| 2 | 循证指南更新:非甾体类抗炎药和其他辅助治疗预防成人发作性偏头痛显示文摘目的为偏头痛预防性治疗提供最新循证推荐。所提出的临床问题是非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)或其他辅助治疗是否对偏头痛预防有效?方法作者对1999年6月—2009年5月间发表的研究使用结构式的评价程序来分类不同药物对偏头痛预防的效果。结果作者总共回顾了284篇摘要,包括49篇偏头痛预防治疗的Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级证据,其中15篇为涉及非传统治疗、NSAIDs及其他辅助治疗的研究,予以了评价。推荐蜂斗菜对偏头痛预防治疗有效,应被用于偏头痛患者以降低偏头痛发作频率及严重程度(A级推荐)。非诺洛芬、布洛芬、酮洛芬、萘普生、萘普生钠、雏菊、镁剂、核黄素及组胺皮下注射对偏头痛预防很可能有效(B级推荐)。认为可能有效的药物包括赛庚啶、辅酶Q10、雌激素、甲芬那酸及氟比洛芬(C级推荐)。矛盾不一致或不足以支持或反对使用的药物包括阿司匹林、吲哚美辛、ω-3及高压氧。孟鲁司特对偏头痛预防治疗很可能无效(B级证据)。 | 华驾略 蒋仙国 季伟华 李焰生 Holland S Silberstein SD Freitag F Dodick DW Argoff C Ashman E | 2012 | 神经病学与神经康复学杂志2012，9，2： | 17 |
| 3 | 血栓素(thromboxane)合成酶抑制剂——Dazmegrel(UK38,485)对烧伤皮肤血流灌注的影响显示文摘近十年来,血栓素(thromboxane)被认为在烧伤后真皮进行性缺血过程中起重要作用,有报导前列腺素、血栓素抑制剂可改善局部血循环,从而促进深Ⅱ度烧伤刨而愈合。本实验以啄鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,肌注血栓素合成酶抑制剂Dazmegrel(UK38,485或uk)3.4mg/kg/天(UK3.4mg)、10mE/kg/天(UK10mg)、或30mg/kg/天(UK30mg),使用印度墨汁灌注及UK-133(氙-133)清除试验,未发现Dazfilegrel能改善烧伤局部血流。这与有的实验结论不同,肌注Dazmegrel 3.4rag/kg/天的促进烧伤创面愈合作用,不是由于该药改善局部血流量所致。此外,Xe-133清除试验示伤后7小时深Ⅱ度烧伤皮肤血流量有一明显下降过程,伤后24小时则有一明显增加过程,如何认识及应用这一'先低后高。现象,对促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合显然是有意义的。 | 汪仕良 黎鳌 Alexander JW Silberstein EB Robb E Lukes S Trocki O Ogle DK 邹万忠 | 1989 | 中华整形烧伤外科杂志1989，5，3： | 3 |
