2基于ITS序列的百合属野生资源与栽培品种亲缘关系评价显示文摘以野生百合资源和不同系列栽培品种为研究对象,利用ITS序列,构建最大简约法(maximum parsimony,MP)和最大似然法(maximum likelihood,ML)系统发育树,对其亲缘关系进行评价,为资源保护和可持续利用及育种亲本选配提供指导。系统发育树结果表明:轮叶组L.tsingtauense、L.martagon album(ML=67,MP=59)和L.distichum(ML=99,MP=96)单独聚在Group1。L.formosanum、L.longiflorum、L.brownii与LA(Longiflorum-Asiatic hybrids)系列的Bright Diamond聚在一起(ML=65,MP=50),可能是L(Longiflorum hybrids)系列的原生亲本。A(Asiatic hybrids)系列、LA系列和AZ.T(Asiatic-Trumpet Hybrid)系列的栽培品种亲缘关系很近,在Group 3中聚在同一个分支上。L.leichtlinii、L.lancifolium可能参与了A系列的品种育成。L.rubellum、L.speciosum var.gloriosoides和L.auratum与O(Oriental hybrids)系列的栽培品种的亲缘关系比较近,可能是O系列的原始亲本。TR(Trumpet hybrid)系列的栽培品种与喇叭组(Section leucolirion)L.leucanthum var.centifolium、L.regale和L.sulphureum(ML=98,MP=98)亲缘关系比较近,推测可能参与了栽培品种的育成。O系列与OT(Oriental-Trumpet hybrid)系列的栽培品种亲缘关系比较近,聚在同一个分支上。基于ITS序列的测定和系统发育树构建的分子生物学方法,能有效区分百合属野生种和不同系列栽培品种之间的亲缘关系,以及野生种之间、不同系列栽培品种之间的亲缘关系。利用中国丰富的百合属野生资源,构建系统发育树,提供可靠地亲缘关系图谱,为百合属资源品种的育成、分类以及野生资源的保护提供分子生物学根据。刘一心 杜运鹏 崔凯峰 田翠杰 Mohammad Sayyar Khan 武小钢 杨秀云 张秀海 2019分子植物育种2019,17,11:4
3氮掺杂长竹节状碳纳米管的制备及其生长机理显示文摘采用电弧放电法,通过阳极棒与不锈钢片的共蒸发,制备了氮掺杂长竹节状碳纳米管(NDLBLCNTs)。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)及其附带能量色散x射线(EDx)光谱仪和电子能量损失谱(EELS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征方法,对产物的形貌、结构和组成进行表征。表征结果表明,NDLBLCNTs的长度在640-835nm之间,其内径在23-35nm之间,外径在28-47nm之间;且在每一节“竹节”与另一节“竹节”的连接处形成的内腔中均有一个黑色纳米颗粒.其直径尺寸以及产物中的NDLBLCNTs的含量均与熔化、蒸发的不锈钢片的面积有关。对NDLBLCNTs的生长机理进行了简单的探讨。李玲 林奎 张帆 崔兰 王慧 陈小平 张丽爽 Sayyar Ali Shah 崔屾 2014无机化学学报2014,30,5:4
4氮掺杂空心碳球的制备及其光学性质研究显示文摘采用直流电弧放电法,使用填充法制备的阳极棒,制备了氮掺杂空心碳球(NDHCSs)。分别使用FESEM、HRTEM、EDX、EELS、XRD、UV-vis等对不锈钢片上的沉积产物进行表征,结果表明:NDHCSs直径主要在110~543 nm,球壁厚度在2~12 nm,由分布比较均匀的C、N和O元素组成,主要由石墨碳和另一种碳物相构成;其在无水乙醇中形成的悬浮液的UV-vis吸收光谱在210 nm、221 nm和264 nm处有三个吸收峰,在紫外光照射下呈现绿色。本文还对NDHCSs生成机理进行了简单的探讨。胡枫香 李玲 林奎 崔兰 石彩静 Sayyar Ali Shah 崔屾 2016无机材料学报2016,31,8:2

9Bio-capped and green synthesis of ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4) nanocomposites and its improved antibiotic and photocatalytic activities: An exceptional approach towards environmental remediation显示文摘In this research study, we have synthesized the bio-capped ZnO/g-C_(3)N_(4) nanocomposites by employing lemon juice(Citrus limon) as a stabilizer and mediator. Fruitfully, lemon juice which contains various acidic functional groups and citric acid has the capability to block the surface of g-C_(3)N_(4) from chemical reactivity and activated the surface of g-C_(3)N_(4) for various reactions. Consequently, the agglomeration behavior and controlled shape of g-C_(3)N_(4) has also been achieved. Our experimental results i.e. XRD,TEM, HRTEM, PL, FS, XPS, and PEC have confirmed that the lemon juice mediated and green g-C_(3)N_(4)(L-CN) have good performances and remarkable visible light photocatalytic activities as compared to the chemically synthesized g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN). Furthermore, the small surface area and low charge separation of g-C_(3)N_(4) is upgraded by coupling with Zn O nanoparticles. It is proved that the coupling of Zn O worked as a facilitator and photoelectron modulator to enhance the charge separation of g-C_(3)N_(4). Compared to pristine lemon-mediated green g-C_(3)N_(4)(L-CN), the most active sample 5Zn O/L-CN showed ~ 5-fold improvement in activities for ciprofloxacin(CIP) and methylene blue(MB) degradation. More specifically,the mineralization process and degradation pathways, and the mineralization process of ciprofloxacin(CIP) and methylene blue(MB) are suggested. 19Novel water-based nanolubricant with superior tribological performance in hot steel rolling显示文摘Novel water-based nanolubricants using TiO2 nanoparticles(NPs)were synthesised by adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and glycerol,which exhibited excellent dispersion stability and wettability.The tribological performance of the synthesised nanolubricants was investigated using an Rtec ball-on-disk tribometer,and their application in hot steel rolling was evaluated on a 2-high Hille 100 experimental rolling mill,in comparison to those without SDBS.The water-based nanolubricant containing 4 wt%TiO2 and 0.4 wt%SDBS demonstrated superior tribological performance by decreasing coefficient of friction and ball wear up to 70.5%and 84.3%,respectively,compared to those of pure water.In addition to the lubrication effect,the suspensions also had significant effect on polishing of the work roll surface.The resultant surface improvement thus enabled the decrease in rolling force up to 8.3%under a workpiece reduction of 30%at a rolling temperature of 850◦C.The lubrication mechanisms were primarily ascribed to the formation of lubricating film and ball-bearing effect of the TiO2 NPs.Hui Wu Fanghui Jia Zhou Li Fei Lin Mingshuai Huo Shuiquan Huang Sepidar Sayyar Sihai Jiao Han Huang Zhengyi Jiang 2020International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2020,2,2:0
20Preparation of Carbon Encapsulated Iron Nanoparticles with Very Thin Shells by DC Arc Discharge显示文摘Carbon encapsulated iron nanoparticles(CEINPs) with very thin shells and good core-shell structures were prepared by DC arc discharge at argon intake temperature(AIT) of 800 ℃. The results of high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM), energy dispersive X-ray(EDX) spectroscope, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS) characterizations on the product B show that the thickness of the carbon shells of CEINPs in the product B is in the range of ca. 0.5—5.3 nm, i. e., which can be as thin as only two layers of graphite. The average diameter of the CEINPs is about 24. 7 nm. The total content of Fe element in the product B is 77.0 wt%. The saturation magnetization(Ms) and coercivity(Hc) of the product B are 107.4 emu/g and 143 Oe, respectively.
