| 1 | 藏北高原地壳及上地幔导电性结构——超宽频带大地电磁测深研究结果显示文摘为了研究西藏中、北部壳、幔导电性结构,讨论高原中、北部岩石圈热状态,1998年和1999年(INDEPTH(Ⅲ)-MT)在西藏中、北部完成了德庆—龙尾错(500线)和那曲—格尔木(600线)超宽频带大地电磁深探测剖面的研究.研究结果表明,西藏中、北部以昆仑山断裂为界,其南北壳、幔电性结构有很大差异.昆仑山断裂以北地壳和上地幔为高阻区.而昆仑山以南,地壳和上地幔的导电性有明显的分层结构:地壳上部以不连续的高阻体为主,夹有局部低阻异常体,沿南北方向上地壳的电性结构复杂,具有不连续、分块的特点;但中、下地壳为大范围的高导异常区,区内发育有大规模、不相连续、产状各异的高导体,其电阻率均小于4Ωm;在班公—怒江和金沙江缝合带之下,壳内高导体都具有向上地幔延伸的趋势,存在连通壳、幔的低阻通道.根据西藏高原中、北部壳、幔电性结构的研究推断:如同藏南一样,这里也普遍存在部分熔融体和热流体,它们的成因主要与班公—怒江和金沙江缝合带的壳-幔热交换、热活动有关,这是两期形成的壳-幔热交换通道.其中,班公—怒江缝合带的壳-幔热交换通道形成时间比金沙江缝合带早.因此,研究区壳、幔的热活动是从南边和西边开始,向北、向东扩展,导致现今西藏中、北部地壳和上地幔的热流分布由西向东、由南向北增大. | 魏文博 金胜 叶高峰 邓明 谭捍东 Martyn Unsworth Alan G. | 6 | MdGSTF6,activated by MdMYB1,plays an essential role in anthocyanin accumulation in apple显示文摘Anthocyanins are biosynthesized on the cytosolic surface of the endoplasmic reticulum and then transported into the vacuole for storage.Glutathione S-transferases(GSTs)are considered to be responsible for the transport of anthocyanins into the vacuole.However,the regulatory mechanisms of GSTs in plants are still unclear.Here,we performed a genome-wide analysis and identified 69 GST genes in apple.The expression of MdGSTF6 was positively correlated with the anthocyanin content(r=0.949)during‘Yanfu 8’fruit development.The overexpression of MdGSTF6 in the Arabidopsis thaliana tt19 mutant resulted in seedlings of 35S::MdGSTF6-GFP/tt19 that could accumulate anthocyanin and rescue its phenotype,suggesting that MdGSTF6 was an anthocyanin transporter.The silencing of MdGSTF6 affected anthocyanin accumulation in apple fruit.Moreover,the knockdown of MdGSTF6 by RNA interference in cultured‘Gala’seedlings inhibited anthocyanin accumulation.The interaction experiments showed that MdMYB1 could bind directly to the MdGSTF6 promoter to transcriptionally activate its expression.Collectively,our results demonstrate that MdGSTF6 encodes an important GST transporter of anthocyanins in apple fruit and provide evidence for the associated regulatory mechanisms.Therefore,MdMYB1 can not only regulate anthocyanin synthesis,but also control the transport of anthocyanin in apples.This information may be useful for further clarifying the regulation of anthocyanin transport in apple. | Shenghui Jiang Min Chen Naibo He Xiaoliu Chen Nan Wang Qingguo Sun Tianliang Zhang Haifeng Xu Hongcheng Fang Yicheng Wang Zongying Zhang Shujing Wu Xuesen Chen | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 16 |

| 8 | Ciliary parathyroid hormone signaling activates transforming growth factor-βto maintain intervertebral disc homeostasis during aging显示文摘Degenerative disc disease(DDD) is associated with intervertebral disc degeneration of spinal instability. Here, we report that the cilia of nucleus pulposus(NP) cells mediate mechanotransduction to maintain anabolic activity in the discs. We found that mechanical stress promotes transport of parathyroid hormone 1 receptor(PTH1 R) to the cilia and enhances parathyroid hormone(PTH) signaling in NP cells. PTH induces transcription of integrin α_vβ_6 to activate the transforming growth factor(TGF)-β-connective tissue growth factor(CCN2)-matrix proteins signaling cascade. Intermittent injection of PTH(iPTH) effectively attenuates disc degeneration of aged mice by direct signaling through NP cells, specifically improving intervertebral disc height and volume by increasing levels of TGF-β activity, CCN2, and aggrecan. PTH1 R is expressed in both mouse and human NP cells. Importantly,knockout PTH1 R or cilia in the NP cells results in significant disc degeneration and blunts the effect of PTH on attenuation of aged discs. | 10 | High-precision Dating and Geological Significance of Chang 7 Tuff Zircon of the Triassic Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin in Central China显示文摘The Ordos Basin, as the second largest petroliferous basin of China, contains abundant oil and gas resources, oil shale, and sandstone-type uranium mineral resources. Chang 7 shale is not only the major source rock of the Mesozoic petroliferous system of the Basin, but is also crucial in determining the space-time distribution relationship of the shale section for the effective exploration and development of the Basin's oil and gas resources. To obtain a highly precise age of the shale development section, we collected tuff samples from the top and bottom profile of the Chang 7 Member, Yishi Village, Yaoqu Town, Tongchuan District, on the southern margin of the Ordos Basin and performed high-precision chemical abrasion(CA)–isotope dilution(ID)–thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS) zircon U-Pb dating on the basis of extensive laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) zircon U-Pb dating data. Our results show the precise ages of the top and bottom zircon in the Chang 7 shale to be 241.06±0.12 Ma and 241.558±0.093 Ma, respectively. We first obtained Chang 7 age data with Grade 0.1-Ma precision and then determined the age of the shale development in the Chang 7 Member to be the early-Middle Triassic Ladinian. This result is supported by paleontological evidence. The deposition duration of the Chang 7 shale is 0.5 Ma with an average deposition rate of the shale section being 5.3 cm/ka. Stable isotope curves show four negative and four positive excursions appearing alternately at the Wushi Yingshan section and five negative alternating with five positive excursions at the Kalpin Cement Plant section. The carbon isotope logs of these two sections are correlated with the international Cambrian-Ordovician boundary key sections: (1) Dayangcha section in China, (2) Green Point section in Canada, (3) Black mountain section in Australia and (4) Lowson Cove section in USA. | 17 | The computational fluid dynamic modeling of downwash flow field for a six-rotor UAV显示文摘The downwash flow field of the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), formed by propellers during operation, has a significant influence on the deposition, drift and distribution of droplets as well as the spray width of the UAV for plant protection. To study the general characteristics of the distribution of the downwash airflow and simulate the static wind field of multi-rotor UAVs in hovering state, a 3 D full-size physical model of JF01-10 six-rotor plant protection UAV was constructed using Solid Works. The entire flow field surrounding the UAV and the rotation flow fields around the six rotors were established in UG software. The physical model and flow fields were meshed using unstructured tetrahedral elements in ANSYS software.Finally, the downwash flow field of UAV was simulated.With an increased hovering height, the ground effect was reduced and the minimum current velocity increased initially and then decreased. In addition, the spatial proportion of the turbulence occupied decreased. Furthermore, the appropriate operational hovering height for the JF01-10 is considered to be 3 m. | 18 | Stratigraphy of the Triassic-Jurassic Boundary Successions of the Southern Margin of the Junggar Basin,Northwestern China显示文摘The Triassic-Jurassic(Tr-J) boundary marks a major extinction event,which(~200 Ma) resulted in global extinctions of fauna and flora both in the marine and terrestrial realms.There prevail great challenges in determining the exact location of the terrestrial Tr-J boundary,because of endemism of taxa and the scarcity of fossils in terrestrial settings leading to difficulties in linking marine and terrestrial sedimentary successions.Investigation based on palynology and bivalves has been carried out over a 1113 m thick section,which is subdivided into 132 beds,along the Haojiagou valley on the southern margin of the Junggar Basin of the northern Xinjiang,northwestern China.The terrestrial Lower Jurassic is conformably resting on the Upper Triassic strata.The Upper Triassic covers the Huangshanjie Formation overlaid by the Haojiagou Formation,while the Lower Jurassic comprises the Badaowan Formation followed by the Sangonghe Formation.Fifty six pollen and spore taxa and one algal taxon were identified from the sediments.Based on the key-species and abundance of spores and pollen,three zones were erected:the Late Triassic(Rhaetian) Aratrisporites-Alisporites Assemblage,the Early Jurassic(Hettangian) Perinopollenites-Pinuspollenites Assemblage,and the Sinemurian Perinopollenites-Cycadopites Assemblage.The Tr-J boundary is placed between bed 44 and 45 coincident with the boundary between the Haojiagou and Badaowan formations.Beds with Ferganoconcha(?),Unio-Ferganoconcha and Waagenoperna-Yananoconcha bivalve assemblages are recognized.The Ferganoconcha(?) bed is limited to the upper Haojiagou Formation, Unio-Ferganoconcha and Waagenoperna-Yananoconcha assemblages are present in the middle and upper members of the Badaowan Formation.The sedimentary succession is interpreted as terrestrial with two mainly lake deposit intervals within Haojiagou and Badaowan formations,yielding fresh water algae and bivalves.However,the presence of brackish water algae Tasmanites and the marine-littoral facies bivalve Waagenoperna from the Badaowan Formation indicate that the Junggar Basin was influenced by sea water caused by transgressions from the northern Tethys,during the Sinemurian. | SHA Jingeng Vivi VAJDA PAN Yanhong Linda LARSSON YAO Xiaogang ZHANG Xiaolin WANG Yaqiong CHENG Xiansheng JIANG Baoyu DENG Shenghui CHEN Siwei PENG Bo | 2011 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2011,85,2: | 7 |
| 19 | MdMYB6 regulates anthocyanin formation in apple both through direct inhibition of the biosynthesis pathway and through substrate removal显示文摘Anthocyanin biosynthesis and sugar metabolism are important processes during plant growth,but the molecular interactions underlying these pathways are still unclear.In this work,we analyzed the anthocyanin and soluble sugar contents,as well as the transcript levels of transcription factors that are known to be related to the biosynthesis of anthocyanin in‘Hongcui 1’apple flesh during fruit development.Overexpression of MdMYB6 in red-fleshed calli was found to reduce anthocyanin content and result in downregulated expression of the MdANS and MdGSTF12 proteins.Yeast one-hybrid and electrophoretic mobility shift analyses showed that MdMYB6 could directly bind to the promoters of MdANS and MdGSTF12,indicating that MdMYB6 could inhibit anthocyanin biosynthesis by regulating MdANS and MdGSTF12.Overexpression of MdTMT1 in the Arabidopsis tmt1 mutant restored the glucose and fructose contents to the wild-type levels,while overexpression of MdTMT1 in red-fleshed calli increased the contents of glucose and fructose but reduced the contents of UDP-glucose,UDP-galactose,and anthocyanin.Using a GUS reporter system,yeast one-hybrid,chromatin immunoprecipitation-PCR and electrophoretic mobility shift analyses,we found that MdMYB6 could bind to the promoter of MdTMT1,resulting in increased promoter activity.Overexpression of MdMYB6 in calli overexpressing MdTMT1 increased the expression of MdTMT1,which led to reduced contents of UDP-glucose and UDP-galactose and decreased anthocyanin content compared to those of the calli that overexpressed MdTMT1.This finding suggested that MdMYB6 could also inhibit anthocyanin biosynthesis by regulating MdTMT1 to decrease the contents of UDP-glucose and UDP-galactose.Taken together,these results showed that MdMYB6 and MdTMT1 play key roles in both anthocyanin biosynthesis and sugar transport. | Haifeng Xu Qi Zou Guanxian Yang Shenghui Jiang Hongcheng Fang Yicheng Wang Jing Zhang Zongying Zhang Nan Wang Xuesen Chen | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 6 |
| 20 | A New Carbon and Oxygen Balance Model Based on Ecological Service of Urban Vegetation显示文摘The application of human induced oxygen consumption and carbon emission theory in urban region was summed up and on this base a new model of urban carbon and oxygen balance (UCOB) was constructed by calculating the carbon and oxygen fluxes. The purpose was to highlight the role of vegetation in urban ecosystems and evaluate the effects of various human activities on urban annual oxygen consumption and carbon emission. Hopefully,the model would be helpful in theory to keep the regional balance of carbon and oxygen,and provide guidance and support for urban vegetation planning in the future. To test the UCOB model,the Jimei District of Xiamen City,Fujian Province,China,a very typical urban region,was selected as a case study. The results turn out that Jimei′s vegetation service in oxygen emission and carbon sequestration could not meet the demand of the urban population,and more than 31.49 times of vegetation area should be added to meet the whole oxygen consumption in Jimei while 9.60 times of vegetation area are needed to meet the carbon sequestration targets.
