1Design and preliminary experimental research on a new biogas fermentation system by solar heat pipe heating显示文摘Biogas fermentation requires appropriate temperature,while the biogas fermentation can be affected by the low ambient temperature in winter.In order to overcome the negative effects of low temperature fermentation,a new type of solar heat pipe biogas fermentation heating system was designed and a preliminary experiment research on this system was conducted using cow manure as the raw material at 6%concentration and total fermentation volume of 175 L.The experimental results showed that when the system was in normal operation,the fermentation temperature rose every day by gradient.This gradient will gradually become smaller with the increase of fermentation liquid temperature,and the temperature can reach 38°C after stability.Using this solar heat pipe heating system,the fermentation liquid temperature can be increased by 5°C every sunny day.This solar heat pipe heating system plays a significant role in biogas fermentation.The results of economic analysis show that the system can realize the fermentation at constant temperatures of 25°C and 35°C respectively,and it can also save standard coal equivalent of 40 kg and 80 kg in winter and spring,respectively.Jiao Youzhou Li Pengfei Li Gang Zhang Quanguo Ding Pan Wang Shaopeng Gao Zan Du Shuangli He Chao 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:2
2The influence of clusters in the melt of Fe_(80)Si_(10)B_(10) alloy on the subsequent glass-formation显示文摘The structure of Fe80Si10B10 alloy melt was investigated by ab initio molecular dynamic simulation from the local atomic environments. It presents that Fe80Si10B10 alloy can be considered as the combination of B-centered prism-like clusters and bcc-like Fe-Si solid solution. 5Status of the IHEP 1.3 GHz superconducting RF program显示文摘The 1.3 GHz superconducting radio-frequency (SRF) technology is one of the key technologies for the ILC and future XFEL and ERL projects in China. With the aim to develop 1.3 GHz SRF technology, IHEP has started a program to build an SRF Accelerating Unit. This unit contains a 9-cell 1.3 GHz superconducting cavity, a short cryomodule, a high power input coupler, a tuner and a low level RF system. This program also includes the SRF laboratory upgrade, which will permit the unit to be built and tested at IHEP. The unit will be used for the 1.3 GHz SRF system integration study, high power horizontal test and possible beam test in the future. In this paper, we report the recent R&D status of this program. The first large grain low-loss shape 9-cell superconducting RF cavity made by IHEP reached 20 MV/m in the first vertical test in July, 2010. The prototype tuner and low level RF (LLRF) system are under test. The high power input coupler and cryomodule are under fabrication. 6Investigation on structure and dynamic property of liquid Pd-Cu-Ni-P alloys using ab initio molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘Based on the short-range order,it is found that the abundance of the P-centered P-transition-metal clusters are the common feature among the liquid Pd-Cu-Ni-P alloys,and hence this feature alone could not uncover the underlying mechanisms of the variation of glass forming ability among the liquid alloys.For the so called similar elements such as Cu and Ni,their behaviors are significantly different when interacting with Pd or P atoms.Cu has weak bonding with both Pd and P while Ni has very strong bonding with P but nearly no bonding with Pd.The different bonding characters thus underlie the phenomenon that in the best glass formers the ratio of the two similar elements often deviates from 1:1.Only if the parameters of chemical short-range order of Cu and Ni around P become closest to each other the best glass forming ability is reached.It is also illustrated that the calculated dynamic properties are very helpful to locate the composition of the best glass former.QIN JingYu GU TingKun PAN ShaoPeng BIAN XiuFang ZHANG Tao 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,2:0
7R&D of BEPCII 500 MHz superconducting cavity显示文摘Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade (BEPCII) adopts two 500 MHz superconducting cavities (SCCs) in each ring for higher accelerated gradient, higher Q and lower impedance (Wang et al. The proceedings of SRF'07). There's no spare cavity due to the limited time and funding during BEPCII construction. If any serious trouble happened on either one of the two cavities and could not be recovered in a short time, the operation of BEPCII facility will be affected. Therefore, since 2009 three spare cavities have been fabricated in China to ensure reliable operation, and two of them have been successfully vertically tested in January and July 2011. 8Performance enhancement for antipodal Vivaldi antenna modulated by a high-permittivity metasurface lens显示文摘A metasurface unit is designed operating at 2–20 GHz to enhance the gain and radiation performance of an antipodal Vivaldi antenna(AVA).The unit has a simple structure,stable ultra-wideband performance,high permittivity,and can independently modulate two polarization modes electromagnetic waves.We analyze the current distribution on the unit and extract equivalent characteristic parameters to verify the ability of independent modulation on two polarization modes electromagnetic waves.The designed metasurface unit is integrated into the aperture of the AVA and forms the metasurface lens(ML)for guiding the propagation of electromagnetic waves.Two types of ML are proposed and integrated into the AVA to design antennas Ant1 and Ant2.The modulation effect of the lens on the electromagnetic wave is analyzed from the perspective of electric field amplitude and phase,and the final design is obtained.From the optimized design results,the AVA and the proposed Ant2 are fabricated and measured,and the measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation ones.The impedance bandwidth measured by Ant2 basically covers the 2–18 GHz frequency band.Compared with the conventional AVA,the gain of the proposed Ant2 is increased by 0.6–3.7 d B,the sidelobe level is significantly reduced,and the directivity has also been clearly improved.Shaopeng PAN Mingtuan LIN Lin QI Pan CHEN Yang FENG Gaosheng LI 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,12:0
