| 4 | Trust Type Based Trust Bootstrapping Model of Computer Network Collaborative Defense显示文摘In the system of Computer Network Collaborative Defense(CNCD),it is difficult to evaluate the trustworthiness of defense agents which are newly added to the system,since they lack historical interaction for trust evaluation.This will lead that the newly added agents could not get reasonable initial trustworthiness,and affect the whole process of trust evaluation.To solve this problem in CNCD,a trust type based trust bootstrapping model was introduced in this research.First,the division of trust type,trust utility and defense cost were discussed.Then the constraints of defense tasks were analyzed based on game theory.According to the constraints obtained,the trust type of defense agents was identified and the initial trustworthiness was assigned to defense agents.The simulated experiment shows that the methods proposed have lower failure rate of defense tasks and better adaptability in the respect of defense task execution. | YU Yang XIA Chunhe LI Shiying LI Zhong | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,12: | 1 |

| 15 | Improvement for LEACH Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Network显示文摘According to the energy bottleneck of the wireless sensor network, the LEACH algorithm is improved in this paper, in the LEACH algorithm, it maybe that the cluster head nodes are far from the base station, and cluster head node has non-uniform distribution, in this case, nodes soon died after consuming energy, so the focus from three aspects of the optimal number of the cluster head and uniform distribution and many jump communication to improve, the improved algorithm through the simulation tests show that network node energy has been obviously saved, at the same time the lifecycle of the system is also effectively extension. In the application of the wireless sensor, we should always hold the principle of energy-first, therefore the LEACH which is a hierarchical routing protocol can save energy has played a crucial role, but the optimal number of the cluster head and uniform distribution can’t be archived because of the change of the location of the cluster head nodes. In addition, when the cluster head far away from center sink node communicate with center sink node, the cluster head will exhaust energy quickly to die, that may affect lifecycle of whole of monitoring network and lead to worse expansibility. HCS expands H-Code manner RAID 6. Two key techniques are used to avoid parity blocks’ recalculating.The first one is anti-diagonal data blocks’ selection, and the other one is horizontal data migration. These two techniques ensure the data blocks are retained in the same verification zone, that is horizontal verification zone and anti-diagonal verification zone. | 17 | A CRISPR-Cas12a system for multi-gene editing (CCMGE) and metabolic pathway assembly in Starmerella bombicola显示文摘The traditional homologous recombination(HR)gene-editing method faces problems such as low editing efficiency and absence of marker genes.CRISPR-Cas9-editing efficiency is high and has been widely used in bacteria and yeast.In com-parison with CRISPR-Cas9,CRISPR-Cas12a has many outstanding advantages.Here,we report an Acidaminococcus sp.BV3L6(As)Cas12a-based genome-editing method used for Starmerella bombicola.To demonstrate the high efficiency of the CCMGE system,we verified a counter-selectable marker in S.bombicola,orotidine 5’-phosphate decarboxylase(100%for URA3).We also tested the common gene UDP-glucosyltransferase(100%for UGTA)using a 300 bp donor containing hygromycin expression cassette.This toolkit was further extended to simultaneously edit two genes(18%for UGTA and leu)and three genes(13.8%for UGTA,leu and URA3).The system greatly reduces the screening time for such multi-site editing.Based on the CCMGE system,the PHA(polyhydroxyalkanoate)-producing strain was constructed by increasing the copy number of the PHA synthase(PHAC).The PHA content and DCW reached 11.8%and 30.1 g/L,respectively.The yield of PHA was about three times higher than that of the single-copy strain using the same fermentation method. | Min Zhang Yibo Shi Lihua Zhang Shiying Zhu Haiquan Yang Wei Shen Yuanyuan Xia Xianzhong Chen | 2022 | Systems Microbiology and Biomanufacturing2022,2,4: | 0 |
| 18 | A method for retrieving soil moisture from GNSS-R by using experiment data显示文摘Soil moisture is a key parameter in agricultural irrigation.The L band(1.58GHz)on board global position system(GPS) satellite is well suited for monitoring the change of soil moisture.In order to investigate the potential of retrieving soil moisture using the L-band GPS bistatic radar,this paper analyzed a retrieval method by using field experiment data.In order to investigate the relationship between the soil moisture(corresponding roughly to the 05cm top soil layer) and the signalto-noise ratio(Pr-SNR) to the direct GPS signal-to-noise ratio(Pd-SNR),an experiment was conducted in Hulunber grassland of China in 2009 and 2011.Six field sites in the soil moisture experiment were utilized to analyze the relationship between soil moisture and the ratio of Pr-SNR to Pd-SNR and the square of correlation coefficient was about 0.9 when the surface type was known and the elevation angle of the satellite ranged from 65 to 85 degrees approximately.The analysis shows that ratio of Pr-SNR to P(d-SNR) can be used to monitor the soil moisture,because the ratio of P(r-SNR) to P(d-SNR) maximized the elimination of the influence of different signals from different GPS satellites.The estimation accuracy could be improved if we make full use of the empirical knowledge on elevation angles of GPS satellites and ground roughness of different surface types. | 毛克彪 Ma Ying Shen Xinyi Xia Lang Tian Shiying Han Jiaqi Liu Qing | 2015 | High Technology Letters2015,21,2: | 0 |
