1NEAT1/miR-140-3p/MAPK1 mediates the viability and survival of coronary endothelial cells and affects coronary atherosclerotic heart disease显示文摘Studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNA)play critical roles in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).However,the function of lncRNA nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1(NEAT1)in CAD is unclear.In this study,we aimed to investigate the functions of lncRNA NEAT1 in CAD.RTPCR and western blot analysis were carried out to examine the expressions of related RNAs.Colony formation assay,cell proliferation assay,apoptosis assay,and dual-luc讦erase reporter assay were con ducted to investigate the abilities of colony migration,cell proliferatio n,apoptosis,and targeting.The results showed that NEAT1 was up-regulated in CAD blood samples and in human coronary endothelial cells(HCAECs).Transfection of pcNEATI sign讦icantly inhibited the survival rate of HCAECs and induced apoptosis of HCAECs.MiR-140-3p was down-regulated in HCAECs.NEAT1 directly targeted miR-140-3p,and the expression of miR-140-3p was inversely correlated with the expression of NEAT1 in CAD patients.In addition,co-transfection of NEAT1 with miR-140-3p mimic reversed the effect of pcNEATI on cell viability and apoptosis,mitogenactivated protein kinase 1(MAPK1)was proved to be a target gene of miR-140-3p,and the miR-140-3p mimic was shown to reduce the expression of MAPK1 in HCAECs.pcNEATI sigrdficantly increased the expression level of MAPK1,while shNEATI significantly reduced the expression level of MAPK1.Our results revealed that lncRNA NEAT1 increased cell viability and inhibited CAD cell apoptosis possibly by activating the miR-140-3p/MAPK1 pathway,and lncRNA NEAT1 might serve as a potential therapeutic target for CAD.Hui Zhang Ningning Ji Xinyan Gong Shimao Ni Yu Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,9:9
2A NEW LOW-COST DEMODULATOR FOR 2.4 GHZ ZIGBEE RECEIVERS显示文摘A new low-cost demodulator for ZigBee receivers satisfying requirements of IEEE802.15.4 standard is presented,which is designed for ISM 2.4 GHz band and based on Zero-IF receivers.This demodulator extracts symbols directly from baseband signal rather than recovering PN code chips,so its structure is simple.Two main techniques are used to improve the performance of demodulator.One is Phase-Axis Crossing Detector(PACD) which detects the phase correlation of baseband signal.The other is symbol synchronization and sampling clock correction algorithm.The result shows that this demodulator performance,Symbol Error Rate(SER) and Packet Error Rate(PER) meet IEEE 802.15.4TM standard requirements and the demodulator can handle frequency offset in excess of 200 kHz,involving a Zero-IF receiver with a Noise Figure(NF) lower than 17 dB,which is easily imple-mented in standard CMOS technology.Yu Yunfeng Meng Xin Xiao Shimao Ma Chengyan Ye Tianchun 2009Journal of Electronics(China)2009,26,2:2

4Effects of Root Zone Temperature on Growth and Photosynthetic Parameters of Grafted Cucumber显示文摘Taking Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata as root stocks,and‘Jinyou No 3'cucumber as scion,the effects of different root zone temperature conditions optimal temperature( CK)( 18-20 ℃),suboptimal temperature( 13-15 ℃) and low temperature( 8-10 ℃) on the growth and photosynthesis indexes were studied. The results showed that,compared with optimal temperature( CK),suboptimal temperature and low temperature produced a significant inhibition of growth on cucumbers. The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,number of leaves and dry weight of aboveground part were all reduced,dry weight of underground part and root shoot ratio all increased,while the inhibition was more significant at low temperature. Low and suboptimal temperature conditions also reduced SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_2 concentration and stomatal conductance of the grafted cucumber.
