1Simulation and experimental study on lubrication characteristics of vertical hydrostatic guide rails显示文摘In order to improve the cutting stiffness,the paper studies the vertical hydrostatic bearing in the slide when a ram is in feed process.The change of the oil film thickness on hydrostatic guide rail and the curve of the oil film thickness in various cutting forces are calculated and a relation model through theoretical analysis method is derived.The pressure field of the guide rail recess is simulated based on the finite volume method and demonstrated through experiments.The study is of vital theoretical significance for the improvement of machining accuracy of numerical control machines and the entire computer numerical control(CNC) equipment and provides valuable theoretical basis for the design of hydrostatic guide rail in engineering practice.张艳芹 Yu Zeyang Chen Yao Shao Junpeng Yu Xiaodong Jiang Hui 2014High Technology Letters2014,20,3:8
2Polymer-derived SiBCN ceramic pressure sensor with excellent sensing performance显示文摘Pressure measurement with excellent stability and long time durability is highly desired,especially at high temperature and harsh environments.A polymer-derived silicoboron carbonitride(SiBCN)ceramic pressure sensor with excellent stability,accuracy,and repeatability is designed based on the giant piezoresistivity of SiBCN ceramics.The SiBCN ceramic sensor was packaged in a stainless steel case and tested using half Wheatstone bridge with the uniaxial pressure up to 10 MPa.The SiBCN ceramic showed a remarkable piezoresistive effect with the gauge factor(K)as high as 5500.The output voltage of packed SiBCN ceramic sensor changes monotonically and smoothly versus external pressure.The as received SiBCN pressure sensor possesses features of short response time,excellent repeatability,stability,sensitivity,and accuracy.Taking the excellent high temperature thermo-mechanical properties of polymer-derived SiBCN ceramics(e.g.,high temperature stability,oxidation/corrosion resistance)into account,SiBCN ceramic sensor has significant potential for pressure measurement at high temperature and harsh environments.Gang SHAO Junpeng JIANG Mingjie JIANG Jie SU Wen LIU Hailong WANG Hongliang XU Hongxia LU Rui ZHANG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,3:3

10Analysis on Static Pressure Bearing Seal Characteristics of Guide Sleeve of Electro-hydraulic Servo Cylinder显示文摘As a typical bionic walking robot, hydraulic quadruped robot has attracted much attention because of its high mobility, strong load capacity and steady motion. The electro-hydraulic servo cylinder, as its power actuator, requires low friction, good lateral load resistance and high speed motion. The electro-hydraulic servo cylinder hydrostatic bearing seal guide sleeve is taken as the research object in this paper. By using Fluent software to analyze and contrast the film characteristics of rectangular and I-shaped oil chamber of hydrostatic bearing seal guide sleeve, the relationship between piston rod moving speed, eccentricity, oil film carrying capacity, friction force and leakage volume, as well as the relationship between oil feed flow and oil film bearing capacity, friction force, inlet pressure and leakage volume were analyzed. 11Study on Oil Cavity Number of Hydrostatic Guide Sleeve of Electro-hydraulic Servo Cylinder显示文摘The electro-hydraulic servo drive hydraulic cylinder has many unique advantages, such as fast response, high load stiffness, high control power, strong anti-eccentric load ability and so on, so it has been widely used in industrial control. Based on the guide sleeve of hydrostatic seal of hydraulic cylinder, the reasonable number of oil chamber of guide sleeve is studied in this paper. ICEM CFD software and FLUENT simulation software are used to calculate and analyze the number of different oil chambers of guide sleeve of hydrostatic seal. The temperature field of piston rod with different moving speed, different initial pressure of oil chamber and oil film under different number of oil chambers is analyzed. 13Experimental study on fluid flow in arciform clearance显示文摘The system damping and dynamic characteristics can be further improved by properly increasing the damping coefficient ζ h. For a special hydraulic damping structure, an arciform damping clearance often used in FCS, a mathematical model has been established for fluid flow using the theory of laminar flow in the clearance of parallel plates. Analytical calculations are made for fluid flow in the arciform clearance and relational expression is deduced for flow rate along the arciform cleaance height, pressure difference, maximum arciform clearance height, the flow rate for the fluid flow in arciform clearance as well, and its simplified formula is obtained by using the theory of hydrodynamics and the curve-fitting method. This paper consists of two sections:the first section focuses on the theoretical analysis by using the simplified mathematical model and the second section mainly describes experimental analysis. The simplified formula is corrected with experimental results by considerig various boundary conditions of the damping clearance. 14Simulation and experiment of starting transient flow field of the hydrostatic bearing based on dynamic mesh method显示文摘A new method is developed to assess and analyze the dynamic performance of hydrostatic bearing oil film by using an amulets-layer dynamic mesh technique. It is implemented using C Language to compile the UDF program of a single oil film of the hydrostatic bearing. The effects of key lubrication parameters of the hydrostatic bearing are evaluated and analyzed under various working conditions,i.e. under no-load,a load of 40 t,a full load of 160 t,and the rotation speed of 1r/min,2r/min,4r/min,8r/min,16r/min,32r/min. The transient data of oil film bearing capacity under different load and rotation speed are acquired for a total of 18 working conditions during the oil film thickness changing. It allows the effective prediction of dynamic performance of large size hydrostatic bearing. Experiments on hydrostatic bearing oil film have been performed and the results were used to define the boundary conditions for the numerical simulations and validate the developed numerical model. The results showed that the oil film thickness became thinner with the increase of the operating time of the hydrostatic bearing,both the oil film rigidity and the oil cavity pressure increased significantly,and the increase of the bearing capacity was inversely proportional to the cube of the change of the film thickness. Meanwhile,the effect of the load condition on carrying capacity of large size static bearing was more important than the speed condition.
