| 1 | Phyto-availability and speciation change of heavy metals in soils amended with lignin as micro-fertilizer显示文摘Lignin is a primary byproduct from the black liquor treatment in paper making industries, its application as micro-fertilizer in agricultural land might provide a promising alternative to sewage discharge. However, application of such a micro-fertilizer might affect the soil properties and result in soil pollution. In this study, the effects of lignin application on phytoavailability and speciation change of heavy metals in soils were investigated. Greenhouse experiments showed that lignin application improved the growth of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in all three soils investigated. The increase of the biomass for wheat shoot was 59.7%, 39.8% and 12.3% for Beijing soil, Jiangxi soil and Dongbei soil, respectively. In contrast, lignin amendment decreased the concentrations of heavy metals in wheat shoots from 2.2% to 61.0%. Sequential extraction procedure of a three-step BCR was used to investigate the fraction distribution. The extractable fractions were specified as fraction B1: water soluble, exchangeable and carbonate bound or weakly specifically adsorbed; B2: Fe-Mn oxide bound; B3: organic matter and sulfide bound. The results showed that lignin application led to the redistribution of heavy metals in each fraction. Generally, heavy metals decreased in B1 and B2 fractions and increased in B3 fraction. | 3 | Guidance and evaluation system for smooth operation of heavy-haul trains显示文摘The operation rules and methods for heavy-haul trains were studied and summarized according to the characteristics of the Daqin Railway,such as a large traffic volume,a high density and high-speed and difficult-to-operate heavy-haul trains.Combined with traction calculation and operation experience,these can be quantificationally decomposed into an evaluation standard for the smooth modularized operation of heavy-haul trains that can be recognized by computers.A train operation guidance system was designed to collect locomotive drivers’operation data,display the actual operation and standard curves in real time and give voice prompts and violation-operation alarms for safety-critical operation.In addition,software for operation analysis and evaluation was developed according to the quantified smooth operation standard.The smooth operation of heavy-haul trains was evaluated and statistically analysed through a comparative analysis of the actual operation records.Moreover,a train impact force detection device capable of monitoring the three-dimensional impact force of heavy-haul trains in real time was developed.Meanwhile,the evaluation standard for smooth operation was verified and optimized by real-time monitoring of the impact force of heavy-haul trains.Finally,on the basis of the above studies,a complete closed-loop management scheme for the smooth operation of heavy-haul trains was constructed,and the objectives of optimizing train operation strategy,standardizing drivers’operations and ensuring the smooth operation of trains were realized through application. | Zhi Zhang Xiang Wei Tao Zhang Songxu Wang | 2020 | Transportation Safety and Environment2020,2,3: | 0 |
| 4 | Naringenin inhibits lipid accumulation by activating the AMPK pathway in vivo and in vitro显示文摘The aim of this study was to explore the lipid-lowering effect of naringenin and the underlying mechanism in high-fat-diet-fed SD rats and 3T3-L1 cells.In this study,SD rats were divided into the normal chow diet group(NCD),high fat diet group(HFD),three treatment groups feeding high-fat diet with naringenin(100,200,400 mg/kg)for 12 weeks.Results indicated that naringenin treatment decreased total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and the non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C)levels in serum.Naringenin also alleviated hepatic steatosis and reduced the adipocyte size in the epididymis in high-fat-diet-induced SD rats.In addition,naringenin(25−75μg/mL)decrease TG and TC levels in 3T3 mature adipocytes.The molecular mechanism of naringenin in the treatment of obesity were predicted by using network pharmacology.Real-time PCR analysis results showed that naringenin regulated the expression of lipid metabolism genes.Meanwhile,naringenin increased the AMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase)activity and the expression of AMPK phosphorylated protein in 3T3 mature adipocytes.And the inhibitory effect of naringenin on lipid accumulation in 3T3 adipocytes was abolished by Compound C.Molecular docking results indicated that naringenin could bind to AMPK protein.These results indicated naringenin reduced lipid accumulation through AMPK pathway. | Xiaoyu Cai Songxue Wang Huali Wang Suwen Liu Guishan Liu Huibin Chen Ji Kang Hao Wang | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4: | 0 |
| 5 | A network data-based survey and analysis of attention towards breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery in Chinese and American populations显示文摘Background:Breast reconstruction is an effective technique to rebuild the appearance of the breasts in patients after mastectomy and improves the prognosis.The current study aimed to compare and analyze willingness for breast reconstruction after breast cancer between populations in China and the United States,from the perspective of social concern,using big data analysis.We also aimed to explore factors affecting surgical selection and to identify methods that can improve social cognition and acceptance of breast reconstruction.Methods:Using Baidu and Google,two representative Internet search engines in China and the United States as research tools,and using big data search volume as the benchmark,we compared and analyzed breast reconstruction willingness and attention characteristics between Chinese and American people,based on search heat,geographical distribution,age and sex,keyword distribution,ethnic group,and social development degree.Results:In both the long-term and short-term,Chinese people paid more attention towards searching about breast cancer,but less attention to breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.However,in both the short-term and long-term,people from the United States paid more attention towards breast cancer and breast reconstruction with the help of the Internet,showing a synchronous change relationship.There was a large regional difference in the search volume for breast cancer among the Chinese population,while no significant regional differences were noted in the search volume for breast cancer in the United States.However,a large regional difference was observed in the search volume for breast reconstruction between the two countries;people in the coastal and economically developed areas paid more attention to it.Most people who paid attention to breast reconstruction in China were women aged 20–39 years,while the attention among men was low.Search keywords were also limited to breast cancer-related information.However,between Asians and European Americans,Americans paid more attention to breast cancer and were affected by regional development,religious beliefs,and health facilities.Conclusion:Attention towards breast reconstruction after breast cancer was lower in the Chinese population than in the American population,and this difference was closely related to the level of regional development.There is insufficient information on breast reconstruction after breast cancer in recent Internet media.In addition to strengthening communication in clinics,media education is important to improve the cognitive level and social awareness of patients and their families,which is conducive to breast reconstruction. | Songxue Guo Xueqing Hu Zheren Shao Hui Wang Quan Fang Nan Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2021,3,3: | 0 |
