1Clinical characteristics and effectiveness of antiviral agents in hospitalized children with infectious mononucleosis in China:A multicenter retrospective study显示文摘Importance:The clinical characteristics of infectious mononucleosis(IM)in Chinese children have not been evaluated in multicenter studies,and the effectiveness of antiviral treatment are controversial.Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of Chinese children with IM and current status of antiviral therapy for affected patients.Methods:Hospitalized patients with IM were enrolled between 2018 and 2020 in five children’s hospitals in China.The clinical characteristics were compared among four age groups:<3 years,3-<6 years,6-<10 years,and≥10 years.The clinical characteristics of IM and effectiveness of antiviral therapy were compared among patients receiving acyclovir(ACV),ganciclovir(GCV),and no antiviral therapy(i.e.,non-antiviral group).Results:In total,499 patients were analyzed;most patients were 3-<6 years of age.The most common symptoms and signs included fever(100%),lymphadenopathy(98.6%),pharyngitis(86.4%),eyelid edema(76.8%),and snoring(72.9%).There were significant differences in rash,hepatomegaly,and liver dysfunction among the four age groups.Patients aged<3 years had a lower incidence of liver dysfunction and a higher incidence of rash.Among the 499 patients,50.1%were treated with GCV,26.3%were treated with ACV,and 23.6%received no antiviral therapy.Compared with the non-antiviral group,patients in the ACV and GCV groups had longer durations of fever(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in the incidences of complications among the three treatment groups.Interpretation:The incidence of IM in Chinese children peaked at 3-<6 years of age.Clinical features of IM varied according to age.Patients receiving antiviral therapy exhibited more serious clinical manifestations than did patients without antiviral therapy.The effectiveness of antiviral therapy for IM requires further analysis.Huili Hu Huiling Deng Jing Bi Yi Xu Shuangjie Li Yue Xie Xinrong Sun Dongmeng Wang Xufang Li Wenxian Ouyang Bing Hu Yufeng Zhang He Tang Chunxiao Fang Hui Zhang Lingyun Guo Chen Wang Tianyi Wang Fengxia Yang Tao Jiang Zhengde Xie Gang Liu 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,3:12
2Surface modification with ionic liquid for efficient CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells显示文摘The presence of numerous trap states on the perovskite surface severely affects the performance of inorganic CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite solar cells.Surface modification has been proven to be an effective strategy to passivate the surface trap states of CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite.However,most modifiers behave high volatility and insulation,not enough to further develop the CsPbI_(2)Br solar cells.Herein,an ionic liquid of 1-viny-3-propionate ethyl imidazolium chloride([PEVIM]Cl)is applied to modify the CsPbI_(2)Br film surface,yielding a compact film with enhanced crystallinity.The surface trap states of CsPbI_(2)Br film are effectively passivated via the interaction between carbonyl group of[PEVIM]Cl and uncoordinated metal cations of CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite,leading to charge recombination suppression and charge transport enhancement.Consequently,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of[PEVIM]Cl modified CsPbI_(2)Br device is obviously enhanced from 12.49% to 14.19% with an improved open-circuit voltage of 1.160 V.Moreover,the non-encapsulated device presents excellent thermal stability,still maintaining 91%PCE when heated at 85℃ in nitrogen atmosphere for 360 h.Meanwhile,the non-encapsulated device degrades only 11% PCE after stored at 50% relative humidity for 960 h.This simple and efficient approach provides a promising direction to fabricate high-efficiency and stable inorganic perovskite devices.Xingyu Pu Jian Han Shuangjie Wang Hui Zhou Qi Cao Jiabao Yang Ziwei He Xuanhua Li 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,5:3
3Tailoring the mercaptan ligands for high performance inverted perovskite solar cells with efficiency exceeding 21%显示文摘Interface passivation engineering has been recognized as an effective way to simultaneously contribute to the optoelectronic characteristic and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Herein, a p-conjugated dual-ligand 1,4-phenylmercaptan(PHMT) is explored to rationally tailor the surface of perovskite film.The experimental and theoretical results show that the PHMT presents planar structure and obvious electron delocalization characteristics, which allow it to anchor on the surface of perovskite with a certain orientation, thereby promoting the transport of interface charge. Moreover, the two sulfhydryl groups in PHMT reduce the trap density of the perovskite film by passivating under-coordinated lead ions.Consequently, the PHMT-modified inverted device based on MAPbI_(3)(MA: methylammonium) achieves enhanced efficiency from 18.11%(control) to 21.11%, along with the ambient stability up to 3500 h.After being placed at 85 °C for 500 h or illuminated for 600 h, the modified device remains over 89%or 86% of initial efficiency. 4Neuron devices:emerging prospects in neural interfaces and recognition显示文摘Neuron interface devices can be used to explore the relationships between neuron firing and synaptic transmission,as well as to diagnose and treat neurological disorders,such as epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease.It is crucial to exploit neuron devices with high sensitivity,high biocompatibility,multifunctional integration and high-speed data processing.During the past decades,researchers have made significant progress in neural electrodes,artificial sensory neuron devices,and neuromorphic optic neuron devices.The main part of the review is divided into two sections,providing an overview of recently developed neuron interface devices for recording electrophysiological signals,as well as applications in neuromodulation,simulating the human sensory system,and achieving memory and recognition.We mainly discussed the development,characteristics,functional mechanisms,and applications of neuron devices and elucidated several key points for clinical translation.The present review highlights the advances in neuron devices on brain-computer interfaces and neuroscience research.Yang Wang Shuangjie Liu Hao Wang Yue Zhao Xiao-Dong Zhang 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,6:0
5Multidentate anchoring through additive engineering for highly efficient Sb_(2)S_(3)planar thin film solar cells显示文摘Sb_(2)S_(3)is a promising candidate for the flexible solar cells or the top subcells in tandem solar cells due to its wide-bandgap,less toxic,acceptable cost and progressive power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,the poor quality and high trap states of Sb_(2)S_(3)films limit the device performance further enhancement.Herein,we adopt a multidentate ionic liquid,tetramethylammonium hexafluorophosphate([TMA][PF_(6)])as a novel additive to address this issue.The octahedral[PF_(6)]~-contains six different oriented fluorine atoms with the lone pair electrons,which could coordinate with Sb atoms due to the multidentate anchoring.Thus,the high-quality Sb_(2)S_(3)film with low trap states has been achieved.Moreover,the Fermi level of the Sb_(2)S_(3)film has been upshifted,thereby showing an effective charge transfer.As a result,all photovoltaic parameters of the optimized Sb_(2)S_(3)devices are obviously enhanced,boosting the final PCE from 4.43(control device)to 6.83%.Our study about the multidentate anchoring is manifested to be an effective method to enhance the Sb_(2)S_(3)device performance.Jian Han Xingyu Pu Hui Zhou Qi Cao Shuangjie Wang Jiabao Yang Junsong Zhao Xuanhua Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,30:0

8Use of Qishen granule for the treatment of heart failure: A systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effect of Qishen granule(QSG)on heart failure(HF)and the potential mechanisms involved in animal models.Methods:Studies of QSG in animals with HF were identified by searches of eight databases up to August 1,2019.Two authors independently reviewed each study and the Collaborative Approach to Metaanalysis and Review of Animal Data from Experimental Studies 10-item checklist was used for quality assessment.The primary outcomes were indicators of left ventricular ejection fraction and/or left ventricular fractional shortening.The secondary outcome measures were ventricular structure,hemodynamics,myocardial injury-related indicators,and the mechanisms whereby QSG ameliorates HF.A metaanalysis was performed and all the data were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Thirteen studies containing a total of 240 animals met the criteria for the meta-analysis.The quality score of the studies ranged from three to six points.The meta-analysis showed a significant effect of QSG to improve cardiac function,inhibit ventricular remodeling,improve circulation,and attenuate myocardial injury.The possible mechanisms was identified to be suppression of the renin-angiotensinaldosterone system,which has anti-fibrotic,anti-apoptotic,anti-inflammatory,and anti-oxidative effects in the myocardium,the prevention of calcium overload,and the promotion of myocardial energy metabolism.Conclusion:Our review shows that QSG has a cardioprotective effect in animal models of CHF.However,due to the relatively poor quality of the included studies and the differences between humans and animal models,the results should be interpreted with caution.Junjie Liu Shuangjie Yang Wei Wang Yili Zhang Qiyan Wang Xiaoli Sun Nannan Tan Kangjia Du Yong Wang Huihui Zhao 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2020,7,2:0
