Effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on early selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment onset for depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRIs) treatment effect onset in patients with depressive disorder and related indicators of neuroimmunology.METHODS:Overall,126 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into a medicine and acupuncture-medicine group using a random number table.Patients were treated for 6 consecutive weeks. The two groups were evaluated by the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale(MADRS) and Side Effects Rating Scale(SERS) to assess the effect of the soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method on early onset of SSRI treatment effect.Changes in serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the medicine group and the acupuncture-medicine group.RESULTS:The acupuncture-medicine group had significantly lower MADRS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).The acupuncture group had significantly lower SERS scores at weeks 1,2,4,and 6 after treatment compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01).At 6 weeks after treatment, serum 5-HT in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly higher compared with the medicine group(P <0.01).lnterleukin-6(IL-6) in the acupuncture-medicine group was significantly lower than that in the medicine group(P < 0.01),whereas there was no significant difference in IL-1(3 between the groups(P > 0.05).Anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher in the acupuncture-medicine group compared with the medicine group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,respectively).CONCLUSION:The soothing-liver and nourishing-heart acupuncture method can effectively accelerate the onset of SSRI effects when treating depressive disorder and can significantly reduce the adverse reactions of SSRIs.Moreover, acupuncture can enhance serum 5-HT and regulate the balance of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines. | Liu Yi Feng Hui Mo Yali Gao Jingfang Mao Hongjing Song Mingfen Wang Shengdong Yin Yan Liu Wenjuan | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,5: | 13
Detrital Zircon U-Pb Geochronology from Greywackes in the Niujuanzi Ophiolitic Mélange, Beishan Area, NW China: Provenance and Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Niujuanzi ophiolitic mélange represents the remnant of oceanic crust between the Dunhuang massif and Mingshui-Hanshan massif. Greywacke from different tectonic slices in the Niujuanzi ophiolitic mélange were analyzed for detrital zircon U-Pb geochronology, trace elements and whole-rock trace elements to infer their provenance and the evolution of the Niujuanzi Ocean. Sample N-76 s containing Carboniferous spores has the youngest zircon age of 323 Ma, while sample N-85 s without fossils has the youngest zircon age of 449 Ma. The two samples were deposited no earlier than 323 and 449 Ma, respectively. The greywackes are depleted in large ion lithophile elements, and are relatively enriched in high field strength elements. The age spectra and trace element concentrations indicate that the sediments may have been deposited near the trench. The Hf, U, and Yb contents of zircons from sample N-76 s vary widely, whereas those from sample N-85 s have a narrow range. Sample N-76 s contains both continental and oceanic zircons, while sample N-85 s contains only continental zircons. The sediments were derived from the continental arc and accretionary wedge. The Paleozoic oceanic crust zircons have ages of 430–500 Ma, indicating the timing of the expansion of the HongliuheNiujuanzi-Xichangjing Ocean expansion. The oldest Paleozoic continental zircon has an age of 470 Ma, suggesting that the northward subduction of the oceanic crust may have started at that time. | Shengdong Wang Kexin Zhang Bowen Song Shucai Li Jianxing Li Jiyuan Yu Jianjun Bu | 2018 | Journal of Earth Science2018,29,1: | 8
Early Paleozoic Ocean Plate Stratigraphy of the Beishan Orogenic Zone, NW China: Implications for Regional Tectonic Evolution显示文摘The Beishan orogenic zone is a key area to understand evolution of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt that is an accretionary factory well-enough preserved in the Paleozoic. In early Paleozoic, the tectonic mélange zone containing the coherent unit and mélange unit is triggered by the complicated accretionary process of the Beishan area. The early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Beishan orogenic zone is investigated in this study using sedimentology and stratigraphic correlations of the lowe Paleozoic deposits. From the Cambrian to the middle Ordovician, this region was characterized by geographically extensive, flat-bedded siliceous mudstone, indicating the existence of a large ocean basin. The oceanic plate entered the convergence phase in terms of the Wilson Circle during the Middle Ordovician, when numerous magmatic arcs formed along two opposite sides of the ocean. The magmatic arcs became the widest during the Silurian, suggesting that the Hongliuhe-Niujuanzi-Xichangjing Ocean(HNX;a southern branch of the Paleo Asian Ocean) was reduced to a small residual ocean in the central Beishan region by that time, and probably lasted till the Carboniferous or later by newly published data. | WANG Jiaxuan ZHANG Kexin JIN Jisuo SONG Bowen YU Yang WANG Lijun WANG Shengdong SUN Shuo | 2020 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,4: | 3

Study on Systematic Separation Method for Plutonium and Its Fission Products Palladium,Silver,Cadmium,Tin,Antimony,Zirconium显示文摘Fission yield is the probability of a certain nuclide or a mass chain produced in the fission process. It characterizes the relationship between the nuclide(or mass chain)of a fission product generated in the fission process and the total fission number. It is usually expressed by the number of atoms of the fission product produced in each hundred fissions. So far, many techniques have been developed to measure fission yield, including radiochemistry, mass spectrometry and direct gamma-ray spectrometry.Among them, direct gamma-ray spectrometry can only measure nuclides with high fission yield. | YU Zhenhua WANG Xiufeng DING Youqian SONG Zhijun YANG Suliang YANG Zhihong ZHANG Shengdong | 2018 | 中国原子能科学研究院年报2018,,1: | 0
Tunable Fluid-Type Metasurface for Wide-Angle and Multifrequency Water-Air Acoustic Transmission显示文摘Efficient acoustic communication across the water-air interface remains a great challenge owing to the extreme acoustic impedance mismatch.Few present acoustic metamaterials can be constructed on the free air-water interface for enhancing the acoustic transmission because of the interface instability.Previous strategies overcoming this difficulty were limited in practical usage,as well as the wide-angle and multifrequency acoustic transmission. Here,we report a simple and practical way to obtain the wide-angle and multifrequency water-air acoustic transmission with a tunable fluid-type acoustic metasurface(FAM).The FAM has a transmission enhancement of acoustic energy over 200 times, with a thickness less than the wavelength in water by three orders of magnitude. The FAM can work at an almost arbitrary water-to-air incident angle, and the operating frequencies can be flexibly adjusted.Multifrequency transmissions can be obtained with multilayer FAMs.In experiments, the FAM is demonstrated to be stable enough for practical applications and has the transmission enhancement of over 20 dB for wide frequencies. The transmission enhancement of music signal across the water-air interface was performed to demonstrate the applications in acoustic communications. The FAM will benefit various applications in hydroacoustics and oceanography. | Zhandong Huang Shengdong Zhao Yiyuan Zhang Zheren Cai Zheng Li Junfeng Xiao Meng Su Qiuquan Guo Chuanzeng Zhang Yaozong Pan Xiaobing Cai Yanlin Song Jun Yang | 2022 | Research2022,,1: | 0
Diffusion tensor imaging fiber tracking with reliable tracking orientation and flexible step size显示文摘We propose a method of reliable tracking orientation and flexible step size fiber tracking. A new directional strategy was defined to select one optimal tracking orientation from each directional set, which was based on the single-tensor model and the two-tensor model. The directional set of planar voxels contained three tracking directions: two from the two-tensor model and one from the single- tensor model. The directional set of linear voxels contained only one principal vector. In addition, a flexible step size, rather than fixable step sizes, was implemented to improve the accuracy of fiber tracking. We used two sets of human data to assess the performance of our method; one was from a healthy volunteer and the other from a patient with low-grade glioma. Results verified that our method was superior to the single-tensor Fiber Assignment by Continuous Tracking and the two-tensor eXtended Streamline Tractography for showing detailed images of fiber bundles. | Xufeng Yao Manning Wang Xinrong Chen Shengdong Nie Zhexu Li Xiaoping Xu Xuelong Zhang Zhijian Song | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,16: | 0
