1Soil-water characteristics of Gaomiaozi bentonite by vapour equilibrium technique显示文摘Soil-water characteristics of Gaomiaozi(GMZ)Ca-bentonite at high suctions(3–287MPa)are measured by vapour equilibrium technique.The soil-water retention curve(SWRC)of samples with the same initial compaction states is obtained in drying and wetting process.At high suctions,the hysteresis behaviour is not obvious in relationship between water content and suction,while the opposite holds between degree of saturation and suction.The suction variation can change its water retention behaviour and void ratio.Moreover,changes of void ratio can bring about changes in degree of saturation.Therefore,the total change in degree of saturation includes changes caused by suction and that by void ratio.In the space of degree of saturation and suction,the SWRC at constant void ratio shifts to the direction of higher suctions with decreasing void ratio.However,the relationship between water content and suction is less affected by changes of void ratio.The degree of saturation decreases approximately linearly with increasing void ratio at a constant suction.Moreover,the slope of the line decreases with increasing suction and they show an approximately linear relationship in semi-logarithmical scale.From this linear relationship,the variation of degree of saturation caused by the change in void ratio can be obtained.Correspondingly,SWRC at a constant void ratio can be determined from SWRC at different void ratios.Wenjing Sun De'an Sun Lei Fang Shiqing Liu 2014Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2014,6,1:2

3Commutative regulation between endothelial NO synthase and insulin receptor substrate 2 by microRNAs显示文摘Endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) expression is regulated by a number of transcriptional and post-transcriptional mechanisms, but the effects of competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) on eNOS mRNA and the underlying mechanisms are still unknown. Our bioinformatic analysis revealed three highly expressed eNOS-targeting miRNAs (miR-15b, miR-16, and miR-30b) in human endothelial cells (ECs). Among the 1103 mRNA targets of these three miRNAs, 15 mRNAs share a common disease association with eNOS. Gene expression and correlation analysis in patients with cardiovascular diseases identified insulin receptor substrate 2 (IRS2) as the most correlated eNOS-ceRNA. The expression levels of eNOS and IRS2 were coincidentally increased by application of laminar shear but reduced with eNOS or IRS2 siRNA transfection in human ECs, which was impeded by Dicer siRNA treatment. Moreover, luciferase reporter assay showed that these three miRNAs directly target the 3′UTR of eNOS and IRS2. Overexpression of these three miRNAs decreased, whereas inhibition of them increased, both mRNA and protein levels of eNOS and IRS2. Functionally, silencing eNOS suppressed the Akt signal pathway, while IRS2 knockdown reduced NO production in ECs. 11Spatiotemporal variation of forest land and its driving factors in the agropastoral ecotone of northern China显示文摘As an important natural resource,forest land plays a key role in the maintenance of ecological security.However,variations of forest land in the agropastoral ecotone of northern China(AENC)have attracted little attention.Taking the AENC as an example and based on remote-sensing images from 2000,2010 to 2020,we explored the spatiotemporal variation of forest land and its driving factors using the land-use transfer matrix,spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial error model.The results showed that from 2000 to 2020,the total area of forest land in the AENC increased from 75,547.52 to 77,359.96 km^(2) and the changes were dominated by the transformations among forest land,grassland and cropland,which occurred mainly in areas with the elevation of 500-2000 m and slope of 15°-25°.There was obvious spatial agglomeration of forest land in the AENC from 2000 to 2020,with hot spots of forest land gathered in the southern marginal areas of the Yanshan Mountains and the low mountainous and hilly areas of the Loess Plateau.The sub-hot spots around hot spots moved southward,the sub-cold spots spread to the surrounding areas and the cold spots disappeared.The spatiotemporal variation of forest land resulted from the interactions of natural environment,socioeconomic and policy factors from 2000 to 2020.The variables of average annual precipitation,slope,terrain relief,ecological conversion program and afforestation policy for barren mountains affected the spatial pattern of forest land positively,while those of annual average temperature,slope and road network density influenced it negatively.WANG Shiqing TAO Zefu SUN Piling CHEN Sijia SUN Huiying LI Nan 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,1:1

18Taste mechanism of kokumi peptides from yeast extracts revealed by molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘Peptides have been used as flavors for decades,however,their tasting mechanism remains not entirely clear.In the present work,10 kokumi peptides identified in yeast extracts were selected as ligands.Their binding mechanism to calcium-sensitive receptors(CaSR)were investigated at molecular level by using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations.The results showed that all kokumi peptides could bind to CaSR to form complexes,of whichγ-Glu-Cys-Gly(GSH),γ-Glu-Leu(EL)andγ-Glu-Tyr(EY)being the top 3 peptides with higher affinity.Arg66,Ser147 and Ala168 may be the active sites of CaSR and interact with CaSR through hydrogen bonds;the different kokumi peptides and CaSR mainly rely on hydrogen bonding,electrostatic interaction and hydrophobic interaction to bind each other.This study provides a theoretical reference for the interaction between kokumi peptides and their receptors.Jincui Chang Tao Feng Haining Zhuang Shiqing Song Min Sun Lingyun Yao Huatian Wang Feina Hou Jian Xiong Fan Li Pei Li Wenhui Zhu 2022Journal of Future Foods2022,2,4:0
