Structural and electrical properties of ZnO films on freestanding thick diamond films显示文摘In this paper, ZnO films are deposited on freestanding thick diamond films (FTDF) by plasma-assisted metal organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD). Diethyl zinc (DEZn), O2 and N2O are applied as precursors and different substrate temperatures are used to achieve high quality ZnO films. The influence of substrate temperature on the properties of ZnO films is systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Hall measurements and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). Experimental results demonstrate that ZnO films deposited at 600℃ and 73 Pa display a fine electrical quality and Zn/O atomic ratio plays an important role in the electrical property of ZnO films. | SUN Jian BAI YiZhen SUN JingChang DU Guomong JIANG Xin | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,19: | 4
Study on Ocular Torsion of V Patterns Strabismus显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the ocular torsion of V patterns.Methods:Twenty-two in hospital V patterns patients underwent bilateral inferior obliquemuscles myectomy for inferior oblique overacting and hortizon recti underwent recessresection procedure to correct hortizon devation. Objective cycloposition was assessed by fundus photograph before and 7 days after surgery in all cases. The photographs was stored in computer, and the disc-fovea angle was measured by means of drawing picture software. As well as the deviation, oblique muscle function was recorded before and after surgery.Result: Seventeen cases were bilateral ocular excyclotropia, 4 cases were monocular excyclotropia and one case was normal. The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes before operation is 15.67°+5.72° and 16.59°+6.69°.The comparisons among V patterns and normal average showed significant differences ( P < 0.001). The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes after operation is 5.24°+5.87° and 7.17°+5.40°. There is no statistic difference between normal average( P > 0.5).The deviation between up-and down 25° is 23.1+6.8 before surgery, as well as the one is 2.0±2.25 one week postoperatively. All cases have bilateral inferior oblique overaction, and diminished but one case still has unilateral moderate overaction 7 days after surgery. Conclusion:There is objective cyclotropia in case of V patterns, and the objective torsion is normal after weakening overacted inferior oblique muscles. | Xinping Yu, Guanghuan Mai, Huanyun Yu, Daming Deng Xiaoming Lin, Jingchang Chen, Heping Wu Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University Guangzhou 510060, China | 2003 | Eye Science2003,19,3: | 1

Porosity, permeability and rock mechanics of Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation deep shale under temperature-pressure coupling in the Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘To investigate the porosity, permeability and rock mechanics of deep shale under temperature-pressure coupling, we selected the core samples of deep shale from the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Weirong and Yongchuan areas of the Sichuan Basin for porosity and permeability experiments and a triaxial compression and sound wave integration experiment at the maximum temperature and pressure of 120 ℃ and 70 MPa. The results show that the microscopic porosity and permeability change and the macroscopic rock deformation are mutually constrained, both showing the trend of steep and then gentle variation. At the maximum temperature and pressure, the porosity reduces by 34%–71%, and the permeability decreases by 85%–97%. With the rising temperature and pressure, deep shale undergoes plastic deformation in which organic pores and clay mineral pores are compressed and microfractures are closed, and elastic deformation in which brittle mineral pores and rock skeleton particles are compacted. Compared with previous experiments under high confining pressure and normal temperature, the experiment under high temperature and high pressure coupling reveals the effect of high temperature on stress sensitivity of porosity and permeability. High temperature can increase the plasticity of the rock, intensify the compression of pores due to high confining pressure, and induce thermal stress between the rock skeleton particles, allowing the reopening of shale bedding or the creation of new fractures along weak planes such as bedding, which inhibits the decrease of permeability with the increase of temperature and confining pressure. Compared with the triaxial mechanical experiment at normal temperature, the triaxial compression experiment at high temperature and high pressure demonstrates that the compressive strength and peak strain of deep shale increase significantly due to the coupling of temperature and pressure. The compressive strength is up to 435 MPa and the peak strain exceeds 2%, indicating that high temperature is not conducive to fracture initiation and expansion by increasing rock plasticity. Lithofacies and mineral composition have great impacts on the porosity, permeability and rock mechanics of deep shale. Shales with different lithologies are different in the difficulty and extent of brittle failure. The stress-strain characteristics of rocks under actual geological conditions are key support to the optimization of reservoir stimulation program. | SUN Chuanxiang NIE Haikuan SU Haikun DU Wei LU Ting CHEN Yalin LIU Mi LI Jingchang | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,1: | 1
ZnO Films on Transferable and Low Thermal Resistance Graphite Substrate Grown by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis显示文摘ZnO thin films were deposited on graphite substrates by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method with Zn(CH 3 COO) 2 ·2H 2 O aqueous solution as precursor. The crystalline structure, morphology, and optical properties of the as-grown ZnO films were investigated systematically as a function of deposition temperature and growth time. Near-band edge ultraviolet(UV) emission was observed in room temperature photoluminescence spectra for the optimized samples, yet the usually observed defect related deep level emissions were nearly undetectable, indicating that high optical quality ZnO thin fi lms could be achieved via this ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. Considering the features of transferable and low thermal resistance of the graphite substrates, the achievement will be of special interest for the development of high-power semiconductor devices with suffi cient power durability. | 边继明 MA Xiaowen SUN Jingchang ZHANG Zhikun WANG Yuxin QIN Fuwen LUO Yingmin ZHANG Yuzhi FU Xianping | 2014 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2014,29,3: | 0
The Inorganic-organic Hybrid Junction with n-ZnO Nanorods/p-polyfluorene Structure Grown with Low-temperature Aqueous Chemical Growth Method显示文摘The inorganic-organic hybrid junction was synthesized on ITO glass substrate, which was consisted of an n-type ZnO nanorods(NRs)grown by low-temperature aqueous chemical growth method and a p-type polyfluorene(PF)organic film fabricated by spin-coating.The experimental results indicate that densely and uniformly distributed ZnO nanorods are successfully grown on the PF layer. The thickness of the PF layer plays a dominant role for the current-voltage(I-V)characteristic of the ZnO NRs/PF inorganic-organic hybrid junction device, and a p-n junction with obviously rectifying behavior is achieved with optimal PF layer thickness. The photoluminescence(PL)spectrum covering the broad visible range was obtained from the n-ZnO nanorods/p-polyfluorene(PF)structure,which was originated from the combination of the PF-related blue emission and the ZnO-related deep level emission. | 吴伟 边继明 SUN Yinglan CHENG Chuanhui SUN Jingchang LIANG Hongwei LUO Yingmin DU Guotong | 2012 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2012,27,2: | 0
