| 3 | Gas-based reduction of vanadium titano-magnetite concentrate:behavior and mechanisms显示文摘The reduction of vanadium titano-magnetite pellets by H_2–CO at temperatures from 850 to 1050°C was investigated in this paper. The influences of pre-oxidation treatment, reduction temperature, and V_(H_2)/(V_(H_2) + VCO) on the metallization degree were studied. The results showed that pre-oxidation played a substantial role in the reduction of vanadium titano-magnetite pellets. During the reduction process, the metallization degree increased with increasing temperature and increasing V_(H_2) /(V_(H_2) + VCO). The phase transformation of pre-oxidized vanadium titano-magnetite pellets during the reduction process under an H_2 atmosphere and a CO atmosphere was discussed, and the reduced samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) in conjunction with back scatter electron(BSE) imaging. The results show that the difference in thermodynamic reducing ability between H_2 and CO is not the only factor that leads to differences in the reduction results obtained using different atmospheres. Some of Fe_(3-x)Ti_xO_4 cannot be reduced under a CO atmosphere because of the densification of particles' structure and because of the enrichment of Mg in unreacted cores. By contrast, a loose structure of particles was obtained when the pellets were reduced under an H_2 atmosphere and this structure decreased the resistance to gas diffusion. Moreover, the phenomenon of Mg enrichment in unreacted cores disappeared during H_2 reduction. | 4 | N,P-codoped porous carbon derived from chitosan with hierarchical N-enriched structure and ultra-high specific surface Area toward high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘In this work,a facile'carbonization-activation'strategy is developed to synthesize N,P-codoped hierarchical porous carbon.Phosphoric acid is innovatively introduced during the hydrothermal process to achieve in-situ P doping as well as create abundant pores,and the employment of sodamide is of vital importance to simultaneously serve as activating agent and N-source to succeed a high-level N doping.Thus,the obtained samples exhibit a unique three-dimensional hierarchical structure with an ultra-high specific surface area(3646 m^(2)g^(-1))and ultra-high N-doping level(9.81 at.%).Computational analyses confirm that N,P co-doping and higher N content can enhance active sites and widen potential differences of carbon materials to improve their capacitance.The as-prepared carbon materials demonstrate superior electrochemical performances,such as an ultra-high capacitance of 586 Fg^(-1)at 1 Ag^(-1),a superior rate capability of 409 Fg^(-1)at 20 Ag^(-1),and excellent long-term stability of 97%capacitance retention after10,000 cycles in 6 M KOH.Moreover,an assembled symmetric supercapacitor delivers a high energy density of 28.1 Wh kg^(-1)at the power density of 450 W kg^(-1)in 1 M Na_(2)SO_(4),demonstrating a great potential for applications in supercapacitors. | Xipeng Xin Na Song Ruiming Jia Bingnan Wang Hongzhou Dong Shuai Ma Lina Sui Yingjie Chen Qian Zhang Lifeng Dong Liyan Yu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29: | 2 |

| 6 | TRPV4 Regulates Soman-Induced Status Epilepticus and Secondary Brain Injury via NMDA Receptor and NLRP3 Inflammasome显示文摘Nerve agents are used in civil wars and terrorist attacks,posing a threat to public safety.Acute exposure to nerve agents such as soman(GD)causes serious brain damage,leading to death due to intense seizures induced by acetylcholinesterase inhibition and neuronal injury resulting from increased excitatory amino-acid levels and neuroinflammation.However,data on the anticonvulsant and neuroprotective efficacies of currently-used countermeasures are limited.Here,we evaluated the potential effects of transient receptor vanilloid 4(TRPV4)in the treatment of soman-induced status epilepticus(SE)and secondary brain injury.We demonstrated that TRPV4 expression was markedly up-regulated in rat hippocampus after soman-induced seizures.Administration of the TRPV4 antagonist GSK2193874 prior to soman exposure significantly decreased the mortality rate in rats and reduced SE intensity.TRPV4-knockout mice also showed lower incidence of seizures and higher survival rates than wild-type mice following soman exposure.Further in vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that blocking TRPV4 prevented NMDA receptor-mediated glutamate excitotoxicity.The protein levels of the NLRP3 inflammasome complex and its downstream cytokines IL-1βand IL-18 increased in soman-exposed rat hippocampus.However,TRPV4 inhibition or deletion markedly reversed the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.In conclusion,our study suggests that the blockade of TRPV4 protects against soman exposure and reduces brain injury following SE by decreasing NMDA receptor-mediated excitotoxicity and NLRP3-mediated neuroinflammation.To our knowledge,this is the first study regarding the“dual-switch”function of TRPV4 in the treatment of soman intoxication. | Shuai Wang Huanhuan He Jianhai Long Xin Sui Jun Yang Guodong Lin Qian Wang Yongan Wang Yuan Luo | 2021 | Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,7: | 1 |

| 8 | IABC: An iteratively automatic machine learning boosted hand-eye calibration method for laser displacement sensor显示文摘An on-machine measuring(OMM)system with a laser displacement sensor(LDS)is designed for measuring free-form surfaces of hypersonic aircraft’s radomes.To improve the measurement accuracy of the OMM system,a novel Iteratively Automatic machine learning Boosted hand-eye Calibration(IABC)method is proposed.Both the hand-eye relationship and LDS measurement errors can be calibrated in one calibration process without any hardware changes via IABC.Firstly,a new objective function is derived,containing analytical parameters of the handeye relationship and LDS errors.Then,a hybrid calibration model composed of two kernels is proposed to solve the objective function.One kernel is the analytical kernel designed for solving analytical parameters.Another kernel is the automatic machine learning(AutoML)kernel designed to model LDS errors.The two kernels are connected with stepwise iterations to find the best calibration results.Compared with traditional methods,hand-eye experiments show that IABC reduces the calibration RMSE by about 50%.Verification experiments show that IABC reduces the measurement deviations by about 25%-50%and RMSEs within 40%.Even when the training data are obviously less than the test data,IABC performs well.Experiments demonstrate that IABC is more accurate than traditional hand-eye methods. | Helin LI Bin LIN Tianyi SUI Liang XU Chen ZHANG Shuai YAN Yang WANG Xinquan HAO Deyu LOU | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8: | 0 |

| 10 | A bio-inspired spider-like structure isolator for low-frequency vibration显示文摘This paper proposes a quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)isolator composed of a curved beam(as spider foot)and a linear spring(as spider muscle)inspired by the precise capturing ability of spiders in vibrating environments.The curved beam is simplified as an inclined horizontal spring,and a static analysis is carried out to explore the effects of different structural parameters on the stiffness performance of the QZS isolator.The finite element simulation analysis verifies that the QZS isolator can significantly reduce the first-order natural frequency under the load in the QZS region.The harmonic balance method(HBM)is used to explore the effects of the excitation amplitude,damping ratio,and stiffness coefficient on the system’s amplitude-frequency response and transmissibility performance,and the accuracy of the analytical results is verified by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta integral method(RK-4).The experimental data of the QZS isolator prototype are fitted to a ninth-degree polynomial,and the RK-4 can theoretically predict the experimental results.The experimental results show that the QZS isolator has a lower initial isolation frequency and a wider isolation frequency bandwidth than the equivalent linear isolator.The frequency sweep test of prototypes with different harmonic excitation amplitudes shows that the initial isolation frequency of the QZS isolator is 3 Hz,and it can isolate 90%of the excitation signal at 7 Hz.The proposed biomimetic spider-like QZS isolator has high application prospects and can provide a reference for optimizing low-frequency or ultra-low-frequency isolators. | Guangdong SUI Shuai HOU Xiaofan ZHANG Xiaobiao SHAN Chengwei HOU Henan SONG Weijie HOU Jianming LI | 2023 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,8: | 0 |

| 12 | The influence of slope collapse on water exchange between a pit lake and a heterogeneous aquifer显示文摘Due to the increase in open pit mining,pit lakes have become common surface water features,posing a potential risk to subsurface aquifer.In this study,a pit lake–groundwater interaction model is built based on the general program MODFLOW with the LAK3 package.For the first time,the effects of lake-slope collapse and aquifer heterogeneity on pit lake–groundwater interactions are analyzed by dividing the lake into six water exchange zones based on the aquifer lithology and groundwater level.Our investigation and simulations reveal a total water exchange from groundwater to the lake of 349000 m3/a without collapse of the pit lake slope,while the total net water exchange under slope collapse conditions is 248000 m3/a(i.e.,a reduction of 1.40-fold).The monthly net water exchange per unit width from groundwater to the lake reaches the largest in April,shifting to negative values in zone IV from June to August and in zone V in June and July.Moreover,the monthly net water exchange per unit width decreases from north to south,and the direction and magnitude of water exchange are found to depend on the hydraulic gradients between the lake and groundwater and the hydraulic conductivity of the slope collapse. | Bo Zhang Xilai Zheng Tianyuan Zheng Jia Xin Shuai Sui Di Zhang | 2019 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2019,13,2: | 0 |
