Experimental study on the goaf flow field of the ‘‘U+I” type ventilation system for a comprehensive mechanized mining face显示文摘‘‘U' and ‘‘U+I' type ventilation experiments were performed on a three-dimensional fully mechanized caving face simulation experimental platform. The distribution laws of the pressure field and gas field in the mine goaf were obtained. Results show that the flow field in the goaf is generally asymmetric;the location of the gas accumulation area changes with ventilation parameters and can be used as an evaluation indicator to study the air leakage extent in the goaf. Hence, drainage pipes buried in the goaf to intensively extract gas can be designed in such gas areas, which can give considerations in both improving gas drainage efficiency and reducing air leakage. By comparing the gas extraction effect of model experiments with that of on-site underground practices, the basic laws are commonly consistent according to comparative analysis. Thus the experimental results can be used to guide the application of underground gas prevention and control. | Yu Zhaoyang Yang Shengqiang Qin Yi Hu Xincheng Cheng Jianwei | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,6: | 8

Selective substitution induced anomalous phonon stiffening within quasi-one-dimensional P–P chains in SiP2显示文摘Light-matter interactions in low-dimensional quantum-confined structures can dominate the optical properties of the materials and lead to optoelectronic applications. In anisotropic layered silicon diphosphide(SiP2)crystal,the embedded quasi-onedimensional(1D)phosphorus–phosphorus(P–P)chains directly result in an unconventional quasi-1D excitonic state, and a special phonon mode vibrating along the P–P chains, establishing a unique 1D quantum-confined system.Alloying SiP2 with the homologous element serves as an effective way to study the properties of these excitons and phonons associated with the quasi-1D P–P chains,as well as the strong interaction between these quasiparticles. However, the experimental observation and the related optical spectral understanding of SiP2 with isoelectronic dopants remain elusive.Herein, with the photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy measurements,we demonstrate the redshift of the confined excitonic peak and the stiffening of the phonon vibration mode■of a series of Si(P1−xAsx)2 alloys with increasing arsenic(As)compositions. This anomalous stiffening of■is attributed to the selective substitution of As atoms for P atoms within the P–P chains, which is confirmed via our scanning transmission electron microscopy investigation.Such optical spectra evolutions with selective substitution pave a new way to understand the 1D quantum confinement in semiconductors, offering opportunities to explore quasi-1D characteristics in SiP2 and the resulting photonic device application. | Xueting Dai Feng Qin Caiyu Qiu Ling Zhou Junwei Huang Fanghua Cheng Xiangyu Bi Caorong Zhang Zeya Li Ming Tang Shengqiang Wu Xiaoxu Zhao Yangfan Lu Huiyang Gou Hongtao Yuan | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0
Calibrated explosive triangle for determining capacity of explosion of gas mixtures显示文摘Determination of the capacity for explosion of gas mixtures in a sealed area is very important for mining engineers. If this capacity is high,it would be very dangerous for rescue workers to proceed with their rescue operations.A number of methods have been developed to determine the capacity for explosion of gas mixtures in sealed areas. One of the more popular methods is the Coward explosive triangle, published by Coward. He presented a fast and easy way to determine the capacity for explosion of gas mixtures, which has proved to be a very useful tool for mining engineers and members of rescue teams. However, due to few drawbacks in this method;potential errors would be introduced when it is applied. In a brief introduction we first describe the Coward method and then,we propose and discuss new calibrated explosive triangles. We demonstrate the method in two case studies where we compare our results with those of the old model. The results indicate that the calibrated method have improved accuracy and reliability. Therefore, assessments can be made more accurately. | Cheng Jianwei Yang Shengqiang Sun Qi | 2011 | Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4: | 0
LncRNA H19 mediates BMP9-induced angiogenesis in mesenchymal stem cells by promoting the p53-Notch1 angiogenic signaling axis显示文摘BMP9 mediated osteogenic differentiation mechanisms of MSCs were widely explored, however, mechanisms of BMP9-induced angiogenesis still need to be clarified. We previously characterized that Notch1 promoted BMP9-induced osteogenesis–angiogenesis coupling process in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Here, we explored the underlying mechanisms of lncRNA H19 (H19) mediated regulation of BMP9-induced angiogenesis through activating Notch1 signaling. We demonstrated that basal expression level of H19 was high in MSCs, and silencing H19 attenuates BMP9-induced osteogenesis and angiogenesis of MSCs both in vitro and in vivo. Meanwhile, we identified that BMP9-induced production of CD31+ cells was indispensable for BMP9-induced bone formation, and silencing H19 dramatically blocked BMP9-induced production of CD31^(+) cells. In addition, we found that down-regulation of H19 inhibited BMP9 mediated blood vessel formation and followed subsequent bone formation in vivo. Mechanistically, we clarified that H19 promoted p53 phosphorylation by direct interacting and phosphorylating binding, and phosphorylated p53 potentiated Notch1 expression and activation of Notch1 targeting genes by binding on the promoter area of Notch1 gene. These findings suggested that H19 regulated BMP9-induced angiogenesis of MSCs by promoting the p53-Notch1 angiogenic signaling axis. | Chengcheng Du Qiang Cheng Piao Zhao Claire Wang Zhenglin Zhu Xiangdong Wu Shengqiang Gao Bowen Chen Jing Zou Wei Huang Junyi Liao | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,3: | 0
An analysis of the transcriptional landscape in hypoxia-treated primary nucleus pulposus cells显示文摘Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is the main cause of lower back pain.Lower back pain places a huge burden on society, and all current treatments for IDD cannot restore the original function of the intervertebral disc.Proposing new treatments for IDD requires clarifying the mechanisms of IDD.Physiological hypoxia is an important feature of the nucleus pulposus because of its special anatomical structure.Using RNA sequencing(RNA-seq),we obtained the whole transcriptome of nucleus pulposus cells(NPCs)under hypoxia and hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF1A)deletion.Results demonstrated possible effects of oxygen concentration and HIF1A on NPCs.In addition, our results showed that hypoxia can affect lipid metabolism in NPCs. | Zhicai Peng Zhuo Wang Shuaichi Guo Bing Tan Ruichao Cao Shengqiang Cheng Jun Chen Chunwang Xie Dehong Mao Zhenming Hu | 2024 | Genes & Diseases2024,11,2: | 0
New understanding and exploration direction of hydrocarbon accumulation in Termit Basin, Niger显示文摘Based on the seismic and drilling data, casting thin sections, geochemical analysis of oil and rock samples, and hydrocarbon generation history simulation, the hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics and exploration direction of Termit superimposed marine–continental rift basin are discussed. The Termit basin is superimposed with two-phase rifts(Early Cretaceous and Paleogene). The subsidence curves from two wells on the Trakes slope in the east of the basin show high subsidence rate in the Late Cretaceous, which is believed to be high deposition rate influenced by transgression. However, a weak rift may also be developed. The depositional sequences in the Termit basin were controlled by the Late Cretaceous marine transgression cycle and the Paleogene lacustrine transgression cycle, giving rise to two types of superimposed marine–continental “source-sink” deposits. The marine and continental mixed source rocks developed universally in the whole basinduring the marine transgression period, and are overlaid by the Paleogene Sokor 1 reservoir rocks and Sokor 2 caprocks developed during the lacustrine transgression period, forming the unique superimposed marine–continental basin in WCARS. The early low geothermal gradient in the Termit basin resulted in the late hydrocarbon generated by the source rock of Upper Cretaceous Yogou in Paleogene. Mature source rock of Upper Cretaceous Donga developed in the Trakes slope, so that the double-source-supply hydrocarbon and accumulation models are proposed for the Trakes slope in which formed the oil fields. Due to virtue of the newly proposed hydrocarbon accumulation model and the exploration activities in recent years in the Termit superimposed marine–continental rift basin, an additional effective exploration area of about 2500 km2has been confirmed in the east of the basin. It is believed that potential domains such as Sokor 1, Donga and Upper Cretaceous lithologic traps in the southeast of the basin are key expected targets for exploration and frontier evaluation in future. | YUAN Shengqiang DOU Lirong CHENG Dingsheng MAO Fengjun PAN Chunfu ZHENG Fengyun JIANG Hong PANG Wenzhu LI Zaohong | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,2: | 0
