1听力障碍与轻度认知功能障碍患病率之间的关系显示文摘世界卫生组织(WHO)于2012年将痴呆症列为公共卫生优先事项,预计到2050年,全球痴呆症患病人数将增加到1.315亿人。轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)是介于认知功能正常和痴呆症之间的中间阶段。MCI患者在相对较短时间内进展为痴呆症的比例很高,而且MCI康复人群中再次发生MCI或痴呆症的比例要高于之前未患MCI的人。发掘MCI的相关风险因素可有效进行早期干预,预防或显著延迟痴呆症的发生。丁永军 杨蕊 陈始明(审校) Miyake Y Tanaka K Senba H 2021听力学及言语疾病杂志2021,29,2:3
