| 1 | Effect of electroacupuncture at Ximen(PC 4) and Hegu(LI 4) on expression of Akt in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at acupoints on the pericardium meridian on the expression of phosphorylated Akt(p-Akt) protein in rat myocardium after ischemia and reperfusion.METHODS: Seventy Wistar rats were evenly randomized into seven groups: the sham operation group(group A), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅰgroup(group B), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅱgroup(group C), EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group D), EA at Ximen(PC 4) group(group E), EA at Hegu(LI 4) group(group F), and LY294002 + EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group G). All processes were monitored by electrocardiography. In group A, the left anterior descending coronary artery was only threaded without ligation for 100 min. In group B,the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 60 min. The left anterior descending coronary artery in group C was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 100 min.Groups D, E, and F received EA for 20 min before undergoing ischemia for 40 min, and then received EA for 20 min before undergoing reperfusion for 60 min. Before modeling, group G was injected with LY294002(0.3 mg/kg) into the tail vein, and then underwent the same intervention as the other EA groups. After reperfusion, myocardial tissue from the left cardiac ventricle was collected to enable Western blot analysis of the p-Akt level, and analysis of electrocardiographic changes.RESULTS: In groups B and C, electrocardiography showed obvious elevation of the ST-segment Ⅱlead(ECG-STⅡ), while the ECG-STⅡvalues were significantly lower in groups D, E, and G(P < 0.01). The p-Akt levels in groups D and E were significantly greater than those in groups B and C(P < 0.01).Compared with all other groups, group G showed a significantly different expression of p-Akt(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: The expression of p-Akt protein in cardiomyocytes was significantly greater in rats that were injected with LY294002 and received EA at Ximen(PC 4) compared with all other groups.This suggests that EA at Ximen(PC 4) resulted in activation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/Akt signaling pathway and phosphorylation of Akt. | Tian Yuefeng Gao Haining Li Leiyong Wang Jun Zhai Chuntao | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,6: | 2 |
| 2 | A Preliminary Study on the Datong Fault Belt显示文摘The Datong fault belt is a NE trending fault in the northern Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau and controls the boundary of the Xining Basin and Datong Basin. It consists of the Maziying-Miaogou (F_1) fault and the Laoye Mountain-Nanmenxia fault (F_2). There is obvious displacement in vertical direction along the belt. The field investigation results show that this belt has long-term activity. There are several meters long crushed zones and veins along the fault side in the basement rock. On the fault section,the Cambria system thrusts over the red-brick-colored Quaternary Period gravel,and there is a fault gouge of several centimeters thick developed on the fault plane. The fault gouge date (ESR) on the fault plane is 610±61ka. The covering deluvial loess is not dislocated,and the OSL result is 14.6±1.5ka. So it can be concluded that the fault belt was active in the middle Pleistocene,but inactive in the late Pleistocene according to the age data and geomorphologic features. Interior formations of the Datong basin features fold with the major axis orienting northwest. According to the relation of fault and fold deformation,Datong fault is a transversal tear,which is due to uneven compression of the folds in different parts and NNE trending regional compressive stress. It is common among the NE trending faults in the northeast of Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau. These NE trending faults aren't large,and most are located in the active plate. | 3 | Deep-water gravity flow deposits in a lacustrine rift basin and their oil and gas geological significance in eastern China显示文摘The types,evolution processes,formation mechanisms,and depositional models of deep-water gravity flow deposits in a lacustrine rift basin are studied through core observation and systematic analysis.Massive transport of slide and slump,fluid transport of debris flow and turbidity currents are driven by gravity in deep-water lacustrine environment.The transformation between debris flow and turbidity current,and the transformation of turbidity current between supercritical and subcritical conditions are the main dynamic mechanisms of gravity flow deposits in a lake basin.The erosion of supercritical turbidity current controls the formation of gravity-flow channel.Debris flow deposition gives rise to tongue shape lobe rather than channel.Deep-water gravity flow deposits are of two origins,intrabasinal and extrabasinal.Intrabasinal gravity flow deposits occur as single tongue-shape lobe or fan of stacking multiple lobes.Extrabasinal gravity-flow deposits occur as sublacustrine fan with channel or single channel sand body.However,the nearshore subaqueous fan is characterized by fan of stacking multiple tongue shape lobes without channel.The differential diagenesis caused by differentiation in the nearshore subaqueous fan facies belt results in the formation of diagenetic trap.The extrabasinal gravity flow deposits are one of the important reasons for the abundant deep-water sand bodies in a lake basin.Slide mass-transport deposits form a very important type of lithologic trap near the delta front often ignored.The fine-grained sediment caused by flow transformation is the potential'sweet spot'of shale oil and gas. | CAO Yingchang JIN Jiehua LIU Haining YANG Tian LIU Keyu WANG Yanzhong WANG Jian LIANG Chao | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,2: | 2 |
| 4 | Efficient coding schemes with power allocation using space-time-frequency spreading显示文摘An efficient space-time-frequency (ST F) coding strategy for multi-input multi-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) systems is presented for high bit rate data transmission over frequency selective fading channels. The proposed scheme is a new approach to space-time-frequency coded OFDM (COFDM) that combines OFDM with space-time coding, linear precoding and adaptive power allocation to provide higher quality of transmission in terms of the bit error rate performance and power efficiency. In addition to exploiting the maximum diversity gain in frequency, time and space, the proposed scheme enjoys high coding advantages and low-complexity decoding. | 6 | Underwater objects classification method in high-resolution sonar images using deep neural network显示文摘To solve the problem of underwater proud object classification using high-resolution sonar image under small sample situation,a classification method using deep neural network is proposed.Firstly,statistical characteristics of acoustic shadow regions are modeled using Gaussian mixture model and acoustic shadow is extracted.Trial and simulated dataset are constructed on this basis.Then,simulated dataset is input into convolutional neural network for training,and the feature extraction part is retained,which is used to extract feature of trial dataset.The classification part is reconstructed and trained by feature vectors of trial dataset.The experimental results show that the average classification accuracy of the proposed method is 88.24%,which is 8.67%,20.47%,19.78%,11.59%,9.01%,11.58% higher than that of other six methods respectively.It verifies that the proposed method achieves better performance on underwater proud object classification problem.The learning curve converges to 96.25%,which is 5.14% higher than validation curve,indicating that the over-fitting problem is alleviated to some extent.Improved convolutional neural network is applied in a fusion classifier,which also combines output of logistic classifier,support vector machine,and finally obtains a fusion result.The classification accuracy is up to 93.33%,indicating that fusion classifier improves robustness and classification performance of algorithm further.The proposed method combines deep learning and transfer learning,which not only utilizes powerful image classification ability of convolutional neural network,but also avoids serious over-fitting problem caused by limited dataset. | ZHU Keqing TIAN Jie HUANG Haining | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2020,39,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Novel time-frequency differential space-time modulation for multi-antenna OFDM systems显示文摘Differential space-time (DST) modulation has been proposed recently for multiple-antenna systems over Rayleigh fading channels, where neither the transmitter nor the receiver knows the fading coefficients. Among existing schemes, differential modulation is always performed in the time domain and suffers performance degradations in frequency-selective fading channels. In order to combat the fast time and frequency-selective fading, a novel time-frequency differential space-time (TF-DST) modulation scheme, which adopts differential modulation in both time and frequency domains, is proposed for multi-antenna orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system. A corresponding sub-optimal yet low-complexity non-coherent detection approach is also proposed.
