| 1 | An energy minimization algorithm based on distributed dynamic clustering for long term evolution(LTE) heterogeneous networks显示文摘Energy saving has become an important issue in wireless communications from both environment and economic considerations. In this paper, an energy minimization algorithm based on distributed dynamic clustering(DDCEM) with lower complexity, higher performance, and better adaptability for heterogeneous network(Het Net) is proposed. A Het Net could be divided into several clusters, which is defined as one group of a network node and users served by the node. A energy efficient user association, which dynamically changes according to real-time energy efficiency(EE) evaluation with traffic load and location distribution of each cluster, can be employed to save consumed energy. Then, the optimal sleeping relay is found as follows. First,the sleeping probability cost of each relay station(RS) is computed and ranked based on the user traffic and the position distribution of each cluster, and the relay with minimum sleeping probability is selected to be switched off. Hence, the sleep node is selected taking into account the traffic load and location of the Evolved Node B(e NB) and all the RSs. The complexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced because the user association operation and network load evaluation are fulfilled cluster by cluster. | 2 | A power adjustment based e ICIC algorithm for hyper-dense Het Nets considering the alteration of user association显示文摘This paper evaluates power adjustment based enhanced inter-cell interference coordination(e ICIC)problem in the hyper-dense Het Net under the practical serving cell selection rule where each user selects the base station with the strongest received signal power as its serving cell while the alteration of the serving cell happens during the power adjusting process. In this paper, the e ICIC problem is solved by cooperatively adjusting the transmission power of all small cells. A power adjustment method based on modified particle swarm optimization(MPSO) is proposed to tackle the NP-hard e ICIC problem caused by the alteration of the serving cell, and considering the drawbacks of MPSO, an improved MPSO is proposed for effective algorithm.Local search and multi-restart process are introduced in the improved MPSO based e ICIC algorithm to guarantee the local and then global optimality, and the convergence conditions and the global optimality are proved by mathematical deduction to guide the selection of the parameters. Simulations show that, while considering the fifty-picocell case as an example, the proposed improved MPSO based e ICIC algorithm can increase the system throughput by 66.0% compared with the full power transmission, and compared with the existing schemes which do not alter the serving cells, the proposed algorithm can improve the system throughput by 32.2%. | 9 | Association of electrocardiographic markers with myocardial fibrosis as assessed by cardiac magnetic resonance in different clinical settings显示文摘BACKGROUND Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)is a unique tool for non-invasive tissue characterization,especially for identifying fibrosis.AIM To present the existing data regarding the association of electrocardiographic(ECG)markers with myocardial fibrosis identified by CMR-late gadolinium enhancement(LGE).METHODS A systematic search was performed for identifying the relevant studies in Medline and Cochrane databases through February 2021.In addition,we conducted a relevant search by Reference Citation Analysis(RCA)(http://gffzzb1f9d057b5954674s6xqquqfcq5xb69wx.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn).RESULTS A total of 32 studies were included.In hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM),fragmented QRS(fQRS)is related to the presence and extent of myocardial fibrosis.fQRS and abnormal Q waves are associated with LGE in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients,while fQRS has also been related to fibrosis in myocarditis.Selvester score,abnormal Q waves,and notched QRS have also been associated with LGE.Repolarization abnormalities as reflected by increased Tp-Te,negative Twaves,and higher QT dispersion are related to myocardial fibrosis in HCM patients.In patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy,a significant correlation between fQRS and the amount of myocardial fibrosis as assessed by LGE-CMR was observed.In atrial fibrillation patients,advanced inter-atrial block is defined as P-wave duration≥120 ms,and biphasic morphology in inferior leads is related to left atrial fibrosis.CONCLUSION Myocardial fibrosis,a reliable marker of prognosis in a broad spectrum of cardiovascular diseases,can be easily understood with an easily applicable ECG.However,more data is needed on a specific disease basis to study the association of ECG markers and myocardial fibrosis as depicted by CMR. | George Bazoukis Sebastian Garcia-Zamora GökselÇinier Sharen Lee Enes Elvin Gul JesúsÁlvarez-García Gabi Miana Mertİlker Hayıroğlu Gary Tse Tong Liu Adrian Baranchuk | 2022 | World Journal of Cardiology2022,14,9: | 0 |
| 10 | DEVELOPMENT OF A NEUTRAL PARTICLE ANALYZER FOR THE HL-1M TOKAMAK显示文摘A neutral particle energy analyzer (NPA) has been developed to investigate the energy spectra of neutral particles emitted from the HL1M tokamak plasma. The NPA consists of a pair of 45o parallel electrostatic plates, a gas stripping cell, a column of channeltrons for recording ions,and the relevant instrumentation and software. There are eight energy channels in the NPA with energy ratio of 8 between the lowest energy channel and the highest one. Calibration experiment is the key issue for the development of NPA. Calibrations of energy, energy resolution and registration efficiency have been carried out. The scattering of neutrals through the stripping gas impingement, which is severe for the particle energy we concerned, has also been measured to calibrate the registration efficiency accurately.
