| 5 | Bearing Fault Diagnosis with DDCNN Based on Intelligent Feature Fusion Strategy in Strong Noise显示文摘Intelligent fault diagnosis in modern mechanical equipment maintenance is increasingly adopting deep learning technology.However,conventional bearing fault diagnosis models often suffer from low accuracy and unstable performance in noisy environments due to their reliance on a single input data.Therefore,this paper proposes a dual-channel convolutional neural network(DDCNN)model that leverages dual data inputs.The DDCNN model introduces two key improvements.Firstly,one of the channels substitutes its convolution with a larger kernel,simplifying the structure while addressing the lack of global information and shallow features.Secondly,the feature layer combines data from different sensors based on their primary and secondary importance,extracting details through small kernel convolution for primary data and obtaining global information through large kernel convolution for secondary data.Extensive experiments conducted on two-bearing fault datasets demonstrate the superiority of the two-channel convolution model,exhibiting high accuracy and robustness even in strong noise environments.Notably,it achieved an impressive 98.84%accuracy at a Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR)of−4 dB,outperforming other advanced convolutional models. | Chaoqian He Runfang Hao Kun Yang Zhongyun Yuan Shengbo Sang Xiaorui Wang | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,12: | 0 |
| 6 | NUMERICAL APPROACH TO DETERMINING INSTANTANEOUS CONTACT REGION FOR CONJUGATE SURFACES显示文摘According to the defect of traditional method of determining instantaneous contact regions for conjugate surfaces, a numerical approach to the determination is proposed. A local coordinate system is built by using the surface unit tangent and unit normal at the contact point. Considering that the gap forming the boundary of instantaneous contact region in the direction of the common normal vectors is given, a system of nonlinear equations is built to fred the instantaneous contact boundary in local coordinate system, a modified Powell's hybrid algorithm of finite-difference approximation to the Jacobian used to solve the system. The new method simplifies the task of determining instantaneous contact regions without calculating curvature and relative curvature. | 7 | Chromatin conformation of human oral epithelium can identify orofacial cleft missing functional variants显示文摘Genome-wide association studies(GWASs) are the most widely used method to identify genetic risk loci associated with orofacial clefts(OFC). However, despite the increasing size of cohort, GWASs are still insufficient to detect all the heritability,suggesting there are more associations under the current stringent statistical threshold. In this study, we obtained an integrated epigenomic dataset based on the chromatin conformation of a human oral epithelial cell line(HIOEC) using RNA-seq, ATAC-seq,H3K27ac Ch IP-seq, and DLO Hi-C. Presumably, this epigenomic dataset could reveal the missing functional variants located in the oral epithelial cell active enhancers/promoters along with their risk target genes, despite relatively less-stringent statistical association with OFC. Taken a non-syndromic cleft palate only(NSCPO) GWAS data of the Chinese Han population as an example, 3664 SNPs that cannot reach the strict significance threshold were subjected to this functional identification pipeline.In total, 254 potential risk SNPs residing in active cis-regulatory elements interacting with 1 718 promoters of oral epitheliumexpressed genes were screened. Gapped k-mer machine learning based on enhancers interacting with epithelium-expressed genes along with in vivo and in vitro reporter assays were employed as functional validation. Among all the potential SNPs, we chose and confirmed that the risk alleles of rs560789 and rs174570 reduced the epithelial-specific enhancer activity by preventing the binding of transcription factors related to epithelial development.
