1用硅烷接枝聚合物改善天然橡胶与白炭黑相互作用显示文摘在白炭黑填充NR胶料中用OTPS接枝NR和MPDTS接枝NR作为相容剂可以降低门尼粘度、填料-填料相互作用或佩恩效应和絮凝速率常数,提高化学结合胶含量、300%定伸应力、补强指数和拉伸强度。当硅烷接枝NR中的硅烷含量(包括游离硅烷和接枝硅烷)超过3.0重量%(相对于白炭黑配合量)时,白炭黑填充NR硫化胶的补强指数和拉伸强度趋于平稳。对比两种硅烷接枝NR,配合OTPS接枝NR比配合MPDTS接枝NR对整体性能有更好的改善。在用硅烷接枝NR作为相容剂的情况下,白炭黑填充NR硫化胶的Tg更高,5℃下的tanδ稍有下降,而60℃下的tanδ则明显减小,表明用硅烷接枝NR作为相容剂制备的轮胎胎面胶其滚动阻力低于配合TESPT的对比胶.朱永康 Karnda Sengloyluan Jacques W.M.Noordermeer Kannika Sahakaro 2019现代橡胶技术2019,45,3:2
