| 1 | Experimental investigation of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness显示文摘We present an experimental demonstration of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness.The influence of the surface roughness, the transverse size of the test detector, and the reflective angle on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) is analyzed by measuring the second-order correlation of the light field based on classical statistical optics. It is shown that the SNR decreases with an increment of the surface roughness and the detector's transverse size or a decrease of the reflective angle. | 2 | Vertical characteristics and source identification of PM_(10) in Tianjin显示文摘Ambient PM 10 (particulate matter with a diameter less than 10μm) concentrations were measured on a 255 meter tower in Tianjin,China.The samples were collected at four vertical levels (10,40,120 and 220 m).Vertical characteristics for PM 10 samples were studied.The results showed that the concentrations of PM 10 and constituent species had a negative correlation with the sampling height.The highest concentrations of PM 10 and species were obtained at the 10 m level,and the lowest concentrations were measured at the 220 m level.For the fractions of species to total mass,SO 4 2- and NO 3- had higher values (fraction) at greater height;while Ca had a higher fraction at lower height.Possible source categories for the PM 10 ambient dataset were identified by the principal component analysis method.The possible source categories included crustal dust,vehicles,cement dust,and incineration as well as secondary sulfate and nitrate sources.Analysis of meteorological factors on PM 10 concentrations indicated that wind speed and inversion may be the main factors contributing to different concentrations of PM 10 at different heights. | Zhimei Xiao Jianhui Wu Suqin Han Yufen Zhang Hong Xu Xiaoyong Zhang Guoliang Shi Yinchang Feng | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,1: | 5 |

| 4 | 人参皂甙Rg3对人喉鳞癌Hep-2细胞分泌性VEGF的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the affecting of Rg3 to secreted VEGF of human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells and its mechanism of inhibition to tumor angiogenesis. Methods: Cultured human laryngeal cancer cell line Hep-2 and human vascular endothelial cells in vitro, cells got into the period of exponential phase of growth, was diviced into 3 groups: group I(control group), group II(DDP group), group III(Rg3 group). Added to the Hep-2 cells Rg3 and DDP, made Rg3 final concentration was 300 μg/mL, and DDP was 3 μg/mL. 48 h later, specimens from sample to be done immunocytochemistry, and the protein of VEGF in Hep-2 cells to be detected. Collecting Hep-2 cells supernatant, some was used to measure the protein level of VEGF in Hep-2 cells supernatant by ELISA. Some was used to culture HVEC. 24 h later,cell growth inhibition rate of human vascular endothelial was determined by MTT. Results: The protein level of VEGF was evidently higher in group I compared to group II and group III, it was not only in Hep-2 cells, but also in supernatant of Hep-2 cells.There was no significantly different between group II and group III. MTT results showed that, the human vascular endothelial cell growth inhibition rate of group I was significantly lower than that of group II and group III(P < 0.05). At the same time the HVEC growth inhibition rate of group II was significantly lower than that of group III(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The inhibition to tumor angiogenesis of Rg3 is stronger than traditional chemotherapy drug cisplatin. | 8 | Pathogenic analysis of coxsackievirus A10 in rhesus macaques显示文摘Coxsackievirus A10(CV-A10)is one of the etiological agents associated with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)and also causes a variety of illnesses in humans,including pneumonia,and myocarditis.Different people,particularly young children,may have different immunological responses to infection.Current CV-A10 infection animal models provide only a rudimentary understanding of the pathogenesis and effects of this virus.The characteristics of CV-A10 infection,replication,and shedding in humans remain unknown.In this study,rhesus macaques were infected by CV-A10 via respiratory or digestive route to mimic the HFMD in humans.The clinical symptoms,viral shedding,inflammatory response and pathologic changes were investigated in acute infection(1–11 day post infection)and recovery period(12–180 day post infection).All infected rhesus macaques during acute infection showed obvious viremia and clinical symptoms which were comparable to those observed in humans.Substantial inflammatory pathological damages were observed in multi-organs,including the lung,heart,liver,and kidney.During the acute period,all rhesus macaques displayed clinical signs,viral shedding,normalization of serum cytokines,and increased serum neutralizing antibodies,whereas inflammatory factors caused some animals to develop severe hyperglycemia during the recovery period.In addition,there were no significant differences between respiratory and digestive tract infected animals.Overall,all data presented suggest that the rhesus macaques provide the first non-human primate animal model for investigating CV-A10 pathophysiology and assessing the development of potential human therapies. | Suqin Duan Fengmei Yang Yanyan Li Yuan Zhao Li Shi Meng Qin Quan Liu Weihua Jin Junbin Wang Lixiong Chen Wei Zhang Yongjie Li Ying Zhang Jingjing Zhang Shaohui Ma Zhanlong He Qihan Li | 2022 | Virologica Sinica2022,37,4: | 1 |
