| 3 | A collaborative approach to integrated energy systems that consider direct trading of multiple energy derivatives显示文摘The cooperative model of a multi-subject Regional Integrated Energy System(RIES)is no longer limited to the trading of traditional energy,but the trading of new energy derivatives such as Green Certificates(GC),Service Power(SP),and CO_(2) will be more involved in the energy allocation of the cooperative model.This study was conducted for the multi-entity RIES cooperative model considering the trading of electronics,GC,SP,and CO_(2).First,a cooperative framework including wind-photovoltaic generation system(WG),combined heat and power system(CHP),and power-carbon-hydrogen load(PCH)is proposed,and the mechanism of energy derivatives trading is also analyzed.Then,the sub-models of each agent in the cooperative model are established separately so that WG has the capability of GC generation,CHP has the capability of GC and CO_(2) absorption,and PCH can realize the effective utilization of CO_(2).Then,the WG–CHP–PCH cooperative model is established and equated into two sub-problems of cooperative benefit maximization and transaction payment negotiation,which are solved in a distributed manner by the alternating directed multiplier method(ADMM).Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed cooperative model and distributed solution is verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the WG–CHP–PCH cooperative model can substantially improve the operational efficiency of each agent and realize the efficient redistribution of energy and its derivatives.In addition,the dynamic parameter adjustment algorithm(DP)is further applied in the solving process to improve its convergence speed.By updating the step size during each iteration,the computational cost,the number of iterations,and the apparent oscillations are reduced,and the convergence performance of the algorithm is improved. | Jianhui Wang Guangqing Bao Peizhi Wang Shoudong Li | 2023 | Global Energy Interconnection2023,6,4: | 0 |

| 5 | Effect of AlN Thickness on Structure and Properties of AlN/Al Dual Protective Coatings on NdFeB by DC Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘In order to improve the corrosion resistance of NdFeB,AlN/Al dual protective coatings were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering in a home-made industrial apparatus.The inner Al layer with an excellent toughness was deposited onto NdFeB substrate firstly.And then the outmost AlN layer with a higher hardness was prepared with the nitrogen/argon mixture gas of the nitrogen partial pressure at 50%of the total pressure of 0.5 Pa and depositing time of 30,50 and 70 min,respectively.The denser outmost AlN layer was formed on the inner Al crystal layer.There is an occurrence of the interfacial reaction and metallurgy bonding in the interface layer between the coatings and NdFeB substrate.It has been found that the thickness of outmost AlN layer has a significant impact on corrosion resistance.For 50 min to deposit outmost AlN layer,AlN/Al coated NdFeB has the best corrosion resistance. | Li Jinlong Mao Shoudong Sun Kefei Song Zhenlun Huang Feng Xue Qunji | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 0 |
| 6 | The multilabel fault diagnosis model of bearing based on integrated convolutional neural network and gated recurrent unit显示文摘Purpose-Intelligent diagnosis of equipment faults can effectively avoid the shutdown caused by equipment faults and improve the safety of the equipment.At present,the diagnosis of various kinds of bearing fault information,such as the occurrence,location and degree of fault,can be carried out by machine learning and deep learning and realized through the multiclassification method.However,the multiclassification method is not perfect in distinguishing similar fault categories and visual representation of fault information.To improve the above shortcomings,an end-to-end fault multilabel classification model is proposed for bearing fault diagnosis.Design/methodology/approach-In this model,the labels of each bearing are binarized by using the binary relevance method.Then,the integrated convolutional neural network and gated recurrent unit(CNN-GRU)is employed to classify faults.Different from the general CNN networks,the CNN-GRU network adds multiple GRU layers after the convolutional layers and the pool layers.Findings-The Paderborn University bearing dataset is utilized to demonstrate the practicability of the model.The experimental results show that the average accuracy in test set is 99.7%,and the proposed network is better than multilayer perceptron and CNN in fault diagnosis of bearing,and the multilabel classification method is superior to the multiclassification method.Consequently,the model can intuitively classify faults with higher accuracy.Originality/value-The fault labels of each bearing are labeled according to the failure or not,the fault location,the damage mode and the damage degree,and then the binary value is obtained.The multilabel problem is transformed into a binary classification problem of each fault label by the binary relevance method,and the predicted probability value of each fault label is directly output in the output layer,which visually distinguishes different fault conditions. | Shanling Han Shoudong Zhang Yong Li Long Chen | 2022 | International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics2022,15,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Blind Nonlinearity Equalization by Machine-Learning-Based Clustering for QAM-Based Quantum Noise Stream Cipher Transmission显示文摘In quantum noise stream cipher(QNSC)systems,it is difficult to compensate fiber nonlinearity by digital signal processing(DSP)due to interactions between chromatic dispersion(CD),amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)noise from erbiumdoped fiber amplifier(EDFA)and Kerr nonlinearity.Nonlinearity equalizer(NLE)based on machine learning(ML)algorithms have been extensively studied.However,most NLE based on supervised ML algorithms have high training overhead and computation complexity.In addition,the performance of these algorithms have a lot of randomness.This paper proposes two clustering algorithms based on Fuzzylogic C-Means Clustering(FLC)to compensate the fiber nonlinearity in quadrature amplitude modulation(QAM)-based QNSC system,including FLC based on subtractive clustering(SC)and annealing evolution(AE)algorithm.The performance of FLC-SC and FLC-AE are evaluated through simulation and experiment.The proposed algorithms can promptly obtain suitable initial centroids and choose optimal initial centroids of the clusters to achieve the global optimal initial centroids especially for high order modulation scheme.In the simulation,different parameter configurations are considered,including fiber length,optical signal-to-noise ratio(OSNR),clipping ratio and resolution of digital to analog converter(DAC).Further-more,we measure the Q-factor of transmission signal with different launched powers,DAC resolution and laser linewidth in the optical back-to-back(BTB)experiment with 80-km single mode fiber.Both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed techniques can greatly mitigate the signal impairments. | Yajie Li Shoudong Liu Yongli Zhao Chao Lei Jie Zhang | 2022 | China Communications2022,19,8: | 0 |
