| 1 | 不同生境类型枣园中节肢动物群落结构特征(英文)显示文摘在山西太谷枣区对不同间作生境组合类型枣园的节肢动物群落结构特征进行了研究,结果表明,在有杂草的枣园与其他枣园相比,节肢动物的物种数最大(P<0.05),而节肢动物物种的个体数最小(P<0.05),而在单作无杂草的枣园则相反(P<0.05)。植食性类群的物种数和个体数在单作无杂草的枣园显著(P<0.05)大于其间作类型的枣园,而捕食性和寄生性的物种数和个体数则明显(P<0.05)小于其间作类型的枣园,而在有杂草的枣园则相反。枣树与大豆和棉花间作枣园的捕食性和寄生性的物种数和个体数则明显(P<0.05)大于枣树与大豆间作的枣园,而枣树与大豆间作的枣园与单作无杂草枣园的寄生性的物种数和个体数则无明显差异(P>0.05),但捕食性的物种数有大豆的枣园明显(P<0.05)大于单作无杂草枣园,而个体数则无明显差异(P>0.05)。多样性均匀度和相对稳定性指数研究结果表明有杂草的枣园明显(P<0.05)大于单作无杂草枣园,枣树与大豆和棉花间作的枣园明显(P<0.05)大于枣树与大豆间作的枣园,而优势度则相反。研究结果进一步表明,在枣园合理间作多种作物或者适当保留一定的杂草,不仅可以减少天敌昆虫迁出枣园,而且还可以增加枣园天敌的物种数量和节肢动物群落结构的多样性和均匀度,同时还能有效地利用枣园的空间和自然资源,增加单位面积的产量。 | 师光禄 赵莉蔺 苗振旺 刘素琪 曹挥 Shiyou LI Bruce PIKE | 2005 | 昆虫学报2005,48,4: | 25 |

| 3 | Groundwater quality and land use change in a typical karst agricultural region:a case study of Xiaojiang watershed,Yunnan显示文摘Taking the typical karst agricultural region, Xiaojiang watershed in Luxi of Yunnan Province as a research unit, utilizing the groundwater quality data in 1982 and 2004, the aerial photos in 1982 and TM images in 2004, supported by the GIS, we probe into the law and the reason of its space-time change of the groundwater quality over the past 22 years in the paper. The results show: (1) There were obvious temporal and spatial changes of groundwater quality during the past 22 years. (2) Concentrations of NH +4, 2? SO 4, NO 3?, NO 2?, Cl ?and the pH value, total hardness, total alkalinity increased significantly, in which + NH 4, NO 3?, and NO ?2of groundwater exceeded the drinking water standards as a result of non-point pollution caused by the expansion of cultivated land and mass use of the fertilizer and pesticide. (3) Oppositely, Ca2+ and HCO 3?showed an obvious decline trend due to forest reduction and degradation and stony desertification. | 4 | Sources and migration path of chemical compositions in a karst groundwater system during rainfall events显示文摘Physical and chemical dynamics at Jiangjia Spring (JJS), the outlet of the Qingmuguan karst groundwater system in Chongqing, were monitored in situ during rainfall events to acquire a series of high-resolution data. Principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to identify the sources of chemical compositions in the karst groundwater. The coefficients of variations (CVs) of the physical and chemical data of JJS were utilized to interpret the migration path of the chemical compositions. The results showed that water-rock interactions, agricultural activities, and soil erosion were the main sources of the groundwater chemical compositions. Ions of potassium, sodium, nitrate, chloride and phosphate from agricultural activities together with ions of calcium, magnesium, strontium and bicarbonate derived from carbonate dissolution appear to be stored and regulated by the karst unsaturated zone in features such as fissures, pores and solution cracks. The concentrations of the ions remained relatively stable and they showed low CVs owing to their migration by diffuse flow to recharge the underground river. In contrast, concentrations of ions such as total iron, total manganese and aluminum from soil erosion were unstable and showed high CVs owing to their migration by overland flow to recharge the underground river directly via sinkholes. During heavy rainfall events, the nutrients from agricultural activities and sediment from soil erosion could quickly impair the aquatic ecosystem and pose serious threats to water quality. | 5 | Chimeric antigen receptor T cell targeting EGFRvIII for metastatic lung cancer therapy显示文摘Lung cancer is the most common incident cancer and the leading cause of cancer death. In recent years, the development of tumor immunotherapy especially chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell has shown a promising future. Epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvlll) is a tumor-specific mutation expressed in various types of tumors and has been detected in non-small cell lung cancer with a mutation rate of 10%. Thus, EGFRvIII is a potential antigen for targeted lung cancer therapy. In this study, CAR vectors were constructed and transfected into virus-packaging cells. Then, activated T cells were infected with retrovirus harvested from stable virus-producing single clone cell lines. CAR expression on the surfaces of the T cells was detected by flow cytometry and Western blot. The function of CAR-T targeting EGFRvIII was then evaluated. The EGFRvIII-CAR vector was successfully constructed and confirmed by DNA sequencing. A stable virus-producing cell line was produced from a single clone by limited dilution. The culture conditions for the cell line, including cell density, temperature, and culture medium were optimized. After infection with retrovirus, CAR was expressed on more than 90% of the T cells. The proliferation of CAR-T cells were induced by cytokine and specific antigen in vitro. More importantly, EGFRvIII-CART specifically and efficiently recognized and killed A549-EGFRvIII cells with an effector/target ratio of 10:1 by expressing and releasing cytokines, including perforin, granzyme B, IFN-γ, and TNF-α. The in vivo study indicated that the metastasis of A549-EGFRvIII cells in mice were inhibited by EGFRvIII-CART cells, and the survival of the mice was significantly prolonged with no serious side effects. EGFRvIII-CART showed significantly efficient antitumor activity against lung cancer cells expressing EGFRvlll in vivo and in vitro. | 6 | Confined gravity flow sedimentary process and its impact on the lower continental slope,Niger Delta显示文摘There is active gravity flow sedimentation on the lower continental slope of Niger Delta. High-resolution 3-D seismic data enable a detailed study on the gravity flow deposition process and its impact. The lower continental slope of Niger Delta is characterized by a stepped complex topography, which resulted from gravity sliding and spreading during Miocene and Pliocene. Two types of accommodations are identified on the slope: ponded accommodation as isolated sub-basins and healed slope accommodation as connected tortuous corridors, where multi-scale submarine fans and submarine channels developed. Gravity flow deposition process is affected by the characteristics of gravity flows and the receiving basin. At the early stage, gravity flow deposition process was dominated by 'fill and spill' pattern in the ponded accommodation, whereas it was confined to the healed slope accommodation during the late stage. | 9 | Enhanced photocatalytic activity of quantum-dot-sensitized one-dimensionally-ordered ZnO nanorod photocatalyst显示文摘An efcient photocatalyst was fabricated by assembling quantum dots(QDs) onto one-dimensionally-ordered ZnO nanorods, and the photocatalytic properties for Methyl Orange degradation were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray difraction, UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence. The results indicate that the catalyst with assembled QDs is more favorable for the degradation than the pristine ZnO nanorods. The QDs with core-shell structure lower the photocatalytic ability due to the higher carrier transport barrier of the ZnS shell layer. Besides its degradation efciency, the photocatalyst has several advantages given that the one-dimensionally-ordered ZnO nanorods have been grown directly on indium tin oxide substrates. | 11 | Diffusion mechanism simulation of cloud manufacturing complex network based on cooperative game theory显示文摘Cloud manufacturing is a specific implementation form of the 'Internet + manufacturing' strategy. Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. | 14 | Homologous Strategy to Construct High‑Performance Coupling Electrodes for Advanced Potassium‑Ion Hybrid Capacitors显示文摘Potassium-ion hybrid capacitors(PIHCs)have been considered as promising potentials in mid-to large-scale storage system applications owing to their high energy and power density.However,the process involving the intercalation of K+into the carbonaceous anode is a sluggish reaction,while the adsorption of anions onto the cathode surface is relatively faster,resulting in an inability to exploit the advantage of high energy.To achieve a high-performance PIHC,it is critical to promote the K^+insertion/desertion in anodic materials and design suitable cathodic materials matching the anodes.In this study,we propose a facile“homologous strategy”to construct suitable anode and cathode for high-performance PIHCs,that is,unique multichannel carbon fiber(MCCF)-based anode and cathode materials are firstly prepared by electrospinning,and then followed by sulfur doping and KOH activation treatment,respectively.Owing to a multichannel structure with a large interlayer spacing for introducing S in the sulfur-doped multichannel carbon fiber(S-MCCF)composite,it presents high capacity,super rate capability,and long cycle stability as an anode in potassium-ion cells.The cathode composite of activated multichannel carbon fiber(aMCCF)has a considerably high specific surface area of 1445 m^2 g^−1 and exhibits outstanding capacitive performance.In particular,benefiting from advantages of the fabricated S-MCCF anode and aMCCF cathode by homologous strategy,PIHCs assembled with the unique MCCF-based anode and cathode show outstanding electrochemical performance,which can deliver high energy and power densities(100 Wh kg^−1 at 200 W kg^−1,and 58.3 Wh kg^−1 at 10,000 W kg^−1)and simultaneously exhibit superior cycling stability(90%capacity retention over 7000 cycles at 1.0 A g^−1).The excellent electrochemical performance of the MCCF-based composites for PIHC electrodes combined with their simple construction renders such materials attractive for further in-depth investigations of alkali-ion battery and capacitor applications. | Ying Xu Jiafeng Ruan Yuepeng Pang Hao Sun Chu Liang Haiwen Li Junhe Yang Shiyou Zheng | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,1: | 3 |
| 15 | Mechanical properties of material in a mine dump at the Shengli#1 Surface Coal Mine,China显示文摘In-situ experiments were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties of the soil-rock mixture in the internal dump of the Shengli #1 Surface Coal Mine, China. Based on the experimental results, this study used comparative analysis and found that the shear strength of the soil-rock mixture in the dump was greater than the residual shear strength of the original rock. The results showed that the material presented in the dump as large blocks was the main factor affecting the strength of the soil-rock mixture.Numerical simulation was carried out for the analyses of three factors: different combinations of shear failure, rolling failure along with different large-block radius ratios, and mixture densities. The results illustrated that the cohesion and angle of internal friction of the soil-rock mixture are 12 kPa and 32.26°. However, in some cases the bench angle in the dump was controlled by a coupling relationship of rocks in the material. | 16 | Indirect-direct band gap transition of two-dimensional arsenic layered semiconductors—cousins of black phosphorus显示文摘The monolayer arsenic in the puckered honeycomb structure was recently predicted to be a stable two-dimensional layered semiconductor and therefore named arsenene. Unfortunately, it has an indirect band gap, which limits its practical application. Using first-principles calculations, we show that the band gaps of few-layer arsenic have an indirect-direct transition as the number of arsenic layers(n) increases from n=1 to n=2. As n increases from n=2 to infinity, the stacking of the puckered honeycomb arsenic layers forms the orthorhombic arsenic crystal ??-As, arsenolamprite), which has a similar structure to the black phosphorus and also has a direct band gap. This indirect-direct transition stems from the distinct quantum-confinement effect on the indirect and direct band-edge states with different wavefunction distribution. The strain effect on these electronic states is also studied, showing that the in-plane strains can induce very different shift of the indirect and direct band edges, and thus inducing an indirect-direct band gap transition too. The band gap dependence on strain is non-monotonic, with both positive and negative deformation potentials. Although the gap of arsenene opens between As p-p bands, the spin-orbit interaction decreases the gap by only 0.02 e V, which is much smaller than the decrease in Ga As with an s-p band gap. | 17 | System distortion analysis and compensation of DIFS signals for wideband imaging radar显示文摘System distortion is inevitable in wideband imaging radar, which needs to be compensated precisely.In traditional wideband imaging radar for space surveillance, a linear frequency modulation signal is transmitted and the echoed signal is received with dechirping processing. In this case, the system distortion changes with the target range, making it hard to compensate the distortion. However, the direct intermediate frequency sampling(DIFS) signal maintains the complete system distortion and avoids the range variant distortion in the dechirped signal. Therefore, it is more convenient to perform system compensation in DIFS signal. In this paper, the distortion factors affecting the wideband radar systems are introduced. Then, the influence of the amplitude phase distortion on the focusing quality is analyzed in detail. Finally, a system compensation method in the frequency domain based on least squares estimation is proposed. In the proposed method, the compensation vectors are extracted from the calibration tower echoes for DIFS compensation. Inverse synthetic aperture radar imagery of targets can be achieved with improved focus quality. | 18 | Identification and characterization of soybean dreg soluble dietary fibre by combination of extrusion pre-treatment and enzymatic modification显示文摘OBJECTIVES:Soybean dreg is a by-product of soy milk processing,which contains high levels of soluble dietary fibre(SDF).In this study,we aimed to provide comprehensive processes of pre-treated extrusion for the improving structure and properties of soybean dreg soluble dietary fibre(SDSDF),which would be a valuable approach to enhance physiological activity.METHODS:Here,we characteristic the functional role of SDSDF employing to extrusion pretreatment.Soybean dregs were pre-treated using the twin screw extrusion method followed by enzymatic modification using neutral protease,α-amylase,glucoamylase,and cellulose to produce SDSDF.The physical properties and antioxidant activity of SDSDF were investigated.RESULTS:The morphology and crystal structure of SDSDF were observed that,through extrusion processing and enzymatic modification,the SDSDF yield increased by 106.28%.Moreover,the surface structure showed block-shaped or reticular formations in the extruded SDSDF,and the size of block-shaped cells was about 10μm.Infrared spectroscopic analysis showed that a characteristic absorption peak of polysaccharide appeared at 1631 cm−1 during extrusion processing.However,after extrusion processing,decreased absorption peaks were observed for the extruded SDSDF.Furthermore,XRD analysis showed that the 2θdiffraction peak changed at 24.16°for the extruded SDSDF.CONCLUSIONS:The overall findings suggest that the water holding capacity(WHC),oil holding capacity(OHC),expansibility,and the water solubility were significantly decreased in extruded SDSDF.In addition,the scavenging ability of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),-OH,O_(2)^(-),and the total reducing power were significantly improved,indicating that beneficial changes had taken place in the crystal structure of cellulose or hemicellulose to improve the physiological activity in extruded SDSDF. | Min Qu Yujia Liu Guang Zhang Sophia Jun Xue Hongchen Fan Yan Wang Shiyou Yu | 2017 | Food Quality and Safety2017,1,2: | 3 |
| 19 | DASP: Defect and Dopant ab-initio Simulation Package显示文摘In order to perform automated calculations of defect and dopant properties in semiconductors and insulators, we developed a software package, the Defect and Dopant ab-initio Simulation Package(DASP), which is composed of four modules for calculating:(ⅰ) elemental chemical potentials,(ⅱ) defect(dopant) formation energies and charge-state transition levels,(ⅲ) defect and carrier densities and(ⅳ) carrier dynamics properties of high-density defects. DASP uses the materials genome database for quick determination of competing secondary phases when calculating the elemental chemical potential that stabilizes compound semiconductors. DASP calls the ab-initio software to perform the total energy, structural relaxation and electronic structure calculations of the defect supercells with different charge states, based on which the defect formation energies and charge-state transition levels are calculated. Then DASP can calculate the equilibrium densities of defects and electron and hole carriers as well as the Fermi level in semiconductors under different chemical potential conditions and growth/working temperature. For high-density defects, DASP can calculate the carrier dynamics properties such as the photoluminescence(PL) spectrum and carrier capture cross sections which can interpret the deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS). | 20 | Establishment of a high-throughput screening system for universal anti-HIV targets显示文摘The process of identifying novel human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) inhibitors presents a challenge for industrial and scientific research.Virus-cell-based screening approaches offer some advantages in the quest for novel inhibitors because they include multiple targets in a single screen and in some cases reveal targets not captured in biochemical assays.In this study,a high-throughput screening (HTS) system for HIV-1 inhibitors was developed,which allows the simultaneous screening of all the HIV-1 targets required for replication in the cell culture.HeLa/cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4)/long terminal repeat (LTR) indicator cells,which stably expressed high levels of HIV receptor CD4 and contained the firefly luciferase reporter gene under the control of the HIV-1 LTR promoter,were generated.The expression of CD4 and LTR function in this cell line was validated by Western blot and luciferase assay.MT2 cells,a human T-cell leukemia cell line that support high levels of HIV-1 replication,were infected with HIV-1,and then the infected MT2 cells were co-cultured with HeLa/CD4/LTR cells.In the optimized assay conditions,HIV-1 replication occurs rapidly in the MT2 cells,resulting in the infection of the HeLa/CD4/LTR cells and a significant induction of luciferase signals through LTR,which is activated by the expression of HIV-1 tat gene.The luciferase signals of HeLa/CD4/LTR cells co-cultured with HIV-1 infected MT2 cells were significantly stronger than the signals of noninfected HeLa/CD4/LTR cells (P < 0.001).The inhibitory effects of HIV-1 inhibitors (3'-Azido-3'-deoxythymidine [AZT],efavirenz [EFV],and nevirapine [NVP]) were evaluated with this assay,and the inhibitory concentration 50% (IC50) values of the above three inhibitors were 58,1.4,and 85 nmol/L,respectively,indicating that the assay provides the necessary sensitivity for identifying antiviral molecules.The Z' factor had a value of 0.563,indicating this is a very robust assay.These results suggested that HIV-1 infection assay represents a novel approach to HIV-1 antiviral screening that allows for the effective execution of HTS campaigns. | YIN Qi ZHUANG DaoMing JIANG YaQin ZHAO ChuanKe ZENG Xin LI ShiYou | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,10: | 3 |
