5An Innovative Mechanism of Blockchain Technology on Joint Governance Model显示文摘Joint prevention and control is a social organization model dealing with the governance of public health and security incidents.The governance models should have the features of multiple subjects co-governing and distributed cooperating.Their purposes are to solve and improve the governance efficiency of dealing with public health and security incidents at the executive level.However,there are still many deficiencies in the current data governance and collaborative governance of joint prevention and control systems,which are mainly reflected in incomplete data collection,unimpeded data sharing,inflexible collaborative cooperation,and inadequate collaborative supervision.Therefore,a new innovative governance model is urgently needed.Blockchain technology is suitable for implementing multiparty data sharing and cooperation,and at the same time,it supports penetrating supervision and management.This paper studies the blockchain model for joint governance of public health and security incidents.It focuses on the multiagent collaborative prevention and control governance model,which provides a new opportunity for model innovation in data governance and in cooperative governance.Huawei Zhao Ruzhi Xu 2021Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Technology2021,1,2:0
6On Incentive and Coordination Mechanism of Service Outsourcing Based on Principal-Agent Theory and Blockchain Technology显示文摘To address the issue of information asymmetry between the two parties and moral hazard among service providers in the process of service outsourcing,this paper builds the Stackelberg game model based on the principal-agent framework,examines the dynamic game situation before the contract being signed,and develops four information models.The analysis reveals a Pareto improvement in the game’s Nash equilibrium when comparing the four models from the standpoint of the supply chain.In the complete information scenario,the service level of the service provider,the customer company’s incentive effectiveness,and the supply chain system’s ultimate profit are all maximized.Furthermore,a coordinating mechanism for disposable profit is built in this study.The paper then suggests a blockchain-based architecture for the service outsourcing process supervision and a distributed incentive mechanism under the coordination mechanism in response to the inadequacy of the principal-agent theory to address the information asymmetry problem and the moral hazard problem.The experiment’s end findings demonstrate that both parties can benefit from the coordination mechanism,and the application of blockchain technology can resolve these issues and effectively encourage service providers.Chenglong Yan Xiao Wang Xiaonan Zhang Ruzhi Xu 2023Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Technology2023,3,1:0
7Unraveling structure evolution failure mechanism in MoS_(2)anode for improving lithium storage stability显示文摘2 H phase molybdenum disulfide(2 H-MoS_(2))possesses the two-dimensional layered structure and high theoretical capacity,presenting excellent lithiation-delithiation property.However,the violent capacity decay within dozens of cycles still remains a great challenge due to lacking of in-depth failure mechanism.Herein,a novel decay-recovery-decay failure phenomenon upon long-term cycles is reported for the first time,which originates from the slow size change of Mo nanoparticles(NPs).Decay stages are triggered by many irregular-shaped Mo NPs with the increasing size up to~15 nm,leading to prominent pseudocapacitance failure and capacity loss.Subsequent recovery stages are attributed to the pulverization of coarse Mo NPs through surface sulfurization and accompanying lithiation.To overcome the instability issue,proper modifiers should be introduced to restrain the spontaneous growth of Mo NPs,such as aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3)).The strong Mo-Al_(2)O_(3)bond gradually'drags'Al_(2)O_(3)fragments into the active material as the cycle continuously proceeds,resulting in the efficient refinement and the reversible conversion between Mo and MoS_(2).Therefore,the enhanced cycling stability and the capacity retention are successfully achieved.It is expected to provide a new insight into the energy storage of transition metal chalcogenide anode materials in rechargeable batteries.Guannan Zu Shiyu Xu Changhao Wang Hongyi Li Manchen Zhang Xiaoxing Ke Yuxiang Hu Ruzhi Wang Jinshu Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,33:0
