| 1 | The RECEPTOR-LIKE PROTEIN53 immune complex associates with LLG1 to positively regulate plant immunity显示文摘Pattern recognition receptors(PRRs)sense ligands in pattern-triggered immunity(PTI).Plant PRRs include numerous receptor-like proteins(RLPs),but many RLPs remain functionally uncharacterized.Here,we examine an Arabidopsis thaliana RLP,RLP53,which positively regulates immune signaling.Our forward genetic screen for suppressors of enhanced disease resistance1(edr1)identified a point mutation in RLP53 that fully suppresses disease resistance and mildewinduced cell death in edr1 mutants.The rlp53 mutants showed enhanced susceptibility to virulent pathogens,including fungi,oomycetes,and bacteria,indicating that RLP53 is important for plant immunity.The ectodomain of RLP53 contains leucine-rich repeat(LRR)motifs.RLP53 constitutively associates with the LRR receptorlike kinase SUPPRESSOR OF BRASSINOSTEROIDINSENSITIVE1-ASSOCIATEDKINASE(BAK1)-INTERACTINGRECEPTORKINASE1(SOBIR1)and interacts with the co-receptor BAK1 in a pathogen-induced manner.The double mutation sobir1-12 bak1-5 suppresses edr1-mediated disease resistance,suggesting that EDR1 negatively regulates PTI modulated by the RLP53–SOBIR1–BAK1 complex.Moreover,the glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-anchored protein LORELEI-LIKE GPI-ANCHORED PROTEIN1(LLG1)interacts with RLP53 and mediates RLP53 accumulation in the plasma membrane.We thus uncovered the role of a novel RLP and its associated immune complex in plant defense responses and revealed a potential new mechanism underlying regulation of RLP immune function by a GPI-anchored protein. | Renjie Chen Pengwei Sun Guitao Zhong Wei Wang Dingzhong Tang | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,9: | 4 |
| 2 | Comparative Study of Three Warm-season Forage Varieties in Southern China显示文摘The plant height,tiller number,yield of three warm-season forage varieties in Southern China were studied for consecutive two years.The result showed that the three varieties all adapted to the environmental conditions.The annual fresh grass yield of Pennisetum purpureum Schum ev.Taiwan,Guimu-1 hybrid P.purpureum and P.sinese Roxb were 220.85,163.18,186.20 t/hm^2;the crude protein content were 17.39%,19.02%and 20.91%;the crude fat content were 6.37%,5.37%and 4.69%;and the crude fiber content were 33.49%,32.22%and 33.58%,respectively.P.purpureum Schum ev.Taiwan had stronger cold resistance,fast growth after overwintering and strong resistance,and no plant diseases and insect pests were found during the test.P.purpureum Schum ev.Taiwan is a high yield and high quality forage variety,which is worth popularizing and applying. | Sun Ao Deng Huifen Li Caijun Jiang Guitao Zhang Xu Li Jianbo | 2019 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2019,11,3: | 2 |

| 4 | Preliminary Study on Production Performance of Different Varieties of Forage Mulberry显示文摘A comparative study was conducted on four mulberry( Morus alba) varieties( lines) in Hunan dry land from the aspects of production performance,nutritional composition and amino acids content. The result showed that the four mulberry varieties all adjusted well to soil,climate and other natural conditions in Hunan province,presenting good growth. The dry matter content of four varieties( lines) was above 25% and the crude protein content was more than 22%. Although the crude protein and total amino acid content of four mulberry varieties were lower than that of soybean powder,the proportion of various amino acids tended to be consistent,so mulberry leaf was very comprehensive in nutrition as an animal feed. Yuesang 11 had the highest fresh yield and crude protein of 14. 28 t / hm^2 and23. 22% respectively; Guisangyou 12 had the highest total amino acid content of 19. 58%. The electro-hydraulic servo cylinder, as its power actuator, requires low friction, good lateral load resistance and high speed motion. The electro-hydraulic servo cylinder hydrostatic bearing seal guide sleeve is taken as the research object in this paper. By using Fluent software to analyze and contrast the film characteristics of rectangular and I-shaped oil chamber of hydrostatic bearing seal guide sleeve, the relationship between piston rod moving speed, eccentricity, oil film carrying capacity, friction force and leakage volume, as well as the relationship between oil feed flow and oil film bearing capacity, friction force, inlet pressure and leakage volume were analyzed. | 6 | Seasonal variation of atmospheric elemental carbon aerosols at Zhongshan Station,East Antarctica显示文摘Elemental carbon(or black carbon)(EC or BC)aerosols emitted by biomass burning and fossil fuel combustion could cause notable climate forcing.Southern Hemisphere biomass burning emissions have contributed substantially to EC deposition in Antarctica.Here,we present the seasonal variation of EC determined from aerosol samples acquired at Zhongshan Station(ZSS),East Antarctica.The concentration of EC in the atmosphere varied between 0.02 and 257.81 ng·m^(-3)with a mean value of 44.87±48.92 ng·m^(-3).The concentration of EC aerosols reached its peak in winter(59.04 ng·m^(-3))and was lowest(27.26 ng·m^(-3))in summer.Back trajectory analysis showed that biomass burning in southern South America was the major source of the EC found at ZSS,although some of it was derived from southern Australia,especially during winter.The 2019–2020 Australian bush fires had some influence on EC deposition at ZSS,especially during 2019,but the contribution diminished in 2020,leaving southern South America as the dominant source of EC. | LIU Yan LI Chuanjin WANG Xiaoming DING Minghu DU Zhiheng SHI Guitao SUN Bo KANG Shichang XIAO Cunde | 2022 | Advances in Polar Science2022,33,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Study on Oil Cavity Number of Hydrostatic Guide Sleeve of Electro-hydraulic Servo Cylinder显示文摘The electro-hydraulic servo drive hydraulic cylinder has many unique advantages, such as fast response, high load stiffness, high control power, strong anti-eccentric load ability and so on, so it has been widely used in industrial control. Based on the guide sleeve of hydrostatic seal of hydraulic cylinder, the reasonable number of oil chamber of guide sleeve is studied in this paper. ICEM CFD software and FLUENT simulation software are used to calculate and analyze the number of different oil chambers of guide sleeve of hydrostatic seal. The temperature field of piston rod with different moving speed, different initial pressure of oil chamber and oil film under different number of oil chambers is analyzed.
