1Influence of magma intrusion on gas outburst in a low rank coal mine显示文摘The effect of magma intrusion on gas outburst is illustrated by a case study of the exposed magma intrusion in the 313 mining area,upper coal seam Number 3,in the Qiwu Mine located in Shandong province.Vitrinite reflectance,mercury injection,and maceral statistical analysis are used to characterize the coal.The aspects of coal metamorphism include changes in micro-components as well as in coal structure,the formation of new substances,and changes in gas absorption and storage.The results show that vitrinite reflectance increases within the region influenced by magma intrusion.The metamorphosed region may be divided into a weakly affected belt,a medium affected belt,a strongly affected belt,and a completely affected belt.Compared to the unaffected coal the total pore volume,as well as the amount of big and middle sized holes,increases while the number of transition holes and micro-pores decreases.This diminishes the absorption capacity of the matrix but enlarges the total gas storage space.Vitrinite content initially decreases slightly but then increases rapidly while the inertinite content increases at first but then decreases.Exinite content decreases,then increases,and finally drops to zero.Higher vitrinite,and a lower inertinite,content increase gas absorption ability.This balances reduced adsorption caused by changes to pore structure.Consequently,gas adsorption capacity is not substantially reduced as the coal rank increases.Thermal metamorphism of the coal produces CH4 and other hydrocarbons that increase the total gas content in the coal seam.Asphaltene migrates into the medium and weakly affected regions filling in the pores and fractures there.This plugs the pathway for gas transport.A barrier is formed that hinders gas flow.CO2,H2S,N2,and other gases carried in by the magma react to produce CO2,which increases in relative concentration and enhances the risk of gas outburst.The two barriers,magma intrusion on one side and the medium and weakly affected belts on the other,as well as the unaffected coal seam itself,trap a large amount of gas during the thermal activity.This is the basic reason for gas outburst.These conclusions can enlighten activities related to gas prevention and control in a low rank coal mine affected by magma intrusion.Chen Shangbin Zhu Yanming Li Wu Wang Hui 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2:11
2Pore structure and heterogeneity of shale gas reservoirs and its effect on gas storage capacity in the Qiongzhusi Formation显示文摘Fine characterization of pore systems and heterogeneity of shale reservoirs are significant contents of shale gas reservoir physical property research. The research on micro-control factors of low productivity in the Qiongzhusi Formation(Fm.) is still controversial. The lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Fm. in the Qujing, Yunnan was taken as the object to investigate the influence of mineral compositions on the physical properties of the reservoir and the heterogeneity of shale, using the algorithm to improve the characterization ability of Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM). The results showed that:(1) The pores are mainly wedge-shaped pores and V-shaped pores. The pore diameter of the main pore segment ranges from 5 to 10 nm. Mesopores are mainly developed in the Qiongzhusi Fm. shale in Well QD1, with the average pore diameter of 6.08 nm.(2) Microscopic pore structure and shale surface properties show strong heterogeneity, which complicates the micro-migration of shale gas and increases the difficulty of identifying high-quality reservoirs.(3) The increase of clay mineral content intensifies the compaction and then destroys the pores. Conversely, brittle minerals can protect pores. 3Pore Structure Heterogeneity of the Xiamaling Formation Shale Gas Reservoir in the Yanshan Area of China: Evaluation of Geological Controlling Factors显示文摘Micro-heterogeneity is an integral parameter of the pore structure of shale gas reservoir and it forms an essential basis for setting and adjusting development parameters.In this study,scanning electron microscopy,high-pressure mercury intrusion and low-temperature nitrogen adsorption experiments were used to qualitatively and quantitatively characterize the pore structure of black shale from the third member of the Xiamaling Formation in the Yanshan area.The pore heterogeneity was studied using fractal theory,and the controlling factors of pore development and heterogeneity were evaluated in combination with geochemical parameters,mineral composition,and geological evolution history.The results show that the pore structure of the reservoir was intricate and complicated.Moreover,various types of micro-nano scale pores such as dissolution pores,intergranular pores,interlayer pores,and micro-cracks are well developed in member 3 of the Xiamaling Formation.The average porosity was found to be 6.30%,and the mean value of the average pore size was 4.78 nm.Micropores and transition pores provided most of the storage space.Pore development was significantly affected by the region and was mainly related to the total organic carbon content,vitrinite reflectance and mineral composition.The fractal dimension,which characterizes the heterogeneity,is 2.66 on average,indicating that the pore structure is highly heterogeneous.Fractal dimension is positively correlated with maturity and clay mineral content,while it is negatively correlated with brittle mineral content and average pore size.These results indicate that pore heterogeneity is closely related to thermal history and material composition.Combined with the geological background of this area,it was found that the pore heterogeneity was mainly controlled by the Jurassic magmatism.The more intense the magma intrusion,the stronger the pore heterogeneity.The pore structure and its heterogeneity characteristics present today are a general reflection of the superimposed geological processes of sedimentary-diagenetic-late transformation.The influence of magmatic intrusion on the reservoir is the main geological factor that should be considered for detailed evaluation of the Xiamaling Formation shale gas reservoir in the Yanshan area.LI Xueyuan CHEN Shangbin WANG Xiaoqi ZHU Yanming CHANG Minghua Clementine UWAMAHORO 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:5

5Probe Selection for Over-the-Air Test in 5G Base Stations with Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output显示文摘In 5G systems, massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) has been adopted in base stations (BSs) to improve spectral efficiency and coverage. The traditional conductive performance test techniques are challenging due to the unaffordable cost and high complexity when testing a large number of antennas. To solve this problem, the over-the-air (OTA) test has been presented, in which probe selection is the key to reduce the number of channel emulators and probes. In this paper, a novel artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm is introduced to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of probe selection procedure. A sectoring- based multi-probe anechoic chamber (MPAC) is built to evaluate the throughput performance of massive MIMO equipped in 5G BS. In addition, link level simulation is carried out to evaluate the proposal’s performance gain under the commercial network assumptions, where the average throughput of three velocity is given with different SNR region. 6Diel methane flux from a subtropical eutrophic pond in November based on continuous monitoring显示文摘A field campaign was carried out to investigate continuous diel methane(CH_4) flux from a subtropical eutrophic pond in November 2016. The diffusive methane flux of a single measurement had a range from2.68 9 10-5 to 0.028 mmol·m^(-2)·h^(-1) with an average of0.011 ± 0.005 mmol·m^(-2)·h^(-1). The diffusive methane flux of measurements from 9:00 to 10:30 and from 21:00 to22:30 were very close to the average diffusive flux of all measurements. The bubble methane flux at different time measurements had much more variability than the diffusive methane flux. The bubble methane flux of a single measurement had a range from 0 to 0.312 mmol·m^(-2)·h^(-1) with an average of 0.024 ± 0.054 mmol·m^(-2)·h^(-1). For the eutrophic pond, the average bubble and diffusive CH_4 flux were 0.56 ± 0.18 and 0.26 ± 0.04 mmol·m^(-2)·day^(-1),respectively, and the CH_4 ebullition flux accounted for68.23% of the total flux. The maximum of the bubble CH_4 flux was about 4.6 times of the minimum CH_4 ebullition.The maximum of diffusive CH_4 flux was * 1.7 times of the corresponding minimum. The diffusive methane fluxes in daytime and nighttime were almost equal. However, the bubble methane flux in daytime was 0.029 mmol·m^(-2)·h^(-1),which was 1.6 times of that at night. Wind speed, thesurface water temperature, and DO dominate methane effluxes from the pond, and the latter is in nature subjected to the metabolism of algae in the pond. However, key environmental factors which dominate gas flux processes vary with different weather conditions. 7Morphology design of microporous organic polymers and their potential applications:an overview显示文摘Microporous organic polymers(MOPs) have attracted considerable research interest because of their well-defined porosity,high surface area, lightweight nature, and tunable surface chemistry. The morphology of MOPs are demonstrated to play a significant role in various applications although limited examples manifesting the importance of the MOP morphology in numerous applications have been reported. This review summarizes the recent progress in the design of MOPs using different techniques, including hard and soft template and direct synthesis methods. In addition, their applications, which possibly attribute to their shape, are discussed. 12Simulation of methane adsorption in diverse organic pores in shale reservoirs with multi-period geological evolution显示文摘In shale reservoirs,the organic pores with various structures formed during the thermal evolution of organic matter are the main storage site for adsorbed methane.However,in the process of thermal evolution,the adsorption characteristics of methane in multi type and multi-scale organic matter pores have not been sufficiently studied.In this study,the molecular simulation method was used to study the adsorption characteristics of methane based on the geological conditions of Longmaxi Formation shale reservoir in Sichuan Basin,China.The results show that the characteristics of pore structure will affect the methane adsorption characteristics.The adsorption capacity of slit-pores for methane is much higher than that of cylindrical pores.The groove space inside the pore will change the density distribution of methane molecules in the pore,greatly improve the adsorption capacity of the pore,and increase the pressure sensitivity of the adsorption process.Although the variation of methane adsorption characteristics of different shapes is not consistent with pore size,all pores have the strongest methane adsorption capacity when the pore size is about 2 nm.In addition,the changes of temperature and pressure during the thermal evolution are also important factors to control the methane adsorption characteristics.The pore adsorption capacity first increases and then decreases with the increase of pressure,and increases with the increase of temperature.In the early stage of thermal evolution,pore adsorption capacity is strong and pressure sensitivity is weak;while in the late stage,it is on the contrary.Shangbin Chen Chu Zhang Xueyuan Li Yingkun Zhang Xiaoqi Wang 2021International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,5:1

16Contributions of moisture sources to precipitation in the major drainage basins in the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Tracking and quantifying the moisture sources of precipitation in different drainage basins in the Tibetan Plateau(TP)help to reveal basin-scale hydrological cycle characteristics under the interactions between the westerlies and Indian summer monsoon(ISM) systems and to improve our understanding on the mechanisms of water resource changes in the ‘Asian Water Tower' under climate changes. Based on a Eulerian moisture tracking model(WAM-2) and three atmospheric reanalysis products(ERA-I, MERRA-2, and JRA-55), the contributions of moisture sources to the precipitation in six major sub-basins in the TP were tracked during an approximately 35-year period(1979/1980–2015). The results showed that in the upper Indus(UI),upper Tarim River(UT), and Qaidam Basin(QB), the moisture sources mainly extended westward along the mid-latitude westerlies to the western part of the Eurasian continent. In contrast, in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin(YB), inner TP(ITP), and the source area of three eastern rivers(TER, including the Nujiang River, Lancang River, and Yangtze River), the moisture sources extended both westward and southward, but mainly southward along the ISM. In winter and spring, all of the sub-basins were dominated by western moisture sources. In summer, the western sources migrated northward with the zonal movement of the westerlies, and simultaneously the southern sources of the YB, ITP, and TER expanded largely toward the Indian Ocean along the ISM. In autumn, the moisture sources of the UI, UT, and QB shrank to the western sources, and the moisture sources of the YB, ITP, and TER shrank to the central-southern TP and the Indian subcontinent. By quantifying the moisture contributions from multiple sources, we found that the terrestrial moisture dominated in all of the sub-basins, particularly in the UT and QB(62–73%). The oceanic contributions were relatively high in the UI(38–42%) and YB(38–41%). In winter, evaporation from the large western water bodies(such as the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Persian Gulf) was significantly higher than that from the continental areas. This contributed to the peak(valley) values of the oceanic(terrestrial) moisture contributions to all of the subbasins. 17Neoadjuvent androgen deprivation for seminal vesicle reduction:The optimal portion of seminal vesicle included in the high-dose CTV in localized prostate cancer radiotherapy显示文摘Objective:To clarify the length and volume reduction of seminal vesicles(SVs)after neo-adjuvant hormonal therapy(NHT),in order to help contour the optimal SV included into high-dose clinical target volume(CTV)for radiotherapy in intermediate-and high-risk patients.Methods:MR images both before and after NHT(5.3±2.2 months)were collected from thirty-one patients with cT2-4N0M0 prostate cancer.SV volume was measured in axial T1WI,while SV length was obtained in a reconstructed oblique coronary plane through its long axial from a 3D sequence.Results:SVs showed evident reduction both in length and volume(length:median 12.1%,range 4.0%–28.0%;volume:median 39.9%,range 9.4%–66.2%).For SVs with and without MR detected involvement,length shortening were(16.7±4.8)%and(11.1±4.4)%(P<0.001);for involved SVs and lesions,volume reduction were(41.0±16.0)%and(66.3±14.4)%,respectively(P<0.001),both indicating a more sensitive response to NHT of the involved portion than normal SV.Conclusions:Both volume and length of the SV will be reduced after receiving NHT.Besides,the invaded segments shrink more than normal SV tissue,indicating that SV portion included within the CTV can be reduced.Xin Qi Xianshu Gao Xiaomei Li Shangbin Qin Xiaoying Li Mingwei Ma Yun Bai Jiayan Chen Xueying Ren Hongzhen Li 2023Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,1:0
18EFFECTS OF NAAG AND MPEP ON RAT CORTICAL SPREADING DEPRESSION显示文摘Cortical spreading depression(CSD)is a pathophysiological phenomenon.There are sufficient evidences to prove that CSD plays an important role in some neurological disorders.However,exact mechanisms of its initiation and propagation are still unclear.Previous studies showed that glutamate receptors could be concerned with CSD,but those studies were mostly performed oriented to ionotropic glutamate receptors(iGluRs).There is relatively little report about effects of metabotropic glutamate receptors(mGluRs)on CSD.Here,we applied optical intrinsic signal imaging(OISI)combined with direct current(DC)potential recording to examine influences of some mGluRs antagonist(or agonist)on CSD propagation in rat’s brain,to indirectly validate actions of some mGluRs on CSD.We found that N-acetyl-l-aspartyl-l-glutamate(NAAG,an agonist at mGluR3)inhibited the propagation of CSD,and the inhibition was gradually developed with time.However,6-methyl-2-phenylethynyl-pyridine(MPEP,an antagonist of mGluR5)did not produce any significant alterations with the CSD propagation.Our findings suggest that mGluR3 could play an important role in the CSD propagation,but the activity of mGluR5 was comparatively weak.These findings can help to understand the propagation mechanism of CSD,and consider the therapy of some neurological diseases involved with CSD.ZHEN WANG WEIHUA LUO XIAOLI SUN PENGCHENG LI SHANGBIN CHEN QINGMING LUO 2010Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2010,3,2:0
19TWO-DIMENSIONAL VISUALIZATION OF THE PROPAGATION SPEED OF CORTICAL SPREADING DEPRESSION IN RAT CORTEX显示文摘Cortical spreading depression(CSD),which is a significant pathological phenomenon that correlates with migraines and cerebral ischemia,has been characterized by a wave of depolarization among neuronal cells and propagates across the cortex at a rate of 2–5mm/min.Although the propagation pattern of CSD was well-investigated using high-resolution optical imaging technique,the variation of propagation speed of CSD across different regions of cortex was not well-concerned,partially because of the lack of ideal approach to visualize two-dimensional distribution of propagation speed of CSD over the whole imaged cortex.Here,we have presented a method to compute automatically the propagation speed of CSD throughout every spots in the imaged cortex.In this method,temporal clustering analysis(TCA)and least square estimation(LSE)were first used to detect origin site where CSD was induced.Taking the origin site of CSD as the origin of coordinates,the data matrix of each image was transformed into the corresponding points based on the polar-coordinate representation.Then,two fixed-distance regions of interest(ROIs)are sliding along with the radial coordinate at each polar angle within the image for calculating the time lag with correlating algorithm.Finally,we could draw a twodimensional image,in which the value of each pixel represented the velocity of CSD when it spread through the corresponding area of the imaged cortex.The results demonstrated that the method can reveal the heterogeneity of propagation speed of CSD in the imaged cortex with high fidelity and intuition.TINGTING XU PENGCHENG LI SHANGBIN CHEN WEIHUA LUO 2010Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2010,3,1:0
