Simultaneous passivation of bulk and interface defects through synergistic effect of anion and cation toward efficient and stable planar perovskite solar cells显示文摘Bulk and interface carrier nonradiative recombination losses impede the further improvement of power conversion efficiency(PCE)and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).It is highly necessary to develop multifunctional strategy to minimize surface and interface nonradiative recombination losses.Herein,we report a bulk and interface defect passivation strategy via the synergistic effect of anions and cations, where multifunctional potassium sulphate(K_(2)SO_(4))is incorporated at SnO_(2)/perovskite interface. We find that K^(+)ions in K_(2)SO_(4)diffuse into perovskite layer and suppress the formation of bulk defects in perovskite films, and the SO_(4)^(2-)ions remain located at interface via the strong chemical interaction with SnO_(2)layer and perovskite layer, respectively.Through this synergistic modification strategy, effective defect passivation and improved energy band alignment are achieved simultaneously. These beneficial effects are translated into an efficiency increase from 19.45%to 21.18%with a low voltage deficit of0.53 V mainly as a result of boosted open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))after K_(2)SO_(4)modification.In addition, the K_(2)SO_(4)modification contributes to ameliorated stability. The present work provides a route to minimize bulk and interface nonradiative recombination losses for the simultaneous realization of PCE and stability enhancement by rational anion and cation synergistic engineering. | Cong Zhang Huaxin Wang Haiyun Li Qixin Zhuang Cheng Gong Xiaofei Hu Wensi Cai Shuangyi Zhao Jiangzhao Chen Zhigang Zang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12: | 2
Experimental and Modeling Study of Kinetics for Methane Hydrate Formation with Tetrahydrofuran as Promoter显示文摘The kinetics behavior of methane hydrate formation in the presence of tetrahydrofuran(THF)as promoter was studied.A set of experimental equipment was designed and constructed.A series of kinetics data for the formation of methane hydrate in the presence of THF were measured with the isochoric method. The influences of temperature, pressure and liquid flow rate on the methane consumption rate were studied respectively.Based on the Chen-Guo hydrate formation mechanism,a kinetics model for the formation of methane hydrate in the presence of THF by using the dimensionless Gibbs free energy difference of quasi-chemical reaction of basic hydrate formation,??GRT,as the driving force was proposed. The model was used to calculate the rate of methane consumption and it was shown that the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results. | Ning Zhengfu Zhang Shixi Zhang Qin Zhen Shuangyi Chen Guangjin | 2007 | Petroleum Science2007,4,1: | 1

Prevalence,Incidence, and Characteristics of Tuberculosis Among Known Diabetes Patients—A Prospective Cohort Study in 10 Sites,2013–2015显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic? The association of diabetes mellitus(DM)with both increased risk of tuberculosis(TB)and unfavorable treatment outcomes has been identified by many studies(1).However,epidemic data for TB cases in DM patients is absent in China. What is added by this report? This current population-based prospective cohort study, conducted in ten counties located in eastern, central, and western China during 2013–2015,revealed a high prevalence and incidence of TB in known DM patients. Most TB cases were captured by active case-finding and a much higher presence of being asymptomatic among TB/DM patients was obtained. What are the implications for public health practice?Active case-finding should be carried out in DM patients and populations at high risk for developing TB.A TB symptom screening-based case-finding strategy is not enough;chest radiography check should be done once a year for these patients. | Jun Cheng Yanling Yu Qiongjin Ma Zhijian Wang Qingrong Zhou Guolong Zhang Shuangyi Hou Lin Zhou Feiying Liu Lan Xia Lin Xu Canyou Zhang Yinyin Xia Hui Chen Hui Zhang Lixia Wang | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,3: | 0
Stable yellow light emission from lead-free copper halides single crystals for visible light communication显示文摘Yellow light-emitting diodes(LEDs) as soft light have attracted abundant attention in lithography room, museum and art gallery. However, the development of efficient yellow LEDs lags behind green and blue LEDs, and the available perovskites yellow LEDs suffer from the instability. Herein, a pressure-assisted cooling method is proposed to grow lead-free CsCu2I3single crystals, which possess uniform surface morphology and enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) stability, with only 10% PLQY losses after being stored in air after 5000 h.Then, the single crystals used for yellow LEDs without encapsulation exhibit a decent Correlated Color Temperature(CCT) of 4290 K, a Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE) coordinate of(0.38, 0.41), and an excellent 570-h operating stability under heating temperature of 100°C. Finally, the yellow LEDs facilitate the application in wireless visible light communication(VLC), which show a-3 dB bandwidth of 21.5 MHz and a high achievable data rate of 219.2 Mbps by using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) modulation with adaptive bit loading. The present work not only promotes the development of lead-free single crystals, but also inspires the potential of CsCu2I3in the field of yellow illumination and wireless VLC. | Baiqian Wang Yuru Tang Xin Yang Wensi Cai Ru Li Wen Ma Shuangyi Zhao Chen Chen Zhigang Zang | 2023 | Nano Materials Science2023,5,1: | 0
Near-unity quantum yield in zero-dimensional lead-free manganese-based halides for flexible X-ray imaging with high spatial resolution显示文摘Low-dimensional luminescent lead-free metal halides have received substantial attention due to their unique optoelectronic properties.Among them,zero-dimensional(0D)manganese(II)-based metal halides with negligible self-absorption have emerged as potential candidates in X-ray scintillators.Herein,we for the first time report a novel lead-free(TBA)_(2)MnBr_(4) single crystal synthesized via a facile solvent evaporation method. In this crystal,[MnBr_(4)]^(2-)units are isolated by large TBA^(+)organic cations, resulting in a unique 0D structure. The prepared manganese-based crystals exhibit a bright-green emission centered at 512 nm with a high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 93.76%at room temperature, originating from the ^(4)T_(1)–^(6)A_(1) transition of Mn^(2+).Apart from their outstanding optical performance, the crystals also show excellent stability and can maintain 94.4%of the initial PLQY even after being stored in air for 90 days.Flexible(TBA)_(2)MnBr4 films prepared as X-ray imaging scintillators exhibit a low detection limit of 63.3 nGyair/s,a high light yield of 68000 ph/MeV,and a high spatial resolution of 15.4 lp/mm.Thus,this work not only enriches the family of lead-free metal halides but also expands the application of manganese(II)-based halides in flexible X-ray scintillators. | Wen Ma Dehai Liang Qingkai Qian Qionghua Mo Shuangyi Zhao Wensi Cai Jiangzhao Chen Zhigang Zang | 2023 | eScience2023,3,2: | 0
Characteristics of implicit schemas in patients with major depressive disorder显示文摘Background Many psychotherapy theories emphasise the importance of self-schema and other-schema,but most previous studies focused on the explicit self-schema in major depressive disorder(MDD).However, the limited studies of implicit self-schema in MDD have shown inconsistencies in their findings.Furthermore, only a few studies have investigated the implicit other-schema,and the pathway illustrating how implicit schemas influence depression remains unclear.Aims The primary aim of our study was to explore the characteristics of implicit self-schema and otherschema in patients with MDD.We also examine the chain-mediating effect of attachment relationships and interpersonal trust. Methods The present study included 88 patients with MDD and 88 healthy controls(HCs).The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17,Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory—Revised Questionnaire,Trust Scale and the Extrinsic Affective Simon Task(EAST)were used to assess depressive symptoms, attachment relationships, interpersonal trust and implicit schemas, respectively.Paired sample t-test was used to compare the reaction time(RT)for positive and negative words within the two groups.Analysis of covariance was used to explore the difference between two groups from the perspective of implicit schemas and interpersonal patterns. The chain mediation model was verified by bootstrap.Results(1)For interpersonal patterns, patients with MDD scored significantly higher on attachment anxiety(F=82.150,p<0.001)and attachment avoidance(F=23.192,p<0.001)and scored significantly lower on the predictability(F=30.297,p<0.001),dependence(F=39.728,p<0.001)and faith(F=60.997,p<0.001)dimensions of interpersonal trust.(2)As for implicit schemas,no significant difference was found between the RT for positive self-words and negative self-words in patients with MDD(t=−1.056,p=0.294).However,the HC responded faster to positive self-words than negative self-words(t=−3.286,p=0.001).The RT for positive other-words and negative other-words were significantly different in both patients with MDD(t=2.943,p=0.004)and HCs(t=−2.482,p=0.015),with opposite directions. The EAST effect of other-schema in patients with MDD was significantly different from that in HCs(F=13.051,p<0.001).(3)For the total sample, the EAST effect of other-schema significantly correlated with attachment avoidance, interpersonal trust and depressive symptoms.Attachment avoidance and interpersonal trust were the chain mediators between the EAST effect of other-schema and depressive symptoms(95%CI:−0.090 to−0.008).However,no significant results were found for the EAST effect of other-schema when correlation and mediation analyses were performed for HCs and patients with MDD separately. Conclusions This study verified that patients with MDD have abnormal interpersonal patterns and negative implicit schemas. However,no mediating effect of attachment relationships and interpersonal trust was found. | Jiayu Yao Qingqing Lin Ziwei Zheng Shuangyi Chen Yuan Wang Wenhui Jiang Jianyin Qiu | 2022 | General Psychiatry2022,35,3: | 0
