| 1 | TC4 ELI钛合金动态压缩性能及绝热剪切敏感性的研究显示文摘通过固溶处理获得不同片层厚度的TC4 ELI钛合金组织,研究片层厚度对材料动态压缩性能及绝热剪切敏感性的影响。利用分离式霍普金森压杆及限位环技术对材料进行应变控制加载,结合金相显微镜和定量金相表征方法,对其微观组织演化进行观察分析。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,片层组织TC4 ELI钛合金的片层厚度从3.1μm降低至1.0μm;在准静态压缩和动态压缩实验中,随着片层厚度的降低,材料均表现出强度升高且塑性下降的特性;在绝热剪切敏感性实验中,片层厚度更小的合金中绝热剪切带更易产生,即随着片层厚度的减小,材料的绝热剪切敏感性提高。 | 徐雪峰 王琳 沙彦刚 杨思琪 刘安晋 Tayyeb Ali 张斌斌 赵登辉 | 2020 | 兵工学报2020,41,2: | 5 |
| 2 | Ti6321钛合金在Taylor杆冲击下的动态断裂微观组织观测显示文摘通过固溶处理获得近α型Ti6321钛合金的双态和魏氏组织,研究不同组织对材料在Taylor杆冲击条件下动态损伤和断裂行为的影响。利用Taylor杆对材料进行动态加载,弹体的撞击速度范围为146~228 m/s,结合光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和定量金相表征方法对其微观组织演化进行观察分析。结果表明:双态组织的Ti6321合金具有更好的抗冲击性能;双态组织和魏氏组织试样在加载后的显微组织均发生了明显变化,随着冲击加载速度的增加,双态组织的初生α晶粒尺寸由25.3μm减小至16.7μm,次生α相和β相在载荷作用下变形、碎化;对于魏氏组织钛合金,次生α相沿受力方向显著拉长;观察断口可以发现,两种组织试样的断口均可以分为光滑熔融区和韧窝区,两个区域之间的界限并不明显;两种组织试样均发生了绝热剪切破坏,相比于魏氏组织,双态组织Ti6321合金具有较低的绝热剪切敏感性。 | 徐雪峰 王琳 程兴旺 刘安晋 Tayyeb Ali 周哲 宁子轩 张斌斌 赵登辉 | 2020 | 兵工学报2020,41,7: | 4 |

| 4 | Ti6321钛合金高温力学性能和显微组织的研究显示文摘通过固溶处理获得钛合金Ti6321的近等轴双相组织(T1)和魏氏组织(T2)两种试样,研究不同组织初始对材料在高温实验条件下的力学性能和变形行为的影响。利用Gleeble热力模拟试验机对材料进行高温压缩实验,变形温度为700~900℃,应变速率为1 s-1和10 s-1,结合OM和SEM等表征方法对其微观组织演化进行观察分析。结果表明:高温条件下,T2具有较高的强度。随实验温度升高,两种组织Ti6321钛合金均出现明显的软化效应,强度值降低约300 MPa。两种试样在加载后的显微组织均发生了明显的变化,两种组织晶粒沿载荷方向被显著拉长;其中T1试样发生了再结晶现象,随着温度升高,再结晶程度加剧,次生α相和β相构成的片层组织含量显著降低;T2试样在较低温度变形时产生了绝热剪切带,剪切带附近晶粒发生严重变形、碎化,随着实验温度升高,片层组织软化严重且沿受力方向扭曲变形加剧。 | 徐雪峰 王琳 程兴旺 刘安晋 Tayyeb Ali 周哲 宁子轩 张斌斌 赵登辉 | 2019 | 中国体视学与图像分析2019,0,2: | 3 |

| 7 | Mechanical(compressive)form of driving force triggers the phase transformation fromβtoω&α”phases in metastableβphase-field Ti-5553 alloy显示文摘Most of the structural alloys’applications are under static,dynamic,and cyclic forms of loading.Ti-5553 alloy in the beta phase field is being investigated to confirm the mechanism of deformation and phase transformation upon quasi-static and dynamic compression.The Ti-5553 alloy was heat-treated at 900℃ (almost 50℃ above beta transus temperature)for one hour of soaking time followed by air quenching to achieve a fullyβphase field.After that,Dynamic compression(DC)by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)and Quasi-static compression(QSC)were performed at a strain rate of~10^3)/s and 10^(-3)/s,respectively.Recovered specimens were thoroughly examined by using different tools,such as an Optical microscope(OM),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),High-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM),and Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)to get the reliable data for justification of logical conclusions.It is found that the dominating mode of deformation was dislocation slip along with twinning({332}<113>)to some extent in both of QSC and DC,but sliding&spalling of the grain boundary is observed more in the former.Stress-induced phase transformation,i.e.,βtoα'andβtoω,took place in the grains saturated with dislocation slips,where the former transformation occurred simultaneously with{332}<113>twinning,whileβtoωtransformation was completed when a set of two adjacent(110)_(β)planes covered±1/6th of the total separation distance between two(next to each other)(111)_(β)planes,by equal but opposite shear in(111)_(β)direction,and it caused 3%shrinkage of two closed packed(110)_(β)planes after transformation. | Tayyeb Ali Lin Wang Xingwang Cheng Huanwu Cheng Ying Yang Anjin Liu Xuefeng Xu Zhe Zhou Zixuan Ning Ziqi Xu Xinhua Min | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19: | 2 |
