| 1 | Exchange-coupling interaction and effective anisotropy in nanocomposite permanent materials显示文摘Taking Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe as example, the exchange-coupling interactions between magnetically soft and hard grains in nanocomposite permanent materials and their effects on the effective anisotropy of materials were investigated. The calculation results expressed that the exchange-coupling interactions are enhanced with the reduction of grain size, and the effective anisotropy of materials decreases with the reduction of gram size and the increase of magnetically soft phase component. The remanence and the effective anisotropy of materials possess the opposite variation trend with the change of grain size and phase ratio. | 2 | Trace Amounts of Triple-Functional Additives Enable Reversible Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries from a Comprehensive Perspective显示文摘Although their cost-effectiveness and intrinsic safety,aqueous zinc-ion batteries suffer from notorious side reactions including hydrogen evolution reaction,Zn corrosion and passivation,and Zn dendrite formation on the anode.Despite numerous strategies to alleviate these side reactions have been demonstrated,they can only provide limited performance improvement from a single aspect.Herein,a triple-functional additive with trace amounts,ammonium hydroxide,was demonstrated to comprehensively protect zinc anodes.The results show that the shift of electrolyte pH from 4.1 to 5.2 lowers the HER potential and encourages the in situ formation of a uniform ZHS-based solid electrolyte interphase on Zn anodes.Moreover,cationic NH^(4+)can preferentially adsorb on the Zn anode surface to shield the“tip effect”and homogenize the electric field.Benefitting from this comprehensive protection,dendrite-free Zn deposition and highly reversible Zn plating/stripping behaviors were realized.Besides,improved electrochemical performances can also be achieved in Zn//MnO_(2)full cells by taking the advantages of this triple-functional additive.This work provides a new strategy for stabilizing Zn anodes from a comprehensive perspective. | Ruwei Chen Wei Zhang Quanbo Huang Chaohong Guan Wei Zong Yuhang Dai Zijuan Du Zhenyu Zhang Jianwei Li Fei Guo Xuan Gao Haobo Dong Jiexin Zhu Xiaohui Wang Guanjie He | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,6: | 2 |
| 3 | Effect of microstructure on the coercivity of HDDR Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloy显示文摘The effect of the grain boundary microstructure on the anisotropy and coercivity was investigated in an HDDR Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloy. Considering the special microstructure of its magnetic powder grain, an anisotropic theoretical model influenced simultaneously by the structure defect at the grain boundary and the exchange coupling interaction was put forward. The variations of the structure defect factors based on the nucleation and pinning mechanism with 2r0/lex (where r0 and lex are the defect thickness and the length of exchange coupling, respec-tively) were calculated. The results show that the coercivity mechanism of an HDDR Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloy is greatly related to its microstructure defect at the grain boundary. For a fixed lex, when 2r0/lex < 1.67, the coercivity is controlled by the pinning mechanism; when 2r0/lex > 1.67, it is determined by the nucleation mechanism. The coercivity reaches the maximum when 2r0/lex = 1.67. It was found that the easy magnetization axes of the films are paralIel to the substrate and the magnetic properties of both as-sputtered and annealed multilayers are isotropic in the film plane. The coercive field Hc is 4.8 kA/m and the ratio of remanence-tosaturation magnetization Mi/M is about 0.73 for as-sputtered samples. With an increase in grain alignment degree, the coercivity of the permanent magnet decreases and the remanence increases. | 15 | Demagnetization Process and Coercivity for Anisotropic HDDR NdFeB Bonded Magnets显示文摘The demagnetization process and the coercivity mechanism for anisotropic HDDR Nd(Fe,Co)B bonded magnets were studied by comparing the dependence of coercivity on the alignment field applied while the powders were pressed. The results showed that both the remanence and the coercivity of magnet increased with increasing alignment field. The demagnetization process of the magnet can be classified as the nucleation process inside the grains and the domain-wall motion between the grains.
