1Deterministic secure quantum communication over a collective-noise channel显示文摘We present two deterministic secure quantum communication schemes over a collective-noise. One is used to complete the secure quantum communication against a collective-rotation noise and the other is used against a collective-dephasing noise. The two parties of quantum communication can exploit the correlation of their subsystems to check eavesdropping efficiently. 2Theoretical study of the N—H···O red-shifted andblue-shifted hydrogen bonds显示文摘Theoretical calculations are performed to study the nature of the hydrogen bonds in complexes HCHO···HNO, HCOOH···HNO, HCHO···NH3, HCOOH···NH3, HCHO···NH2F and HCOOH···NH2F. The geomet- ric structures and vibrational frequencies of these six complexes at the MP2/6-31+G(d,p), MP2/6-311++G(d,p), B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) levels are calculated by standard and counterpoise-corrected methods, respectively. The results indicate that in complexes HCHO···HNO and HCOOH···HNO the N—H bond is strongly contracted and N—H···O blue-shifted hydrogen bonds are observed. While in complexes HCHO···NH3, HCOOH···NH3, HCHO···NH2F and HCOOH···NH2F, the N—H bond is elongated and N—H···O red-shifted hydrogen bonds are found. From the natural bond orbital analysis it can be seen that the X—H bond length in the X—H···Y hydrogen bond is controlled by a balance of four main factors in the opposite directions: hyperconjugation, electron density redistribu- tion, rehybridization and structural reorganization. Among them hyperconjugation has the effect of elongating the X—H bond, and the other three factors belong to the bond shortening effects. In complexes HCHO···HNO and HCOOH···HNO, the shortening effects dominate which lead to the blue shift of the N—H stretching frequencies. 3Dependence of magnetic field just inside the magnetopause on subsolar standoff distance:Global MHD results显示文摘The subsolar magnetopause is the boundary between the solar wind and the Earth's magnetosphere,where reduced solar wind dynamic pressure is equal to the magnetic pressure of the Earth's outer magnetosphere.We use a global magnetohydrodynamic (MHD)model to estimate the ratio f of the compressed magnetic field just inside the subsolar magnetopause to the purely dipolar magnetic field.We also compare our numerical results to a similar work by Shue,which used Time History of Events and Macroscale Interactions during Substorms(THEMIS)data.Our results show that the ratio f is linearly proportional to the subsolar magnetopause standoff distance(r0)for both the northward and southward interplanetary magnetic field,properties consistent with Shue but with a smaller proportionality constant.However,previous theoretical studies show that f is nearly independent of the subsolar standoff distance.The global model results also show that f is smaller for the southward Interplanetary Magnetic Field(IMF)under the same r0,and that the proportionality constant for the southward IMF is larger than that for the northward IMF.Both conclusions agree with statistical results from observations by Shue.WANG Ming LU JianYong LIU ZiQian PEI ShiXin 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,12:2
