1受损湿地植被的恢复与重建研究进展显示文摘自 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,有关受损湿地植被恢复与重建的研究大量涌现。在大量文献调研的基础上 ,对湿地植被恢复的目的、优先原则、策略和途径、理论、技术、长期监测及评价作了回顾 ,对贫营养沼泽和富营养沼泽的恢复技术作了详细总结。湿地恢复的策略主要有修复和重建 ,指导理论主要有次生演替、自设计和入侵理论等。泥炭地植被受损后的恢复技术主要有播种法、泥炭藓片段散布法、营养体移植法、草皮移植法等。种子 (繁殖体 )库在植被恢复中的作用也不可忽视。恢复初期的抚育和管理必不可少。最后指出了湿地恢复研究中亟待解决的问题。周进 Hisako TACHIBANA 李伟 刘贵华 2001植物生态学报2001,25,5:76
2Characterization of phenanthrene degradation by strain Polyporus sp. S133显示文摘Polyporus sp. S133, a fungus collected from contaminated soil, was used to degrade phenanthrene, a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, in a mineral salt broth liquid culture. A maximal degradation rate (92%) was obtained when Polyporus sp. S133 was cultured for 30 days with agitation at 120 r/min, as compared to 44% degradation in non-agitated cultures. Furthermore, the degradation was affected by the addition of surfactants. Tween 80 was the most suitable surfactant for the degradation of phenanthrene by Polyporus sp. S133. The degradation rate increased as the amount of Tween 80 added increased. The rate in agitated cultures was about 2 times that in non-agitated cultures. The mechanism of degradation was determined through the identification of metabolites; 9,10-phenanthrenequinone, 2,2'-diphenic acid, phthalic acid, and protocatechuic acid. Several enzymes (manganese peroxidase, lignin peroxidase, laccase, 1,2-dioxygenase and 2,3-dioxygenase) produced by Polyporus sp. S133 were detected during the incubation. 3天然人源IgG Fab噬菌体抗体库的构建及多样性分析显示文摘目的:构建天然人源IgGFab噬菌体抗体库并分析来源于健康人外周血B淋巴细胞的抗体基因可变区的多样性及优势选择。方法:以DNA重组技术从300名健康志愿者的外周血淋巴细胞中扩增出全套人抗体轻链及重链Fd基因,分别插入噬菌体载体pFabICN相应位置,构建天然人源免疫球蛋白G基因文库;进一步从抗体库中随机挑选克隆,获得重轻链基因进行核苷酸序列测定并利用IgBLAST数据库分析抗体基因可变区的同源家族。结果:从4×108库容的天然人源IgGFab噬菌体抗体库中随机挑选克隆,对其中32个轻链及重链Fd基因插入正确的克隆进行核苷酸序列测定和氨基酸序列的推算,获得29条彼此完全不同的Fd重链基因及轻链基因。以IgBLAST数据库比对分析显示29条重链基因的V区分别属于VH3(72.4%),VH1(10.3%),VH4(6.9%),VH5(6.9%)和VH7(3.4%)基因家族。29条轻链基因分别属于Vκ1(44.8%),Vκ2(15.4%),Vκ3(11.5%),Vκ4(23.1%)基因家族和Vλ1(11.5%)基因家族。结论:以300份健康人外周血淋巴细胞的抗体基因构建的天然人源IgGFab噬菌体抗体库基因多样性良好,重链VH3基因家族存在优势表达。邵红霞 章黎 杨彬 冯萌 付永峰 Hiroshi Tachibana 程训佳 2010中国免疫学杂志2010,26,11:4
4Antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitor activities of natural compounds isolated from Quercus gilva Blume leaves显示文摘Objective: To isolate and investigate antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitor compounds in the leaves of Quercus gilva Blume(Q. gilva).Methods: Dry leaves of Q. gilva were extracted with methanol and the methanolic extract was further separated by silica gel column chromatography using several solvents with increasing polarity. The antioxidant activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated using various in vitro assays: 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity, hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging activity, β-carotene bleaching assay, and reducing power assay. The α-glucosidase inhibitory assay was conducted against α-glucosidase from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Results: Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identii ed as catechin(1), epicatechin(2), and tiliroside(3) using an instrumental analysis. Compound 2 had higher antioxidant activity with inhibitory concentrations(IC50) of(22.55 ± 2.23) μmol/L than that of quercetin, which was used as the standard, with an IC50 of(28.08 ± 2.39) μmol/L, followed by compound 1 with IC50 of(40.86 ± 3.45) μmol/L. On the other hand, compound 3 had the lowest antioxidant activity with an IC50 of(160.24 ± 8.15) μmol/L. However, compound 3 had the highest α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with an IC50 of(28.36 ± 0.11) μmol/L, followed by compounds 1 and 2 with(168.60 ± 5.15) and(920.60 ± 10.10) μmol/L, respectively.Conclusions: The results obtained for the antioxidant activities and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities in a methanolic extract from the leaves of Q. gilva coni rmed the potential of this plant as a source of natural antioxidants and antidiabetic medicine.Anastasia Wheni Indrianingsih Sanro Tachibana Rizna Triana Dewi Kazutaka Itoh 2015Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2015,5,9:4
5Antioxidant compounds produced by Pseudocercospora sp.ESL 02,an endophytic fungus isolated from Elaeocarpus sylvestris显示文摘Objective: To isolate endophytic fungi from Elaeocarpus sylvestris(E. sylvestris) and to isolate antioxidant compounds from a potential source fungus.Methods: Endophytic fungi were isolated from fresh leaves and stems of E. sylvestris and identified based on DNA analysis. 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radical scavenging activity was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the fungi. The potential antioxidant fungus was further studied to isolate antioxidant compounds. The isolated compounds were identified by melting point analysis, optical rotation, spectral analysis using a UV spectrophotometer, high resolution fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, X-ray crystallography analysis,~1H nuclear magnetic resonance analysis and ^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. The isolated compounds were evaluated with DPPH radical scavenging, reducing power, and b-carotene bleaching assays.Results: Seven endophytic fungi were successfully isolated from E. sylvestris and identified as Pestalotiopsis sp. EST 01, Pestalotiopsis sp. EST 02, Diaporthales sp. EST03, Meyerozyma sp. EST 04, Diaporthales sp. EST 05, Pestalotiopsis sp. ESL 01, and Pseudocercospora sp. ESL 02. Of the seven fungi, Pseudocercospora sp. ESL 02 had the highest antioxidant activity [IC50=(30.54 ± 0.88) mg/mL]. From that fungus, two compounds identified as terreic acid(1) and 6-methylsalicylic acid(2) were isolated with an IC50 of DPPH radical scavenging activity of(0.22 ± 0.02) mmol/L and(3.87 ± 0.27)mmol/L, respectively. The compounds also had good activities from the reducing power and b-carotene bleaching assays.Conclusions: The Pseudocercospora sp. 6Impact of Natural Forest Protection Program policies on forests in northeastern China显示文摘This study analyzes the effects of the Natural Forest Protection Program (NFPP) on the restoration of forest resources in the northeastern forest region of China, an important region because of its ecological and geographical location and timber supply in China, by using panel data sets of 35 forest farms of state-owned forest enterprises. Panel data analysis results show that related policies under the NFPP have had positive effects on forest resources. Planting activity had a statistically significant effect on forest growth and could be reinforced continually by planting tree species suitable for a warming climate in temperate forests. Forest management and protection played a powerful role in increasing the growing stock of the forests. 8Angiotensin-converting enzyme and bradykinin gene polymorphisms and cough:A meta-analysis显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the association between genetic polymorphisms and angiotensin converting enzyme in-hibitor (ACEI)-related cough,and the race-or ethnicity-related difference in the prevalence of cough attributed to ACEI therapy.METHODS:We conducted a search in PubMed,EM-BASE,Cinahl,and the Cochrane Database without language limitation.A database of 11 studies on ACEI-related cough,with detailed information regarding ACE I/D or bradykinin B 2 receptor polymorphisms,was created.Eligible studies were synthesized using meta-analysis methods,including cumulative meta-analysis.A subgroup analysis was also performed using ethnicity.RESULTS:Six studies were included on ACE I/D poly-morphism (398 Caucasians,723 East Asians),and three studies were included on bradykinin B 2 receptor poly-morphism (300 East Asians).The distribution of ACE genotypes showed significant differences in the entire population (P=0.004) and in East Asians (P=0.005)but not in Caucasians (P=0.23).Allelic frequencies of ACE showed significant differences in East Asians [odds ratio (OR)=1.49 (1.11-2.02)].The meta-analysis with a random effects model showed a significant associa-tion between ACE allele I/D and ACEI-related cough [random effects (RE) OR=1.49 (1.11-2.02),P=0.009] in East Asians,but not in Caucasians [RE OR=0.90 (0.60-1.35)].The allelic frequencies of the bradykinin B 2 receptor gene were significantly different [OR=2.25 (1.42-3.57)].The distributions of the T/C genotypes of the bradykinin B 2 receptor gene were significantly dif-ferent (χ 2=8.366,P=0.015).The meta-analyses re-vealed that there was a significant association between the bradykinin B 2 receptor allele and ACEI-related cough in East Asians [RE OR=2.29 (1.42-3.69),P=0.001].CONCLUSION:ACE I/D and Bradykinin B 2 receptor polymorphisms contributed to the risk of ACEI-related cough in East Asians,but a negative association be-tween ACE I/D polymorphism and ACEI-related cough was observed in Caucasians.Kazuaki Nishio Shinji Kashiki Hideaki Tachibana Youichi Kobayashi 2011World Journal of Cardiology2011,3,10:3

15Bioactive constituents from the leaves of Quercus phillyraeoides A.Gray for-glucosidase inhibitor activity with concurrent antioxidant activity显示文摘Severalα-glucosidase inhibitory constituents were isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves of Quercus phillyraeoides A.Gray(Q.phillyraeoides)using a bioassay-guided fractionation technique.Further separation and purification of the methanol-soluble fraction led to the isolation of constituents with moderate and strong inhibitory activities againstα-glucosidase:α-sitosterol-d-glucoside(1)and condensed tannin fractions(2,3,4,5,and 6).Compound 1 and fractions 2-6 had inhibitory concentration(IC50)values againstm-glucosidase from Saccharomyces cerevisiae of 118.8,2.79,2.78,3.10,2.60,and 3.14μg/mL,respectively,while quercetin as the standard had an IC50 value of 4.80mg/mL.Furthermore,the significant antioxidant activities were evaluated using several assays,such as the DPPH radical scavenging,hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging,reducing power,andβ-carotene-linoleate bleaching assays,and the results suggested that the isolated constituents showed their possible application for treating the hyperglycemia-induced oxidative stress.The results of the present study showed the potential of Q.phillyraeoides as a rich source of natural antidiabetic medicine.Anastasia Wheni Indrianingsih Sanro Tachibana 2016Food Science and Human Wellness2016,5,2:2
