1Comprehensive power-supply planning for active distribution system considering cooling,heating and power load balance显示文摘An active distribution system power-supply planning model considering cooling,heating and power load balance is proposed in this paper.A regional energy service company is assumed to be in charge of the investment and operation for the system in the model.The expansion of substations,building up distributed combined cooling,heating and power(CCHP),gas heating boiler(GHB)and air conditioner(AC)are included as investment planning options.In terms of operation,the load scenarios are divided into heating,cooling and transition periods.Also,the extreme load scene is included to assure the power supply reliability of the system.Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and illustrate the economic benefits of applying distributed CCHP in regional power supply on investment and operation.Xinwei SHEN Yingduo HAN Shouzhen ZHU Jinghong ZHENG Qingsheng LI Jing NONG 2015Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2015,3,4:24
2Compact Q-switched 2 μm Tm:GdVO4 laser with MoS2 absorber显示文摘A molybdenum disulfide(Mo S2) saturable absorber was fabricated by thermally decomposing the ammonium thiomolybdate. By using the MoS2 absorber, a compact diode-pumped passively Q-switched Tm:GdVO4 laser has been demonstrated. A stable Q-switched laser with repetition rates from 25.58 to 48.09 kHz was achieved.Maximum average output power was 100 mW with the shortest pulse duration of 0.8 μs. 4Effect of Nb on the transformation kinetics of low carbon(manganese) steel during deformation of undercooled austenite显示文摘The hot compression tests using Gleeble 1500 were performed by varying the true strain up to 1.6 (80% reduction) in Nb-free and Nb-microalloyed steels. The effect of Nb addition on the transformation kinetics during deformation of undercooled austenite was investigated. It was found that as compared with Nb-free steel,the transformation incubation period of Nb-bearing steel was pro-longed and the transformation kinetics curves parallelly moved to higher strain because of the solute Nb drag effect. Studies on kinetics also showed that the deformation-enhanced ferrite transformation (DEFT) of the two steels were composed of three stages,which can be expressed by the J-M-A equations individually. 5Low-Angle Grain Boundaries in Sublimation Grown 6H-SiC Crystals显示文摘High-resolution X-ray diffractometry (HRXRD) was used to assess the quality of 6H-SiC crystals grown by sublimation method. The results show the occurrence of low-angle grain boundaries (LB) is close relative to the inclination of the crystal interface. At the central faceted region with 0° inclination the crystal is of high structural perfection. However, at the region close to the facet with less than 5° inclination LB occurs slightly and at the region close to the peripheral polytype ring with more than 5° inclination LB defect occurs heavily. 6Selective Introduction of Carbazole and Diphenylamine into Spirofluorenexanthene Core for Different Phosphorescent Hosts显示文摘Built on the spiro[fluorene-9,9'-xanthene] (SFX) core and two frequently-used hole-transporting groups such ascarbazole and diphenylamine, two SFX derivatives, namely SFXCz and SFXDPA, have been synthesized byone-step reaction for red, green and blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices (PHOLEDs). Though theproperties of these two groups are very similar, the devices based on SFXCz and SFXDPA exhibit distinct perfor-mances. In blue PHOLEDs, the device based on SFXCz exhibited much better performances than that based onSFXDPA. However, the latter was superior to the former in green and red PHOLEDs. And the red PHOLED basedon SFXDPA exhibited maximum current efficiency (CE) of 27.1 cdoA^-l, power efficiency (PE) of 25.01m·W^-1, andexternal quantum efficiency (EQE) of 15.0%. 7Optical fiber SPR biosensor complying with a 3D composite hyperbolic metamaterial and a graphene film显示文摘In the present study, an optical fiber surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biosensor was developed for measuring time-and concentration-dependent DNA hybridization kinetics. Its design complies with a 3D Au∕Al2O3 multilayer composite hyperbolic metamaterial(HMM), a graphene film, and a D-shaped plastic optical fiber.According to the numerical simulation and the experimental demonstration, the SPR peak of the designed biosensor can be effectively altered in the range of visible to near-infrared by varying the HMM structure. The sensitivity of the appliance was shown to achieve a value of up to 4461 nm/RIU, allowing its applicability for bulk refractive index sensing. 8Characteristics of microstructural evolution during deformation-enhanced ferrite transformation in Nb-microalloyed HSLA steel显示文摘Microstructure evolution during deformation of undercooled austenite at 760°C was investigated in Nb-microalloyed steel by using SEM (scanning electron microscope), TEM (transmission electron microscope), and EBSD (electron backscattered diffrac- tion). It is indicated that during deformation-enhanced ferrite transformation (DEFT) in Nb-microalloyed steel, the incubation period is prolonged, and the higher strain is needed to accomplish ferrite transformation. Therefore, the transformation kinetics curves move to high strain parallelly; and the transformation kinetics curves of Nb-microalloyed steel can be divided into three stages. At the first stage, the solute drag effect of Nb and the consumption of strain energy for the dynamic precipitation of Nb(CN) led to a long incubation period, and at the second stage, ferrite transformation was accelerated significantly and fine Nb(CN) precipitates restrict the grain growth of ferrite effectively. 11Investigation of the 6H-SiC (0001) surface by AFM显示文摘Micropipe and step structures on 6H-SiC (0001) surface were investigated by an atomic force microscopy (AFM). On the facet,all micropipes examined are the origins of spiral steps,indicating that dislocations intersect the surface at these points. Micro-pipes are empty-core super-dislocations as originally described by Frank. The micropipe radius increases with the square of the dis-location Burgers vector. From the center to the periphery,step structures change with different surface inclinations. Regular step is observed within the central faceted area. Step bunching and atomically rough surfaces are observed within the peripheral convex area.
