| 2 | Coupling Leveling Control Based on Fuzzy PID for Synchronous Loading System of Load-Bearing Test Bed显示文摘This paper describes a 4-cylinder hydraulic circuit system controlled by a new cross-coupled fuzzy PID,and its leveling algorithm is designed to meet the demand of the loading system for test bed. In order to enable synchronous loading and implement precise leveling control,the output displacement derived from a theoretical model,called˙Zn, is tracked in real-time. Using AMEsim software,the reliability of the scheme designed by master-slave control and fuzzy PID cross coupling control have been confirmed, and have drawn a conclusion that the more serious the inconsistencies of the load for 4-cylinder are, the more size corresponding synchronization errors will be. | 3 | Insulin-like growth factor 1-induced enolase 2 deacetylation by HDAC3 promotes metastasis of pancreatic cancer显示文摘Enolase 2(ENO2)is a key glycolytic enzyme in the metabolic process of glycolysis,but its potential function in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is unclear.In this study,we observed a significant overexpression of ENO2 in PDAC tissues,and its expression was correlated with metastasis and poor prognosis in PDAC patients.K394 was identified as a major acetylation site in ENO2 that regulates its enzymatic activity,cell metabolism and PDAC progression.Knockdown of ENO2 suppressed tumor growth and liver metastasis in PDAC.Re-expression of wild-type(WT)ENO2,but not the K394 acetylation mimetic mutant,could reverse the decreased tumor malignancy.We further characterized histone deacetylase 3(HDAC3)and P300/CBP-associated factor(PCAF)as the potential deacetylase and acetyltransferase for ENO2,respectively.HDAC3-mediated deacetylation was shown to lead to ENO2 activation and enhancement of glycolysis.Importantly,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)was found to decrease K394 acetylation and stimulate ENO2 activity in a dose-and time-dependent manner.The PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway facilitated the phosphorylation of HDAC3 on S424,which promoted K394 deacetylation and activation of ENO2.Linsitinib,an oral small-molecule inhibitor of IGF-1R,could inhibit IGF-1-induced ENO2 deacetylation by HDAC3 and the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.Furthermore,linsitinib showed a different effect on the growth and metastasis of PDAC depending on the overexpression of WT versus K394-mutant ENO2.Our results reveal a novel mechanism by which acetylation negatively regulates ENO2 activity in the metastasis of PDAC by modulating glycolysis.Blockade of IGF-1-induced ENO2 deacetylation represents a promising strategy to prevent the development of PDAC. | Yan Zheng Chao Wu Jimeng Yang Yue Zhao Huliang Jia Min Xue Da Xu Feng Yang Deliang Fu Chaoqun Wang Beiyuan Hu Ze Zhang Tianen Li Shican Yan Xuan Wang Peter J.Nelson Christiane Bruns Lunxiu Qin Qiongzhu Dong | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 3 |
| 4 | Genome-wide identification and functional characterization of the MdCLE peptide family in apple(Malus×domestica)显示文摘The CLAVATA3/EMBRYO SURROUNDING REGION-related(CLE)peptides are critical for stem cell homeostasis in plant shoot and root apical meristem.Although CLE genes have been reported in numerous plants,there is limited information for apple.Here,twenty-five MdCLE genes were identified fromapple genome(Apple Genome V1.0 predicted peptides).Analysis of chromosomal location showed that the 25 MdCLE genes were located on 12 of 17 apple chromosomes.Genetic structure analysis showed that 21 of 25 the MdCLE genes were intron-free.Expression patterns showed thatmost of the MdCLE genes showed higher expression levels in leaves and root compared with the other tissues.In addition,expression analysis demonstrated that MdCLE genes had different gene expression patterns for abiotic stress treatment,suggesting their potential roles in acclimation of apple to adverse environments.The 25 MdCLE genes encoded 19 different CLE peptides,and they were divided into two groups depending on their effects on the inhibition of Arabidopsis root growth.Our results suggest that MdCLE genesmay have an important but redundant function in regulating plant growth and development,and this work provides valuable references for further investigation of the biological functions of MdCLE genes. | Tianen Zhang Xiuming Li Qiang Zhao Yan Shi Yujin Hao Chunxiang You | 2022 | Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,3: | 2 |

| 10 | Identification of publication characteristics and research trends in the management of gallbladder cancer显示文摘Background:To date,no comprehensive analysis of gallbladder cancer(GBC)management has been reported.We aimed to identify the publication characteristics and research trends in managing GBC over the past three decades.Methods:We selected the 100 most cited articles and performed a bibliometric analysis to summarize the publication characteristics,explore research hotspots,and identify research trends in the management of GBC.Results:The total citations of the included articles ranged from 123 to 1822.Period II(2001–2010)yielded the highest number of included articles,whereas the lowest was in Period III(2011–2020).The United States and Japan published the most papers,in which the Memorial Sloan–Kettering Cancer Center and Nagoya University were the leading institutions,respectively.The most influential authors were Blumgart LH and Fong YM from the United States.Cooperation among countries,institutions,and authors was weak.The Annals of Surgery contributed the most articles with the highest number of total citations.The most researched topic was surgery,followed by systemic therapy and adjuvant therapy.Since Period I,the percentage of surgery-related publications continuously decreased(Periods II and III versus Period I,both p<0.001),with a concomitant increase in those of adjuvant therapy(Period III versus Period I,p=0.004)and systemic therapy(Period II versus Period I,p=0.004;Period III versus Period I,p=0.002).Conclusions:Surgery remains the preferred treatment,while there is a tendency toward adjuvant and systemic therapy in GBC management.An increase in local and international collaboration for managing GBC is required. | Jiasheng Cao Jiahao Hu Jiliang Shen Bin Zhang Win Topatana Shijie Li Tianen Chen Sarun Jeungpanich Yitong Tian Ziyi Lu Shuyou Peng Xiujun Cai Mingyu Chen | 2022 | iLIVER2022,1,2: | 0 |

| 13 | Effect of cermet substrate characteristics on the microstructure and properties of TiAlN coatings显示文摘The composition and structure of substrate materials have important influences on coating performance,especially in terms of bond-ing strength and coating hardness,which determine whether the coating can be used for a given application.In this study,a TiAlN coating is deposited on Ti(C,N)-based cermet(TC)substrates with 0wt%-20wt%WC by arc ion plating.The influence of cermet substrate characterist-ics on the structure and properties of the TiAlN coating is then researched.Results show that the TiAlN coating deposited on the TC substrate has a columnar grain structure.As WC increases,the strength ratio of I(111)/I(200)and adhesive strength of TiAlN gradually increases.In the ab-sence of WC in the substrate,the preferred orientation of the TiAlN coating is(200).As WC increases,the preferred orientation of the TiAlN coating becomes(111)and(200).Notable differences in adhesive strength between the coating and substrate could be attributed to the micro-structure and composition of the latter.Scratching results show that the adhesive strengths of the TiAlN coating on the 0wt%-20wt%WC cer-met substrate are 52-65 N.Among the coatings obtained that on the TC substrate with 15wt%WC presents the highest H/E and H3/E2,which indicates that this coating also features the best wear resistance.The failure mechanisms of the coated tools include coating peeling,adhesive wear,and abrasive wear.As the cutting speed increases,the degree of flank wear increases and the durability of the coating decreases accord-ingly.Increases in WC result in an initial decrease followed by a gradual increase in the flank wear of the coated cermet inserts. | Qianbing You Ji Xiong Tianen Yang Tao Hua Yunliang Huo Junbo Liu | 2022 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,3: | 0 |
