| 1 | High speed interpolation for micro-line trajectory and adaptive real-time look-ahead scheme in CNC machining显示文摘CNC machining plays an important role in mechanical manufacturing.A key issue is to improve the machining feedrate while keeping the machining precision and satisfying the acceleration constraints of the CNC machine.For the consecutive micro-line segments interpolation,the velocities at the junction of two segments are the bottlenecks for the machining efficiency.This paper proposes a multi-period turning method to improve the feedrate at the junctions using the linear acceleration and deceleration mode,which utilizes the maximal acceleration capabilities of the NC machine while satisfying the machining precision.A new and more efficient look-ahead method and a feedrate override method are also proposed to boast the global machining speed.The proposed algorithm has been implemented on Blue Sky NC System,and experimented in real material manufacturing.Compared with several existing algorithms,the current algorithm can improve the manufacturing time ranging from 50% to 180%,depending on the machining parameters,and also results in better machining quality.In addition,the algorithm also satisfies the need of real-time interpolation. | ZHANG LiXian SUN RuiYong GAO XiaoShan LI HongBo | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6: | 17 |

| 10 | Molecular source of biomarkers by genetic engineering techniques显示文摘The mutant lacking ORF469 fragment in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 (cyanobacterium) was created by means of DNA recombination. In its genome, ORF469, the key DNA fragment controlling the light-independent pathway of chlorophyll biosynthesis was deleted and replaced by erythromycin resistance cassette. The operation resulted in the fact that the content of chlorophyll in mutant cells was fully controlled by illumination and two kinds of cells were harvested, one is high chlorophyll with concentration of 9.427 μg · mg-1 and the other is low chlorophyll with concentration of 0.695 μg ·mg-1. They were subjected to thermal simulation respectively at 300℃ for 100 h. The alkanes biomarkers from pyrolysates were analyzed by GC-MS and main difference between high and low chlorophyll cells was found at their contents of isoprenoid hydrocarbons. Pr/nC17 and Ph/nC18 from pyrolysate of low chlorophyll cells were 0.192 and 0.216 respectively, which were about 1/3 and 1/7 of that from high chlorophyll cells. The results showed that with the extension of continuous cropping duration,the plant height,stem diameter and yield of pepper decreased significantly compared with the control; and the mass fraction of photosynthetic pigments declined,and the mass fractions of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll were significantly lower than those of the control. | 13 | Pairing nitroxyl radical and phenazine with electron-withdrawing/-donating substituents in “water-in-ionic liquid” for high-voltage aqueous redox flow batteries显示文摘Aqueous redox-active organic materials-base electrolytes are sustainable alternatives to vanadium-based electrolyte for redoxflow batteries(RFBs)due to the advantages of high ionic conductivity,environmentally benign,safety and low cost.However,the underexplored redox properties of organic materials and the narrow thermodynamic electrolysis window of water(1.23 V)hinder their wide applications.Therefore,seeking suitable organic redox couples and aqueous electrolytes with a high output voltage is highly suggested for advancing the aqueous organic RFBs.In this work,the functionalized phenazine and nitroxyl radical with electron-donating and electron-withdrawing group exhibit redox potential of-0.88 V and 0.78 V vs.Ag,respectively,in“water-in-ionic liquid”supporting electrolytes.Raman spectra reveal that the activity of water is largely suppressed in“water-in-ionic liquid”due to the enhanced hydrogen bond interactions between ionic liquid and water,enabling an electrochemical stability window above 3 V.“Water-in-ionic liquid”supporting electrolytes help to shift redox potential of nitroxyl radical and enable the redox activity of functionalized phenazine.The assembled aqueous RFB allows a theoretical cell voltage of 1.66 V and shows a practical discharge voltage of 1.5 V in the“water-in-ionic liquid”electrolytes.Meanwhile,capacity retention of 99.91%per cycle is achieved over 500 charge/discharge cycles.A power density of 112 mW cm^(-2) is obtained at a current density of 30 mA cm^(-2).This work highlights the importance of rationally combining supporting electrolytes and organic molecules to achieve high-voltage aqueous RFBs. | Zhifeng Huang Rolf Hempelmann Yiqiong Zhang Li Tao Ruiyong Chen | 2024 | Green Energy & Environment2024,9,4: | 0 |
