1Timing and structural controls on skarn-type and vein-type mineralization at the Xitian tin-polymetallic deposit, Hunan Province, SE China显示文摘Xitian tin-polymetallic deposit, located in the eastern Hunan Province, SE China, hosts quartz vein and skarn in the contact zone between carbonate and two stages granites. Critical geodynamic questions for South China are whether different types of mineralization form in the same time and how the magmatism–tectonic system controls the ore-forming process. Based on the distribution of the orebodies, six cassiterite samples from different types of mineralization are collected for dating. In-situ LA-MCICP-MS U–Pb isotopic data yielded concordia low intercept ages between 154 and 157 Ma, indicating that different types of mineralization belong to the same magmatism–mineralization system. Coupled with the study of the kinematic indicators, it suggests that the structural control of the wall rocks constrain the types of mineralization. These results provide further evidence of a close temporal link between the structure and the tin-polymetallic mineralization in Xitian deposit. Considering the structure in the district, granite dome plays an important role in the ore-forming process. 2Dinosaur eggs and dinosaur egg-bearing deposits(Upper Cretaceous) of Henan Province,China:Occurrences,palaeoenvironments,taphonomy and preservation显示文摘The Upper Cretaceous dinosaur egg-bearing deposits in Henan Province,central China are divided into three formations in ascending order:Gaogou,Majiacun and Sigou.The Gaogou Formation belongs to alluvial fan deposits containing the fossil dinosaur egg assemblage of Faveoloolithus,Dendroolithus,Dictyoolithus,Paraspheroolithus and Longiteresoolithus.The Majiacun Formation is interpreted as braided stream to meandering stream deposits with assemblage of Ovaloolithus,Paraspheroolithus,Placoolithus,Dendroolithus,Prismatoolithus, rare Youngoolithus and Nanhiungoolithus.The Sigou Formation is shallow lacustrine/palustrine to low-sinuosity river sedimentary rocks with assemblage of Macroolithus,Elongatoolithus,Ovaloolithus and Paraspheroolithus. To date,37 oospecies,13 oogenera and 8 oofamilies of dinosaur eggs have been distinguished.Autochthonous dinosaur eggs are preserved in the floodplain deposits,whereas allochthonous and parautochthonous dinosaur eggs are preserved in the alluvial fans.This suggests that river floodplains are the best environments for the preservation of numerous autochthonous dinosaur eggs.The preservation of most dinosaur eggs in brown to red calcic palaeosoils,muddy siltstones or mudstones suggests that the paleoclimate of the nesting area was semiarid.The presence of gray and green mudstone and coal layers,however,indicates that there existed an ephemeral subhumid climate during the middle and Late Cretaceous.It is suggested that such a climate was favorable for the development of meandering streams in a vegetated environment.Xinquan Liang Shunv Wen Dongsheng Yang Shiquan Zhou Shichong Wu 2009Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2009,19,11:3

4Multi-ion intercalated Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene and the mutual modulation within interlayer显示文摘Intercalation of ions between the adjacent MXene layers can change the interlayer environment and influence the electrochemical ion storage capacity.In order to understand the effect of multi-ions confined by the MXene layers on the performance of electrochemical energy storage,Co^(2+),Mn^(2+)and Ni^(2+)intercalated into Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene which already pre-intercalated Al3+are obtained by spontaneous static action.Based on the monitor of(002)crystal orientation,intercalated multi-ions can regulate and control the interlayer environment of MXenes via stress,which induces lattice shrinkage occurring in the c axis.Limited by ion storage mechanism-performance,the multi-ion occupies the interspace of MXene and affects the electrochemical performance.This work would offer guidance to understand the relationship among the multi-ion and MXene by two-dimensional(2D)layered materials.Zhihe Wang Yixuan Wang Qinhua Gu Cuimei Zhao Junkai Zhang Shichong Xu Ming Lu Bingsen Zhang 2023Particuology2023,,1:1

15Biomimetic nanoparticles drive the mechanism understanding of shear-wave elasticity stiffness in triple negative breast cancers to predict clinical treatment显示文摘In clinical practice,we noticed that triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)patients had higher shear-wave elasticity(SWE)stiffness than non-TNBC patients and a higherα-SMA expression was found in TNBC tissues than the non-TNBC tissues.Moreover,SWE stiffness also shows a clear correlation to neoadjuvant response efficiency.To elaborate this phenomenon,TNBC cell membrane-modified polylactide acid-glycolic acid(PLGA)nanoparticle was fabricated to specifically deliver artesunate to regulate SWE stiffness through inhibiting CAFs functional status.As tested in MDA-MB-231 and E0771 orthotopic tumor models,CAFs functional status inhibited by 231M-ARS@PLGA nanoparticles(231M-AP NPs)had reduced the SWE stiffness as well as attenuated hypoxia of tumor as tumor soil loosening agent which amplified the antitumor effects of paclitaxel and PD1 inhibitor.Single-cell sequencing indicated that the two main CAFs(extracellular matrix and wound healing CAFs)that produces extracellular matrix could influence the tumor SWE stiffness as well as the antitumor effect of drugs.Further,biomimetic nanoparticles inhibited CAFs function could attenuate tumor hypoxia by increasing proportion of inflammatory blood vessels and oxygen transport capacity.Therefore,our finding is fundamental for understanding the role of CAFs on affecting SWE stiffness and drugs antitumor effects,which can be further implied in the potential clinical theranostic predicting in neoadjuvant therapy efficacy through non-invasive analyzing of SWE imaging.Dongdong Zheng Jin Zhou Lang Qian XueJiao Liu Cai Chang Shuang Tang Hongbo Zhang Shichong Zhou 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,4:1

17Core-shell structured silk Fibroin/PVDF piezoelectric nanofibers for energy harvesting and self-powered sensing显示文摘The development of wearable and portable electronics calls for flexible piezoelectric materials to fabricate selfpowered devices.However,a big challenge in piezoelectric material design is to boost the output performance while ensuring its flexibility and biocompatibility.Here,all-organic and core-shell structured silk fibroin(SF)/poly(vinylidene difluoride)(PVDF)piezoelectric nanofibers(NFs)with excellent flexibility are fabricated using a simple electrospinning strategy.The strong intermolecular interaction between SF and PVDF promotes theβ-phase nucleation in the core-shell structure,which significantly enhances the output performance.An output of 16.5 V was achieved in SF/PVDF NFs,which is more than 6-fold enhancement compared with that of pure PVDF NFs.In addition,the piezoelectric device can sensitively detect the mechanical stimulation from joint bending,demonstrating its great potential in self-powered sensor.Otherwise,the piezoelectric device can be also applied to control the movement of a smart car,successfully,achieving its application in the human-machine interaction.Siqi Wang Kunming Shi Bin Chai Shichong Qiao Zhuoli Huang Pingkai Jiang Xingyi Huang 2022Nano Materials Science2022,4,2:0
18Interlayer environment engineered MXene: Pre-intercalated Zn^(2+)ions as intercalants renders the modulated Li storage显示文摘The intercalation of foreign species into MXene, as an approach of tuning the interlayer environment, is employed to improve electrochemical ion storage behaviors. Herein, to understand the effect of confined ions by the MXene layers on the performance of electrochemical energy storage, Zn^(2+) ions were employed to intercalate into MXene via an electrochemical technique. Zn^(2+) ions induced a shrink of the adjacent MXene layers. Meaningfully, a higher capacity of lithium ion storage was obtained after Zn^(2+) preintercalation. In order to explore the roles of the intercalated Zn^(2+) ions, the structural evolution, and the electronic migration among Zn, Ti and the surface termination were investigated to trace the origination of the higher Li^(+) storage capacity. The pre-intercalated Zn^(2+) ions lost electrons, meanwhile Ti of MXene obtained electrons. Moreover, a low-F surface functional groups was achieved. Contrary to the first shrink, after 200 cycles, a larger interlayer distance was monitored, this can accelerate the ion transport and offer a larger expansile space for lithium storage. 19QTL Mapping for Plant Height of Wheat under Different Irrigation Modes显示文摘In order to mine gene loci associated with drought resistance and water use efficiency,and provide guidance for the breeding of drought-resistant wheat varieties,quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for plant height(PH)and stem height(SH)of wheat were evaluated using a population of 302 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)derived from a cross between drought-tolerant cultivar Luohan 2 and water-sensitive cultivar Weimai 8 under different water regimes in six environments.Totally 17 additive QTLs for PH and SH were identified and distributed on chromosomes 2B,3A,3B,4A,5A,5D,6B,7A and 7B,respectively,which explained3.3%to 26.95%phenotypic variations,with additive effect of 1.919 6 to 5.382 8 cm.Among them,14 QTLs,24 times and 5 QTLs,7 times were detected in three irrigation environments and three drought stress environments,respectively.Both the number of QTLs for PH and the times detected in drought stress environments were significantly less than those in irrigation environments.Of all the 17 QTLs for PH,12 were detected only in irrigation environment,three QTLs were detected only in drought stress environment,and two QTLs were detected in both environments,suggesting that the expression of the genes is greatly influenced by environmental condition.QPh-WL-7A.3 detected between maker Xbarc049 and Xgwm273 on chromosome 7A in all the three drought stress environments,can enhance2.481 5-3.697 2 cm of PH,explain 8.6%-10.0%additive effect,so it is useful for the genetic improvement of drought tolerance and molecular marker-assisted selection in wheat.Yanyun REN Ling HUANG Minmin SHAO Leiming SUN Kai ZHAO Jinping WANG Xingke XU Weiying FENG Jifeng WANG Lu YAN Shichong WANG Lin WANG 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,4:0
20The novel SLC40A1(T419I)variant results in a loss-of-function phenotype and may provide insights into the mechanism of large granular lymphocytic leukemia and pure red cell aplasia显示文摘Variants in the solute carrier family 40 member 1(SLC40A1)gene are the molecular basis of ferroportin disease,which is an autosomal dominant hereditary hemochromatosis.Here,we present a patient with pure red cell aplasia(PRCA)and large granular lymphocytic leukemia(LGLL)associated with an extremely high levels of serum ferritin and iron overload syndrome.Whole exon sequencing revealed a novel heterozygous variant in SLC40A1(p.T419I),which was found in his daughter as well.A series of functional studies in vitro of the T419I variant in ferroportin were conducted and the results revealed a reduced capacity of iron export from cells without changes in protein localization and its sensitivity to hepcidin.Intracellular iron storage in mutated cells was significantly higher than that of wild-type.These findings suggest that the novel variant p.T419I can cause the classical form of ferroportin disease and an elevated intracellular iron level indicates a potential novel pathogenic mechanism underlying PRCA and LGLL.Hongfei Wu Xiang Ren Meili Ge Peiyuan Dong Shichong Wang Huiming Yi Xingxin Li Jiali Huo Xuan Zheng Mengying Gao Jinbo Huang Jing Zhang Min Wang Peng Jin Neng Nie Yingqi Shao Yizhou Zheng 2022Blood Science2022,4,1:0
