| 5 | The Synthesis of a Stewart Platform for a Specific Workspace with a Genetic Algorithm显示文摘The synthesis problem of a 6-SPS Stewart platform with semi-regular hexagons is studied in this paper. We present a genetic algorithm approach to synthesize a Stewart platform whose workspace must include a desired workspace with orienting capabilities in a given 3D region. Based on the observation that the constant orientation workspace gets smaller as the given orientations increase, a simple method is presented to describe the workspace with orienting capabilities, which need only search the constant orientation workspaces with the eight sets of extremal orientations of given 3D region and use their common part.To verify the method, a numerical example is given. The GA is used to optimize architectural parameters and obtain a compact manipulator. | 6 | Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy: a potential strategy to stimulate tendon-bone junction healing显示文摘Incorporation of a tendon graft within the bone tunnel represents a challenging clinical problem. Successfulanterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction requires solid healing of the tendon graft in the bone tunnel. En-hancement of graft healing to bone is important to facilitate early aggressive rehabilitation and a rapid return topre-injury activity levels. No convenient, effective or inexpensive procedures exist to enhance tendon-bone (T-B)healing after surgery. Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) improves local blood perfusion and angiogenesis,stimulates cartilage maturation, enhances differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts, and motivates osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and therefore, appears to be a potential non-invasive tool for T-Bhealing in early stage of rehabilitation of ACL reconstruction. It is conceivable that LIPUS could be used to stimulateT-B tunnel healing in the home, with the aim of accelerating rehabilitation and an earlier return to normal activities inthe near future. | 7 | Diagnosis and treatment of labral tear显示文摘Objective:To review the literature regarding diagnosis and treatment of labral tear.Data sources:A systematic search was performed in PubMed using various search terms and their combinations including hip, labrum, acetabular labral tear, arthroscopy, diagnosis, and anatomy.Study selection:For each included study, information regarding anatomy, function, etiology, diagnosis, and management of acetabular labral tear was extracted.Results:Five hundred and sixty abstracts about anatomy, function, etiology, diagnosis, and management of acetabular labral tear were reviewed and 66 selected for full-text review.The mechanism of labral tear has been well explained while the long-term outcomes of various treatment remains unknown.Conclusions:Labral tear is generally secondary to femoroacetabular impingement, trauma, dysplasia, capsular laxity, and degeneration.Patients with labral tear complain about anterior hip or groin pain most commonly with a most consistent physical examination called positive anterior hip impingement test.Magnetic resonance arthrography is a reliable radiographic examination with arthroscopy being the gold standard.Conservative treatment consists of rest, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, pain medications, modification of activities, physical therapy, and intra-articular injection.When fail to respond to conservative treatment, surgical treatment including labral debridement, labral repair, and labral reconstruction is often indicated. | Tiao Su Guang-Xing Chen Liu Yang | 2019 | Chinese Medical Journal2019,,2: | 6 |

| 12 | Transcriptomics-based identification and characterization of 11 CYP450 genes of Panax ginseng responsive to MeJA显示文摘Cytochromes P450 (CYP450s),a superfamily of mono-oxygenases,are essential to generate highly functionalized secondary metabolites in plants and contribute to the diversification of specialized triterpenoid biosynthesis in eudicots.However,screening and identifying the exact CYP450 genes in ginsenoside biosynthesis is extremely challenging due to existence of large quantities of members in CYP450 superfamily.Therefore,to screen the CYP450 genes involved in ginsenoside bio- synthesis,transcriptome dataset of Panax ginseng was created in our previous work using the technique of the next-generation sequencing.On the basis of bioinformatics analysis,16 putative CYP450 genes with significant differential expression were screened from the dataset and submit- ted to GenBank,in which 11 of them have been cloned.Methyl jasmonate (MeJA)was used as an elicitor to analyze the expression profiles of candidate CYP450 genes by quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).The results of qRT-PCR analysis revealed that the expression of some CYP450 genes were strongly induced by MeJA and showed different transcription levels at different treatment time points.Homology analysis indicated that each putative CYP450 protein of P.ginseng has a conserved domain consisting of E-E-R-F-P-R-G. Material categories of all points in the image are identified by the classification curve,which is related to the X-ray energy spectrum. For the calibration of classification curve, our strategy involves a basic curve calibration and a real-time correction devoted to enhancing the classification accuracy. Image segmentation and denoising methods are applied to smooth the image. The image contains more information after colorization.
