1MOF-derived multi-interface carbon-based composites with enhanced polarization loss and efficient microwave absorption显示文摘Metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)have been widely stu-died because of their adjustable composition and controllable structure in the field of microwave absorption(MA).Therein,Prussian blue analogs(PBA)have attracted the attention of researchers with ultra-high metal content.However,the attenua-tion ability of microwave for PBA-based composites is still unsatis-factory up to now.Therefore,the NiFe/CoFe@C composites were prepared by carbonizing polymetallic PBA(NiCoFe PBA)materials in this work,and the influence of different metal alloy components on MA was explored by adjusting the ratio of metal ions(Ni^(2+)/Co^(2+)).Moreover,the NiFe/CoFe@C composites have rich interfaces and enhance the polarization loss due to the introduction of Ni and it has an optimal performance at 2.7 mm that is the reflection loss(RL)is−41.49 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is 7.12 GHz with 1/1(Ni^(2+)/Co^(2+)).The above data provides a research idea for obtaining light and efficient absorbers.Hongjiao Qu Peng Zheng Tao Wang Xingyu Yu Junjie Pan Xiaoli Fan Tengfei Zhang Xin Sun Jianping He 2022International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2022,13,3:1
2KCNH2 regulates the growth and metastasis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Objective:Due to the characteristics of insidious onset and early metastasis of pancreatic cancer(PC),patients are often diag-nosed at an advanced stage and often delayed in completing surgical resection timely,resulting in poor prognosis.Therefore,this study aims to explore the expression of potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily H member 2(KCNH2)in PC and its relation-ship with clinicopathological parameters and the related mechanisms.Methods:GEPIA database and immunohistochemical staining were used to analyze the difference in KCNH2 expression be-tween PC and adjacent tissue in RNA and protein levels.Chi-squared test was used to evaluate the relationship between KCNH2 expression and clinicopathological features.The Cox regression model was used for multivariate analysis and univariate analysis.Histological diagnosis was performed according to World Health Organization(WHO)criteria to evaluate the relationship between KCNH2 expression and clinicopathological features.Results:KCNH2 expression was upregulated in PC compared with normal pancreatic tissue.In addition,the knockdown of KCNH2 inhibits PC cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation and promotes their apopto-sis.In addition,clinical data showed that the abnormal expression of KCNH2 in PC was related to the tumor stage.Patients with high expression of KCNH2 had a poor prognosis.Conclusions:KCNH2 is expected to be a novel targeted molecule in treating PC.Jinghao Lei Qiang Wang Tengfei Qu Lichao Cha Hanxiang Zhan Jianwei Xu Shanglong Liu Lantian Tian Chuandong Sun Jingyu Cao Fabo Qiu Weidong Guo Bin Zhou 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,3:0
3Objective array design for three-dimensional temperature and salinity observation:Application to the South China Sea显示文摘In this study,a moored array optimization tool(MAOT)was developed and applied to the South China Sea(SCS)with a focus on three-dimensional temperature and salinity observations.Application of the MAOT involves two steps:(1)deriving a set of optimal arrays that are independent of each other for different variables at different depths based on an empirical orthogonal function method,and(2)consolidating these arrays using a K-center clustering algorithm.Compared with the assumed initial array consisting of 17 mooring sites located on a 3°×3°horizontal grid,the consolidated array improved the observing ability for three-dimensional temperature and salinity in the SCS with optimization efficiencies of 19.03%and 21.38%,respectively.Experiments with an increased number of moored sites showed that the most cost-effective option is a total of 20 moorings,improving the observing ability with optimization efficiencies up to 26.54%for temperature and 27.25%for salinity.The design of an objective array relies on the ocean phenomenon of interest and its spatial and temporal scales.In this study,we focus on basin-scale variations in temperature and salinity in the SCS,and thus our consolidated array may not well resolve mesoscale processes.The MAOT can be extended to include other variables and multi-scale variability and can be applied to other regions.Mengxue Qu Zexun Wei Yanfeng Wang Yonggang Wang Tengfei Xu 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,7:0
