(Rn) is the Hardy space introduced by Auscher, Duong and McIntosh. 7How did the price and income elasticities of natural gas demand in China evolve from 1999 to 2015? The role of natural gas price reform显示文摘As a cleaner,high-efficiency,and low-carbon fuel,natural gas has been an important fuel resource for China.To achieve a substantial increase in natural gas demand,China has sought to reform its natural gas pricing mechanism.Employing a set of unbalanced panel data for China’s 30 provinces covering 1999-2015,this study aims to estimate the evolving price and income elasticities of natural gas demand and explore the effect of natural gas price reform in China.For this purpose,a series of econometric techniques allowing for cross-sectional dependence and slope homogeneity is utilized.The results suggest that although natural gas demand in China still lacks negative price elasticity,the phenomenon is improving.Moreover,the estimates suggest that natural gas demand in China is indeed becoming increasingly sensitive to income changes.Our estimates also provide strong evidence in favor of the effect of natural gas price reform on the change in price elasticity as the price elasticity decreases in five of the seven regions.In addition,the results indicate large variations in the change in price and income elasticities of natural gas demand across China’s regions.Natural gas demand is becoming more price inelastic in Southwest China and Northwest China,while such demand in North China and East China responds less sensitively to income changes.These findings offer several policy suggestions for the reform of China’s natural gas market at the national and regional levels.Kangyin Dong Xiucheng Dong Renjin Sun 2019Petroleum Science2019,16,3:0
8Separation process study of liquid phase catalytic exchange reaction based on the Pt/C/PTFE catalysts显示文摘The liquid phase catalytic exchange(LPCE) reaction is an effective process for heavy water detritiation and production of deuterium-depleted potable water. In the current study, hydrophobic carbon-supported platinum catalysts(Pt/C/PTFE) with high efficiency as reported previously for LPCE were prepared and comprehensive performance evaluation method is applied to evaluate the separation behaviors of LPCE systematically. Experimental results indicate that the optimum reaction temperature of 60–80℃ and the molar feed ratio G/L of 1.5–2.5 would lead to higher separation efficiencies. As to the packing method, a random packing mode with a packing ratio of hydrophobic catalysts 0.25 is recommended.
