1Simultaneous Determination of Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium and Trimethoprim in Compound Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium Propolis Solution by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)显示文摘[Objective] The paper aimed to provide a basis for quality control of compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used to determine the contents of sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim simultaneously in compound sulfamonomethoxine sodium propolis solution. [Result]Sulfamonomethoxine sodium and trimethoprim showed a linear relationship within the concentration of 10-500 μg / m L under the following chromatographic conditions: Kromasil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase 0. 02 mol / L phosphoric acid solutionmethanol( 80∶20,V / V),detection wavelength 270 nm,flow rate 1. 0 m L / min,and column temperature 30℃. The average recoveries were 99. 3% and 99. 4%,respectively. 2Mode-based Damping Torque Analysis in Power System Low-frequency Oscillations显示文摘The mode-based damping torque analysis(M-DTA)method for studying the effect of an external controller on power system low-frequency oscillations is proposed in this paper.First,based on the interconnection model between the system and the controller in the frequency domain,the oscillation loop corresponding to the electromechanical oscillation mode is built,and then the mode-based damping torque of the controller can be calculated.Then,the application of the M-DTA method in the power system is illustrated.The derivation shows that in the single-machine infinite-bus power system,the M-DTA method is completely equivalent to the classical damping torque analysis(C-DTA)method.In the multi-machine power system,the mode-based damping torque directily reflects the effect of the controller on the oscillation mode,overcoming the shortcomings of the C-DTA method in which there is no direct correspondence between the damping torque and the oscillation mode.By deriving the relationship with the residue index,the M-DTA method shows higher accuracy than the residue method in applications,such as controller parameter adjustment.Finally,two example power systems are presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed M-DTA method.Index Terms-Electromechanical oscillation mode,FACTS,interconnection model in the frequency domain,mode-based damping torque analysis(M-DTA),power system low-frequency oscillation,PSS,residue method.Jingtian Bi Huadong Sun Shiyun Xu Ruihua Song Bing Zhao Qiang Guo 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4:0
3亚高山草甸植物种间花粉传播网络相对于植物-传粉者互作网络年际间更为稳定显示文摘现有研究表明植物-传粉者互作网络结构有较高的年际动态变化。由于传粉者经常在多种植物之间访问,植物-植物的种间花粉传播也可能有较高的动态变化,这对花部特征演化和群落构建有重要的意义。我们连续3年调查了中国西南部一个亚高山草甸群落的植物-传粉者互作网络和植物-植物种间花粉传播网络的年际动态结构。我们发现两种网络的连接都有较高的年际动态,但是植物落置异种花粉构成的年际变化,低于传粉者访问构成的变化,这说明同一对花粉供体和受体植物之间,在年际间可能由不同的共享传粉者传播异种花粉。植物在种间花粉传播网络中的位置,相对植物-传粉者网络中更为稳定。泛化传粉的植物能够输出更多的异种花粉,在种间花粉传播网络中也更重要。我们评估了植物-传粉者互作网络和种间花粉传播网络的年际动态结构,是整合植物-传粉者与植物-植物互作过程的重要一步。Qiang Fang Shiyun Guo Tao Zhang Xiaoxin Tang 2023Journal of Plant Ecology2023,16,3:0

6Spatiotemporal characteristics and remote sensing estimation of colored dissolved organic matter around the Leizhou Peninsula显示文摘Colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM)is an important optically active substance in marine environment.Its biochemical conservatism makes it an important indicator to offshore pollution process.Monitoring the content,composition,and diffusion process of CDOM is a good approach to analyze the terrestrial input,optical properties,and ecological environment of offshore areas.The spatiotemporal characteristics of CDOM around the Leizhou Peninsula were analyzed based on field observation data collected in the autumn 2020 and spring 2021,and an empirical inversion model of the ag(355)(absorption coefficient at 355 nm)and spectral slope(Sg)(g stands for gelbstoff/gilvin,which is called CDOM)based on Sentinel-3A ocean and land color instrument(OLCI)images was constructed.The results show(1)the order of average ag(355)value around the Leizhou Peninsula was east coast(0.503/m)>Qiongzhou Strait(0.502/m)>west coast(0.365/m);(2)the best band combinations of CDOM inversion in spring and autumn were(B4+B11)/B3 and(B7-B1)/B6(B stands for the band of spectral images),and the final inversion results are close to the measured results,indicating that the model has good accuracy;(3)the S_(g)value of the CDOM absorption spectrum was fitted to the hyperbolicexponential model.The fitting accuracy of the model was higher than those of the exponential model and the hyperbolic model,and the best S_(g)inversion model was constructed by selecting Sg(275-295)and Sg(250-295)in spring and autumn;(4)the spatial distributions of ag(355)and S_(g)were inverted,and CDOM in the waters around the Leizhou Peninsula originated from terrestrial organic matter carried by coastal aquaculture zones and runoff in the northeast Zhanjiang and the northern Beibu Gulf.Dongyang FU Shiyun WEI Guo YU Yafei LUO Huabing XU Zhaoguang CHEN 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,4:0

10Experiment and analysis of the formation,expansion and dissipation of gasbag in fine sediments based on pore water pressure survey显示文摘Deep-seated gas in seabed sediments migrates upwards from effect of external factors,which easily accumulates to form gasbags at interface of shallow coarse-fine sediments.Real-time monitoring of this process is important to predict disaster.However,there is still a lack of effective monitoring methods,so we attempt to apply multi-points pore water pressure monitoring technology when simulating forming and dissipation of gasbags in sediments through laboratory experiment.This study focuses on discussion of sensitivity of pore water pressure monitoring data,as well as typical changing characteristics and mechanisms of excess pore water pressure corresponding to crack generation,gasbag formation and gas release.It was found that the value of excess pore water pressure in sediments is negatively correlated with vertical distance between sensors and gas source,and the evolution of gasbag forming and dissipation has a good corresponding relationship with the change of excess pore water pressure.Gasbag formation process is divided into three stages:transverse crack development,longitudinal cavity expansion,and oblique crack development.Formation of gasbag begins with the transverse crack at the interface of coarse-fine sediments while excess pore water pressure attenuates rapidly and then drops,pressure remains almost unchanged when cavity expanses longitudinally,oblique crack appeared in final stage of gasbag evolution while excess pore water pressure accumulated and dissipated again.The variation curve of excess pore water pressure in gas release stage has saw-tooth fluctuation characteristics,and the value and time of pressure accumulation are also fluctuating,indicating the uncertainty and non-uniqueness of gas migration channels in sediments.Shiyun Lei Xiujun Guo Haoru Tang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,4:0
11Associated Bacteriostasis Research of Coptidis Rhizoma-Folium Isatidis and Coptidis Rhizoma-Flos Poprli against Escherichia coli O2显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the combined inhibitory effect of rhizoma coptidis-folium isatidis and rhizoma coptidis-flos poprli against Escherichia coli O2.[Method] Contrast test of single and associated bacteriostasis against known serotype E. coli O2 was conducted using microcheckerboard method.[Result] The MIC of rhizoma coptidis, folium isatidis and flos poprli were 1/8 extracting liquid, 1/8 extracting liquid and 1/2 extracting liquid, respectively. When combined with folium isatidis or flos poprli, the MIC of rhizoma coptidis was 1/8 extracting liq-uid or 1/16 extracting liquid compared with single use.
