1Active Power Correction Strategies Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning Part I:A Simulation-driven Solution for Robustness显示文摘Employing the novel Deep Reinforcement Learning approach,this paper addresses the active power corrective control in modern power systems.Seeking to minimize the joint effect engendered by operation cost and blackout penalty,this correction strategy focuses on evaluating the robustness and adaptability aspects of the control agent.In Part I of this paper,where robustness is the primary focus,the agent is developed to handle unexpected incidents and guide the stable operation of power grids A Simulation-driven Graph Attention Reinforcement Learning method is proposed to perform robust active power corrective control.The aim of the graph attention networks is to determine the representation of power system states considering the topological features.Monte Carlo tree search is adopted to select the best suitable action set out of the large action space,including generator redispatch and topology control actions.Finally,driven by simulation,a guided training mechanism along with a long-short-term action deployment strategy are designed to help the agent better evaluate the action set while training and to operate more stably when deployed.The efficacy of the proposed method has been demonstrated in the“2020 I earning to Run a Power Network.Neurips Track 1”global competition and the associated cases.Part II of this paper deals with the adaptability case,where the agent is equipped to better adapt to a grid that has an increasing share of renewable energies through the years.Peidong Xu Jiajun Duan Jun Zhang Yangzhou Pei Di Shi Zhiwei Wang Xuzhu Dong Yuanzhang Sun 2022CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,4:2

3Mapping Quantitative Trait Loci Controlling Endosperm Traits with Molecular Marker显示文摘Based on the genetic models for triploid endosperm traits and on the methods for mapping diploid quantitative traits loci (QTLs), the genetic constitutions, components of means and genetic variances of QTL controlling endosperm traits under flanking marker genotypes of different generations were presented. From these results, a multiple linear regression method for mapping QTL underlying endosperm traits in cereals was proposed, which used the means of endosperm traits under flanking marker genotypes as a dependent variable, the coefficient of additive effect ( d ) and dominance effect ( h 1 and/or h2 ) of a putative QTL in a given interval as independent variables. This method can work at any position in a genome covered by markers and increase the estimation precision of QTL location and their effects by eliminating the interference of other relative QTLs. 4A novel four-component reaction involving ring-opening/recyclization of 1,3-thiazolidinedione显示文摘The multicomponent reactions of 1,3-thiazolidinedione, malononitrile, aromatic aldehydes and α-phenylethylamine or β-phenylethylamine in acetonitrile at room temperature produce dihydrothiophene ureidoformamide derivatives in moderate yields through a domino ring-opening/recyclization reaction of 1,3-thiazolidinedione. 6A Study on Drawing the Shadow of a Curve Revolving Object under Commonly Used Ray显示文摘The shadow of a circle casting on a unparallel plane is an ellipse, the shadow algorithm involves a perspective affine transformation. Under commonly used light, the transformation matrix for parallel circles of different diameters casting shadows onto the same plane is identical. Using AutoCAD to get the shadow of a general object of revolution, it only needs to take a series of circles along the axis of symmetry and get their corresponding shadows of ellipses, drawing an envelope to cover all these silhouettes results in the required overall shadow. 8Research on pharmacological mechanism of the treatment of Asthma by oral Bordetella pertussis显示文摘Objective To examine the effect of oral Bordetella pertussis on the asthma mice sensitized by ovalbumin(OVA),and explore the possible mechanism.Methods Culture the B.pertussis in Bordet-Gengou agar containing 25% rabbit blood.Collect the bacteria and inactive them at 80 ℃ for 30 min to get whole killed B.pertussis.32 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into control group,model-control group,model group and treatment group.The mice were sensitized and challenged with OVA to establish asthma model.Asthma mice in treatment group were orally administrated with B.pertussis 7 days before sensitization.The mice in control group and model-control group were challenged with saline.After 24 hours of last challenge,bronchoaveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and peripheral blood were collected.The total cells and eosinophils were counted in BALF.Results Compared with the control group(2.03±0.42,0.33±0.82)×105 mL-1 and model-control group(2.16±0.48,0.16±0.41)×105 mL-1,the total cells(10.13±1.33)×105 mL-1 and eosinophils(11.83±4.573)×105 mL-1 in BALF were more in asthma mice(P<0.01).The number of total cells(5.50±1.55)×105 mL-1 and eosinophils(0.66±0.82)×105 mL-1 in BALF were reduced in asthma mice treated with B.pertussis compared with asthma mice(P<0.01).Conclusions Oral B.pertussis can inhabit airway inflammation of asthma mice and has the potential of treating asthma.CHI Shen,SUN Yun,ZHANG Bao-yuan(Medical College of Yangzhou University,Yangzhou 225001,China) 2008沈阳药科大学学报2008,25,S1:0
9EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON GAS HYDRATE FORMATION IN PRESENCE OF ADDITIVE COMPONENTS显示文摘Additives were used to increase gas hydrate formation rate and storage capacity. Experimental tests of methane hydrate formation were carried out in surfactant water solutions in a high-pressure cell.Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and alkyl polysaccharide glycoside (APG) were used to increase hydrate formation. The effect of SDS on hydrate formation is more pronounced compared APG.
