| 1 | 超声乳化联合囊袋内可调节人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者对比敏感度视觉影响研究显示文摘目的探讨超声乳化联合囊袋内可调节人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者对比敏感度视觉恢复的影响,并分析相关机制。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2010年12月在我院住院治疗的78例(96只眼)白内障患者。其中38例46只眼行超声乳化联合囊袋内可调节人工晶状体植入术(为研究组),40例50只眼行白内障超声乳化联合囊袋内硬性人工晶状体植入术(为对照组)。观察两组患者术后3个月矫正远、近视力,屈光度数,对比敏感度的变化以及并发症数量。结果两组治疗后矫正近、远视力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比敏感度视觉检查结果显示,研究组有32例34只眼对比敏感度曲线在参考范围内;对照组29例32只眼对比敏感度曲线在正常范围内。研究组在高频段对比敏感度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与研究组比较虹膜色素播散(13.15%vs.7.50%)、角膜内皮褶皱(18.42%vs.10.00%)、瞳孔变形(18.42%vs.5.00%)、角膜水肿(23.68%vs.7.50%)、前房纤维性渗出(21.05%vs.5.00%)发生率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合囊袋内可调节人工晶状体植入术对白内障患者对比敏感度视觉具有一定调节作用,且并发症少。 | Luay Radi Hasan Tayeh 陈伟蓉 林振德 | 2013 | 中国全科医学2013，16，1： | 6 |

| 3 | 2种调节性晶体术后效果比较的临床分析显示文摘目的:比较Tetraflex和1-CU可调节晶状体植入术后早期的临床效果差异。方法:选择2010年6月至2011年5月在我院接受白内障超声乳化联合植入人工晶体患者,分别分组为1-CU组和Tetraflex组。分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月行眼科检查,检查裸眼远视力及最佳矫正远视力、近视力及远视力矫正后的近视力,采用主观移近法和动态检影法测量调节力。结果:最佳矫正远视力于1周、1个月、3个月时2组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但随着时间的推移,最佳矫正远视力也越来越好。2组患者裸眼近视力以及最佳远矫正视力下的近视力在3个月时均呈现下降趋势(P<0.05)。1-CU组于1周、1个月和3个月时的裸眼远视力均高于Tetraflex组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Tetraflex组于1周、1个月和3个月时的裸眼近视力均高于1-CU组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2种类型人工晶体均能使患者获得良好的最佳矫正远视力下的近视力,Tetraflex型可提供患者更好的裸眼近视力,1-CU型可提供患者更好的裸眼远视力。两型人工晶体均可增加患者假晶体眼的伪调节力,改善患者的主观视功能。然而,对于可调节晶状体的远期效果仍需要进一步的研究。 | Luay Radi Hasan Tayeh 陈伟蓉 林振德 | 2011 | 重庆医科大学学报2011，36，11： | 4 |
