| 1 | Upregulation of CD81 in trophoblasts induces an imbalance of Treg/Th17 cells by promoting IL-6 expression in preeclampsia显示文摘The disturbance of maternal immune tolerance to a semiallogeneic fetus is recognized as one of the key pathologies of preeclampsia(PE),in which an imbalance between the inflammation-limiting regulatory T cells(Tregs)and the inflammationmediating Th17 cells plays an essential role.Previously,we reported that the abnormal upregulation of tetraspannin CD81 in trophoblast cells(fetal component)participated in the pathogenesis of PE.However,as one of the potential immune regulatory molecules,whether CD81 induces PE by interfering with the balance of the maternal immune system has not yet been clarified.Thus,we investigated the relationship between the upregulation of CD81 in trophoblast cells and the imbalance of Treg and Th17 cells in mothers.Here,we demonstrated that upregulation of CD81 in trophoblast cells was accompanied by a decrease in Treg cells and an increase in Th17 cells in both the basal plate(placental maternal side)and peripheral blood of patients with PE.In vitro culture of naïve T cells with medium from the CD81-overexpressing trophoblast cell line HTR-8 resulted in enhanced differentiation of T cells into Th17 cells and decreased the formation of Tregs,which was dependent on the paracrine signaling of IL-6 in trophocytes,induced by CD81.In a CD81-induced PE rat model,we found a significant shift of T cell differentiation towards Th17 cells,and administration of IL-6 antibody mitigated the PE phenotype and the imbalance of the Treg/Th17 cells.These results define a vital regulatory cascade involving trophocyte-derived CD81,IL-6,and maternal Treg/Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of PE and suggests new therapeutic approaches based on CD81 and IL-6 downregulation to prevent human PE. | Hailin Ding Yimin Dai Yi Lei Zhiyin Wang Dan Liu Ruotian Li Li Shen Ning Gu Mingming Zheng Xiangyu Zhu Guangfeng Zhao Yali Hu | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,3: | 15 |
| 2 | Biochar-Induced Priming Effects in Young and Old Poplar Plantation Soils显示文摘The priming effect(PE)induced by biochar provides a basis for evaluating its carbon(C)sequestration potential in soils.A 60 days’laboratory incubation was conducted,which involved the amendment of biochar(1%of soil mass)produced from rice straw at 300℃(B300)and 500℃(B500)to young(Y)and old(O)poplar plantation soils,with the aim of studying the responses of biochar-induced PEs to poplar plantation ages.This incubation included six treatments:Y+CK(control),Y+B300,Y+B500,O+CK,O+B300,and O+B500.Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions were significantly increased(p<0.05)in the B300 amended soils,while it was decreased in the B500 amended soils compared to the CK.The primed CO_(2) emissions were 2.35 times higher in the Y+B300 than the O+B300 treatments,which was measured to be 18.6 and 5.56 mg C·kg^(-1) with relative PEs of 12.4%and 3.35%,respectively.However,there was little difference between the primed CO_(2) emissions in Y+B500 and O+B500 treatments,which were measured to be-24.9 and-29.6 mg·C·kg^(-1) with relative PEs of-16.6%and-17.8%,respectively.Dissolved organic carbon(DOC)was significantly lower in the young poplar plantation soil than that in the old poplar plantation soil regardless of biochar amendment throughout the incubation,indicating greater C-limit of soil microorganisms in the young poplar plantation soil.Using ^(13)C isotope tracing,neither B300 nor B500 decreased native soil-derived DOC,which indicated that the negative B500-induced PEs were not due to a reduction in the availability of native soil-derived C.In conclusion,the response of biochar-induced PEs to poplar plantation age depends on biochar types while soil available C indirectly affects biochar-induced PEs.Further studies should focus on how the interactive effects between soil C availability and microbial community impacts biochar-induced PEs. | Weiwei Lu Yirui Zhang Yixian Yao Yuying Wu Han Y.H.Chen Hailin Zhang Jia Yu Caiqin Shen Qi Liu Honghua Ruan | 2020 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,1: | 2 |

| 10 | Layered manganese phosphorus trisulfides for high-performance lithium-ion batteries and the storage mechanism显示文摘Although advanced anode materials for the lithium-ion battery have been investigated for decades,a reliable,high-capacity,and durable material that can enable a fast charge remains elusive.Herein,we report that a metal phosphorous trichalcogenide of MnPS_(3)(manganese phosphorus trisulfide),endowed with a unique and layered van der Waals structure,is highly beneficial for the fast insertion/extraction of alkali metal ions and can facilitate changes in the buffer volume during cycles with robust structural stability.The few-layered MnPS_(3)anodes displayed the desirable specific capacity and excellent rate chargeability owing to their good electronic and ionic conductivities.When assembled as a half-cell lithium-ion battery,a high reversible capacity of 380 mA h g^(−1)was maintained by the MnPS_(3)after 3000 cycles at a high current density of 4 A g^(−1),with a capacity retention of close to or above 100%.In full-cell testing,a reversible capacity of 450 mA h g^(−1)after 200 cycles was maintained as well.The results of in-situ TEM revealed that MnPS_(3)nanoflakes maintained a high structural integrity without exhibiting any pulverization after undergoing large volumetric expansion for the insertion of a large number of lithium ions.Their kinetics of lithium-ion diffusion,stable structure,and high pseudocapacitance contributed to their comprehensive performance,for example,a high specific capacity,rapid charge-discharge,and long cyclability.MnPS_(3)is thus an efficient anode for the next generation of batteries with a fast charge/discharge capability. | Hailin Shen Yueling Cai Zhongtao Ma Peng Wang Bingkun Guo Jipeng Cheng Qianqian Li Hongtao Wang Zhongyuan Liu Anmin Nie Jinsong Wu | 2023 | Carbon Energy2023,5,3: | 1 |

| 15 | Peripheral body temperature rhythm is associated with suicide risk in major depressive disorder:a case-control study显示文摘Background Patients with major depressive disorder(MDD)may have an abnormal peripheral body temperature rhythm,but its relationship with suicidal risk and the response to treatment with antidepressants remain unknown.Aims This study aimed to investigate the feature of peripheral body temperature in patients with MDD and its relationship with suicide risk before and after treatment with antidepressants.Methods This is a prospective case-control study.Patients diagnosed as MDD were enrolled into MDD group.Healthy subjects who matched in terms of gender,age and body mass index were enrolled into normal control(NC)group.The 24-hour peripheral body temperatures were monitored by TM’Holter the next day after assessment.Patients with MDD were re-assessed after a 2-week treatment with antidepressants.All temperature data were fitted into cosine curves by Python.Result There were 41 patients with MDD,and 21 NC participants enrolled and completed the baseline assessments before the treatment.Patients with MDD were further divided into subgroup of with suicide risk or without suicide risk.In patients with MDD,the mesor of peripheral body temperature rhythm was higher in both patients with(36.17(0.30))and without suicide risk(36.22(0.27))than the mesor in NC participants before treatment(35.84(0.38),Z=11.82,p=0.003,Kruskal-Wallis test).The phase-delay of temperature before treatment was greater in patients with MDD with suicidal risk(4.71(1.68))in comparison with those without suicidal risk(3.05(2.19))and NC participants(3.19(1.82),Z=9.68,p=0.008,Kruskal-Wallis test).Moreover,phase-delay of temperature was associated with suicide risk in patients with MDD before treatment(OR=1.046,95%CI:1.009 to 1.085,p=0.015,unadjusted;OR=1.080,95%CI:1.020 to 1.144,p=0.009,adjusted by age and sex).Conclusion Patients with MDD might have abnormal peripheral body temperature.The abnormal phase-delay of peripheral body temperature may indicate suicide risk in patients with MDD,depending on validation in large-scale cohorts. | Xin Ma Jing Cao Hailin Zheng Xinchun Mei Meijuan Wang Haoran Wang Yu Shuai Yuan Shen | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,1: | 1 |

| 17 | Preparation and anti-tumor application of hyaluronic acid-based material for disulfide and copper ions co-delivery显示文摘Disulfide(DSF) has been proved good anti-tumor effect and even better with coadministration of Cu^(2+). In this work, we report the use of hyaluronic acid(HA) based materials to construct vectors for the delivery of both DSF and Cu^(2+). HA was firstly modified with polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(mPEG) and polycaprolactone(PCL) to synthesize an amphiphilic polymer(HA-PEG-PCL). DSF could be loaded in the hydrophobic core and Cu^(2+) could be cooperated to the negative hydrophilic segment. The Cu^(2+) also played a role as crosslinking agent, which prevented DSF leakage prematurely, avoiding the bad side effects to normal tissues. The interaction between HA and CD44 improved the distribution of nanodrugs in tumor cells. When the nanodrugs were delivered to the cancer cell, the acidic micro-environment would separate the Cu^(2+) from the surface, leading to the disintegration of the micelles, promoting the release of DSF from the micelle core. | 19 | Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Vitis amurensis Rupr.(Vitaceae) Germplasm Resources显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to explore the genetic diversity of Vitis amurensis Rupr. (Vitaceae) germplasm resources.[Method] Out of total 245 pairs of primers, 18 were selected for SSR amplification of 360V. amurensis experimental materials.[Result] The number of bands amplified by each primer ranged from 4 to 13 with a mean of 9.44. The length of bands ranged from 150 to 1000 bp, concentrated at 200-750bp. The 18 pairs of primers amplified 170 bands totally, of which 167 bands were polymorphic with a polymorphism ratio of 98.2%. The Shannon's diversity index (I) is 1.778 051.
