1南方典型水稻土长期试验下有机碳积累机制研究 Ⅳ.颗粒有机质热裂解-气相-质谱法分子结构初步表征显示文摘采用热裂解-气相-质谱(Pyr-TMAH-GC/MS)技术对长期不同施肥处理下太湖地区黄泥土本体土壤及水稳性团聚体中颗粒有机碳(POC)的化学组分进行了研究。结果表明,POC的热裂解产物主要来源于脂肪族化合物和木质素类化合物。木质素类化合物主要以愈疮木基丙烷(G)和p-羟苯基(P)两种木质素单体为主,从而揭示黄泥土POC积累中草本植物(水稻、油菜的残茬和秸秆)的输入贡献。脂肪族化合物主要为C8-C30脂肪酸甲基酯(FAMEs),且大多为偶数碳结构。施肥改变了各裂解产物在本体土壤和水稳性团聚体中的分布,从而使得不同施肥处理下各类化合物对POC稳定性的贡献出现了差异。化肥配施猪粪下木质素类化合物以及微生物源的脂肪族化合物均贡献于本体土壤POC的积累与稳定,而化肥配施秸秆下本体土壤POC的化学稳定性主要归因于高等植物源化合物的贡献,其次为微生物源脂肪族化合物。化肥配施有机肥下水稳性团聚体中较高的POC主要归因于植物源有机物质的分解贡献。本研究揭示了合理施肥下水稻土中有机碳的化学抗性组分在土壤有机碳积累中的促进作用,各组分的相对分布差异可指示有机碳积累的不同来源。周萍 潘根兴 Alessandro Piccolo Riccardo Spaccini 2011土壤学报2011,48,1:14
2土壤修复:腐植酸作为天然表面活性剂淋洗高度污染土壤显示文摘修复位于意大利北部的前ACNA化工厂(萨沃纳)附近的高污染场地是意大利的当务之急。文章目的是致力于寻找环境友好型的新技术用于修复ACNA污染场地的土壤。从ACNA场地获取质地和有机污染物数量和类型都不同的两种土壤样本A和B,采用多种洗涤剂对两种土壤样本进行淋洗,比较这些洗涤剂去除土壤污染物的效率。实验采用的洗涤剂包括:水,两种合成表面活性剂:十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和Triton X-100(TX100)和腐殖酸(HA)作为临界胶束浓度的天然表面活性剂溶液。在土壤样本淋洗前后分别采用超声处理和索氏法提取污染物。土壤A富含多环芳烃,而土壤B含有大量噻吩。处理细质土壤B时,超声处理具有更高的分析效率,处理粗质土壤A,索氏法的处理效率处于正常水平。采用清水洗涤土壤不能完全从土壤中除去污染物,而用后几种方法除去污染物时,所有有机表面活性剂的效率基本相同(高达90%)。因此,使用含天然腐殖酸的溶液淋洗高度污染的土壤似乎是一个更好的选择,因为含天然腐殖酸的溶液能够促进土壤中微生物的活性,而合成表面活性剂则相反,会使被淋洗过的土壤出现进一步的自然衰减。Pellegrino Conte Anna Agretto Riccardo Spaccini Alessandro Piccolo 2014中国洗涤用品工业2014,,1:3
