| 1 | Application of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(PEG-rhG-CSF) for the prevention of neutropenia in triple negative breast cancer patients older than 65 years during adjuvant chemotherapy显示文摘Objective The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(PEG-rhG-CSF)and recombinant human granulocyte colonystimulating factor(rhG-CSF)for the prevention of neutropenia in elderly breast cancer patients during adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods A total of 45 oncology inpatients with breast cancer,who received adjuvant chemotherapy and were older than 65 years from May 2017 to October 2018 in the General Hospital of the Northern Theater of the Chinese people’s Liberation Army,were included.Epirubivin Cyclophoshamide-Docetaxel(EC-T)sequential adjuvant chemotherapy was chosen.Forty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups;25 patients in the treatment group were treated with PEG-rhG-CSF and 20 patients in the control group were not treated with PEG-rhG-CSF,but only rhG-CSF.The experimental group was treated with the PEG-rhG-CSF at the end of chemotherapy for 24–48 h,with a 6 mg subcutaneous injection once per chemotherapy cycle.In the control group,rhG-CSF was administered after 48 h of chemotherapy,with a 100μg subcutaneous injection,1/d,d 1–7.The dosage could be increased step by step with the exacerbation of neutropenia.The primary aims of this study was to discover the incidence of leukopenia,neutropenia,neutrophilic fever,and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The incidence of neutropenia,neutrophilic fever and adverse reactions decreased in the treatment group compared to the control group,but no significant difference existed between two groups(P>0.05).Patients in treatment group had a lower,but not statistically significant,incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Applying PEG-rhG-CSF could be effective in preventing neutropenia in elderly patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy to treat breast cancer.It may effectively control the occurrence of neutropenia after chemotherapy and reduce the chance of infection.The incidence of side effects,such as fever and bone pain,was low.The adverse drug reactions were well tolerated by patients,which could ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy. | Shuxian Qu Jianing Qiu Yidan Zhang Yongming Liu Zhendong Zheng | 2019 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2019,5,5: | 3 |

| 4 | Formation processes and source contributions of ground-level ozone in urban and suburban Beijing using the WRF-CMAQ modelling system显示文摘Beijing faces the challenge of high levels of ozone(O_(3))pollution.In this study,the Weather Research and Forecasting model and Community Multiscale Air Qualitymodel(CMAQ)were used to simulate atmospheric O_(3) concentrations in Beijing.To investigate the formation mechanisms and source contributions of O_(3) pollution in different regions of Beijing,process analysis and the integrated source apportionmentmethodwithin the CMAQwere applied to O_(3) concentrations in the summer of 2018.The process analysis results showed that vertical diffusion was the major contributor to O_(3) concentrations at all receptor sites in Beijing,at>65.94μg/(m^(3)·hr).Gas-phase chemical reactions consumed a significant amount of O_(3) in urban and inner suburban areas(>−5.57μg/(m^(3)·hr)),while near-surface chemical reactions made positive contributions in outer suburban areas(>4.72μg/(m^(3)·hr)).The O_(3) formation chemical reactions indicated that NO titration,which removes O_(3) at night-time,mainly occurred in urban areas.The weaker chemical reactions occurring near the surface in outer suburbs suggested that suburban-area O_(3) was produced in the upper atmospheric layers and was transported vertically to the lower layers.The O_(3) source apportionment results showed that boundary contributions were the dominant contributor to O_(3) pollution in Beijing(>40%).The contribution of non-local emissions to O_(3) levels was significantly greater in the outer suburbs than in urban and inner suburban areas due to topography.This study increases the understanding of the complex processes of O_(3) formation in different areas of Beijing and informs the implementation of O_(3) control plans. | Shuxian Zhang Zhongzhi Zhang Yang Li Xiaohui Du Linglu Qu Wei Tang Jun Xu Fan Meng | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5: | 1 |
| 5 | Relationship between peritumoral lymphatic microvessel density and the clinical and pathological characteristics of invasive breast cancer显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to determine the morphological characteristics of lymphatic microvessels and the relationship between lymphatic microvessel density(LMVD) and clinical and pathological characteristics of invasive breast cancer.Methods Tissue specimens and clinical pathological data of 51 cases of female breast cancer were collected in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region(Shenyang, China) from January 2007 to October 2011. Another 20 breast fibroadenoma tissue samples were used as controls. All specimens were cut into 4-μm slices, and immunohistochemically stained using streptomycin-resistant avidin peroxidase antibody D2-40. SPSS 17.0 for Windows was used to perform all analyses.Results A total of 38 breast cancer tissue specimens showed varied staining with monoclonal antibody D2-40. The rate of positive staining was in these tissues was 74.5%(38/51), which is significantly higher than that observed in breast fibroadenoma tissues(chi-square = 35.197, P = 0.000). The average LMVD in 38 cases of breast cancer was(26.46 ± 10.06) microvessels/100× magnification field, which was higher than that in the control group(t = 10.74, P = 0.000). Microvessels in peritumoral tissues were abundant, with an average LMVD of(38.42 ± 11.38) microvessels/100× magnification field. Based on layered analysis, the expression level of peritumoral LMVD was correlated with metastasis of lymph nodes, tumor size, and the expression of C-erb B-2(P < 0.05); however, there was no correlation with age or expression of estrogen receptors or progesterone receptors(P > 0.05).Conclusion Lymphatic microvessels detected using D2-40 antibody are mainly present in the peritumoral region of breast cancer tissues, and LMVD showed a correlation with lymph node metastasis and the expression of C-erb B-2. Positive lymphatic vessels, especially in the peritumoral region, may provide a path for lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer. | 6 | 肥胖乳腺癌患者的临床特征及预后的回顾性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to investigate the prognosis of obese breast cancer patients.Methods:This study was conducted on a total of 317 breast cancer patients who were histopathologically and clinically diagnosed at the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region(China)from 2004 to 2006.Clinical data including height,weight,age at diagnosis,tumor size,lymph node status,menopausal status,family history of cancer and hormone receptor status were collected.Log-rank test was performed to compare the disease free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS).Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was conducted to make multivariate analysis.The Chi square test was used to compare the clinical features among normal weight group,overweight group,and obese group.Results:Obesity was an independent prognostic factor for DFS(P=0.022)and OS(P=0.032)in breast cancer patients.In the stratified analysis based on the hormone receptor status,obesity was independently associated with OS in patients with negative ER/PR(P=0.002),but such association was not observed in patients with positive hormone receptors.Obesity was also associated with lymph node status(P=0.001)and smoking(P=0.009).Conclusion:Obesity is associated with poor DFS and OS in patients with breast cancer.Therefore,maintaining normal weight may benefit breast cancer patients. | Zhendong Zheng Heng Cao Shuxian Qu Yongye Liu Ying Piao Xiaodong Xie | 2013 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2013,12,9: | 1 |

Methods: The data of 72 cases of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(DX) in locally advanced breast cancer after 4 cycles were retrospectively analyzed. Docetaxel 75 mg/m2 by infusion 1 h on d1, capecitabine 2000 mg/m2 by oral for twice daily on d1–14, 21 days was a cycle. Results: All 72 patients were assessed for efficacy and adverse events. The total effective rate was 80.5%(58/72), including pathological complete response(p CR) was 7(9.7%), clinical complete remission(c CR) was 15(20.8%), clinical partial response(PR) was 43(59.7%), stable disease(SD) was 8(11.1%) and progressive disease(PD) was 6(8.3%). The main adverse events were gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression. The 3 to 4 degrees of adverse reactions including granulocytopenia in 7 patients(20.6%), hand-foot syndrome in 6 patients(15.2%). Methods: The expression of hMAM mRNA was detected in peripheral blood from patients with breast cancer, breast benign lesions, healthy volunteers by nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (nested-RT-PCR) method. The possible correlations of hMAM mRNA expression with clinico-pathological parameters and related molecular markers such as p53, PCNA and HER-2 were analyzed. The hMAM mRNA changed in peripheral blood after chemotherapy was observed. Results: The positive rate of hMAM mRNA was 34.0% in peripheral blood of breast cancer, hMAM mRNA was not expressed in peripheral blood from other cancers, breast benign lesions or healthy volunteers. The expression of hMAM mRNA in peripheral blood was correlated with lymph nodes status and TNM stage. After 2-3 cycles adjuvant chemotherapy, In 13 of 17 cases, the positive hMAM mRNA turned to be negative, and there was statistical difference between pre-chemo- therapy and post-chemotherapy. Methods: The expression of VEGF-C mRNA in 51 cases of human breast cancer was assessed by hybridization in situ. The expressions of C-erbB-2 was assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of VEGF-C mRNA was 54.9% in 51 cases of breast cancer. The transcription level had correlation with tumor size and status of lymph nodes(P < 0.05). The expression of VEGF-C mRNA had a positive correlation with the expression of C-erbB-2(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The up-expression of VEGF-C has a significant correlation with the malignancy level and clinical stage of breast cancer. | 13 | The influence of autologous cytokine-induced killer cell treatment on the objective efficacy and safety of gefitinib in advanced non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to observe the influence of autologous cytokine-induced killer cell(CIK) treatment on the objective efficacy and safety of gefitinib in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty-six patients with NSCLC received gefitinib as second-line treatment. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, and informed consent forms were signed before grouping. Gefitinib was administrated to the control group, and autologous CIK treatment was added to the observation group. The objective treatment and adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups. Results The objective response rate(ORR) and the disease control rate(DCR) of the observation group were slightly higher than those of the control group, although no statistical differences were found between the 2 groups(P > 0.05). The incidences of diarrhea, fatigue, anorexia, oral ulcers, and myelosuppression in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). However, there were no statistical differences between the incidences of skin rash, and liver and kidney toxicities(P > 0.05). | 15 | 169例乳腺癌患者术后早期患肢功能锻炼与生活质量的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the physical training influence on the limbs of postoperative breast cancer patients with adjuvant chemotherapy and do dual-response quality of life(QOL) according to clinical characteristics of patients.Methods:from February 2007 to December 2008,169 patients with postoperative breast cancer were included.We put all the patients into two groups randomly,including 80 patients in the treatment group and 89 patients in the control group.When the cycle of chemotherapy has been completed or on the 28th day postoperatively,all the patients need to be measured the function of upper limbs.The patients in the treatment group perform the rehabilitative training by our rehabilitation gymnastics,and the patients in the control group perform the rehabilitative training by themselves.When 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy have been completed,we evaluated the differences of the function of upper limbs in patients.At the same time,we hand out the QOL questionnaire to patients and their doctors for doing the two-way assessment.Results:Compared with patients in control group,patients in treatment group have better in the abductive angle of shoulders and myodynamia(P = 0.000).By analysis on 156(92.3%) questionnaires,we found that the match rate of doctors and patients with physiological functions and physical symptoms were better than mentation and relationships.The better match rate between doctors and patients in QOL questionnaires suggested that the QOL of patients would be improved in the higher rate.Conclusion:Exercising the function of limbs in early could be beneficial to the patients with postoperative breast cancer and effectively improve patient's QOL.Meanwhile,we put doctors' questionnaires in the assessment of patients' QOL,and the results show that the assessment of patients' QOL is more objective and complete. | Xiaodong Xie Zhaozhe Liu Shuxian Qu Fang Guo Zhendong Zheng Yongye Liu Min Song Xue Bai | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,10: | 0 |

Methods Sixty-eight patients with lung cancer were randomly assigned to receive either aprepitant plus palonosetron hydrochloride(group A, n = 38) or tropisetron(group B, n = 30). Acute(0–24 h) and delayed(2–5 d) emetic episodes, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and dizziness were compared between the two groups in the five days following cisplatinum-based chemotherapy.Results Group A had a higher complete control rate for both acute and delayed emetic episodes than Group B(36.8% vs. 13.3% and 31.6% vs. 13.3%, respectively; P < 0.05 for both). There was no significant difference in the constipation rate between the two groups. | 19 | 长春瑞滨联合顺铂或卡培他滨治疗蒽环类及紫杉耐药晚期乳腺癌的对照研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to compare the efficacy and toxicities of vinorelbine plus cisplatin(NP) regimen with that of vinorelbine plus capecitabine(NX) regimen in the treatment of anthracycline- and taxane-refractory advanced breast cancer. Methods: Forty-six patients with anthracycline- and taxane-refractory advanced breast cancer were equally randomized into a NP group(n = 23) and a NX group(n = 23). Response rates and toxicities were evaluated after 2 cycles of chemotherapy. Results: The overall response rate were 48.0% in both groups. There were no significant differences in disease control rates(78.0% vs. 83%) or 1-year survival rates(54.6% vs. 55.9%). The main adverse events were bone marrow depression and gastrointestinal reaction, and no significant difference was found in toxicities between the groups.
