| 1 | Tumor-responsive dynamic nanoassemblies for boosted photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Photoimmunotherapy(PIT)is an emerging therapeutic approach that integrates phototherapy and immunotherapy to eliminate primary tumors under an appropriate dosage of local light irradiation,while simultaneously preventing tumor metastasis and recurrence by activating the host antitumor immune response.Tumor-responsive dynamic nanoassemblies(TDNs)have evolved from being a mere curiosity to a promising platform for high-performance PIT.However,the dynamic nano-bio interaction between TDNs and tumor microenvironment remains poorly understood,which shall be critical for precise control of TDNs assembling/disassembling behavior and superior PIT efficacy.To deepen the understanding of the structure–function relationship of TDNs,this review introduces the rational design,nano-bio interactions,and controllable functionalities of cutting-edge TDNs for enhanced PIT.Moreover,the synergetic mechanism between TDNs-based PIT and immunomodulatory agents-mediated immunomodulation is particularly emphasized.Finally,the challenges and future perspectives in this emerging field are assessed. | Dao Shi Nan Wang Jie Zhang Xi Hu Qiyue Wang Ruixue Xiao Baoyue Ding Fangyuan Li Daishun Ling | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 1 |

| 3 | Effect of normal and strict anaerobic fermentation on physicochemical quality and metabolomics of yogurt显示文摘Generally,yogurts on the market are usually anaerobic fermentation,but oxygen can be still dissolved in the production process,which is actually not strict anaerobic.This study explored the multiple quality indicators and the metabolomic analysis of yogurts fermented by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus using two fermentation methods,namely,strict anaerobic and normal fermentation.The changes in flavor substances in yogurts,including 17 free amino acids,17 fatty acids,and 7 response value,were detected using principal component and multi factor analyses.Based on the results of the comparisons between basic physical and chemical indicators,strict anaerobic fermentation increased the growth and acidification of the two bacteria,the response value of sourness,umami and richness.Strict anaerobic fermentation increased the free amino acid(Fold change=1.53)and short chain fatty acid levels(Fold change=1.73),and reduced the polyunsaturated fatty acid(Fold change=0.51)levels.Furthermore,metabolomic analysis based on UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS showed that 92 differential metabolites were screened;45 differential metabolites were increased and 47 were decreased.The results revealed that strict anaerobic fermentation was beneficial to metabolic changes and nutritional indicators of yogurt,which may be as indicators of valuable reference to improve dairy fermentation process. | Ruixue Ding Mohan Li Yiting Zou Yiran Wang Chunyue Yan Haibing Zhang Rina Wu Junrui Wu | 2022 | Food Bioscience2022,46,2: | 0 |
| 4 | A 1.8-V 240-MHz 2.19-mW Four-Stage CMOS OTA with a Segmenting Frequency Compensation Technique显示文摘A four-stage Operational transconductance amplifier(OTA)used in an infrared temperature sensor adopting the proposed Feed-forward Gm-stage and segmenting nested Miller compensation technique is presented.The purpose of the proposed segment compensation is primarily to make more amplifier stages concatenated.The circuit linked several transconductance stages to form a segment,and linked several segments to form a large multistage amplifier.For example,a twostage amplifier linked with a three-stage amplifier can realize a five-stage amplifier,two three-stage amplifiers linked can realize a six-stage amplifier.A four-stage amplifier in the form of 2+2(two stages and two stages)was used as an example to verify this compensation method.The proposed OTA is designed in the 180 nm complementary metal oxide semiconductor process.It consists of two parts which ensure the stability and improve the bandwidth performance.The first part is a feedforward transconductance stage,and the second part is the two-segment transconductance stages with the Miller compensation techniques employed within and between the two segments.Based on the small-signal model,stability analysis and theoretical derivation are performed in theory.On condition of a 2-pF load capacitance,a direct current gain of 109 dB and a gain-bandwidth of 240 MHz with a phase margin of 50°can be achieved.The proposed design consumes 2.19 mW in a 1.8-V supply voltage.The transient simulation indicates that the settling time of the output is 19 ns with the settling error being 1%,and the slew rate is 114 V/μs. | LIANG Yuhua ZHENG Zirui LIU Shubin LI Dengquan DING Ruixue ZHU Zhangming | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,5: | 0 |
| 5 | Characterization of the core microflora and nutrient composition in packaged pasteurized milk products during storage显示文摘Pasteurized milk contains complex microbial communities affected by sterilization and storage conditions.This complex microflora may be the possible reason that pasteurized dairy products are highly prone to spoilage.In this study,packaged pasteurized milk products collected from dairy processing factories in China were stored at 0,4,10,15,and 25℃ for 0−15 days and subjected to microbial identification using high-throughput sequencing.Accordingly,6 phyla and 44 genera were identified as the dominant microbiota.Moreover,the changes in nutritional composition of the pasteurized milk,including in 16 free amino acids,7 taste values,and 8 chemical constituents,were analyzed using principal component and multi-factor analyses.The Pearson correlation analysis identified Pseudomonas,Aeromonas,Paenibacillus,and Serratia genera as the core functional microbiota that significantly affects the nutritional composition of pasteurized milk.Hence,the results provide a comprehensive understanding of the safety and shelf-life of stored pasteurized milk. | Ruixue Ding Shanshan Yang Lijuan Geng Yumeng Liu Baoping He Liyun Liu Xiqing Yue Rina Wu Junrui Wu | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4: | 0 |
| 6 | EST-Based Identification of Genes Expressed in Skeletal Muscle of the Mandarin Fish (Siniperca chuatsi)显示文摘To enrich the genomic information of the commercially important fish species, we obtained 5,063 high-quality expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from the muscle cDNA database of the mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi). Clustering analysis yielded 1,625 unique sequences including 443 contigs (from 3,881 EST sequences) and 1,182 sin- gletons. BLASTX searches showed that 959 unique sequences shared homology to proteins in the NCBI non-redundant database. A total of 740 unique sequences were functionally annotated using Gene Ontology. The 1,625 unique sequences were assigned to Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes reference pathways, and the results indicated that transcripts participating in nucleotide metabolism and amino acid metabolism are relatively abundant in S. chuatsi. Meanwhile, we identified 15 genes to be abundantly expressed in muscle of the mandarin fish. These genes are involved in muscle structural formation and regulation of muscle differentiation and development. The most remarkable gene in S. chuatsi is nuclease diphosphate kinase B, which is represented by 449 EST sequences accounting for 8.86% of the total EST sequences.
